Pure Garcinia Elite

There has been much communication with this business.  The only reason I accepted the 25 percent refund was because they refused to give me 100 percent.  The product was ordered on December 2 and cancelled December 16 on any calender this is 2 weeks. .this is the way this company makes their money.  If my child had bothered to do any research she would have found all the complaints about these crooks.  They even changed their company name  to add elite so it would look like a different product.  I want the remainder of this money returned.  They are praying on ignorance, youth and the naive. My child falls in the group. The total is now  130.22.

It is clearly stated in our "Terms and Conditions" that this is a 14 day trail and the customer must call to cancel or they will be charged the full price of $87.31for the Pure Garcinia Elite, and $86.41 for the Pure Garcinia Cleanse they received plus be automatically enrolled in our membership program and product will be shipped every 30 days. Regards,When the company was contacted by me they were very rude and inconsiderate and their terms and conditions should be more upfront this company obviously prays on people who are trying to get the trial product for the five dollars and then turns around and charges them the $80 per bottle because they did not read the fine print I would want the company to make it known on their front page that if you do not cancel within the 14 day. You'll be charged $80 what they're doing is very inconsiderate and and shows that they don't have very good business practices whatsoever

When you order pure garcinia elite sample for free trial and you pay $4.95 for shipping. Then you get a bill for $87.00. I called to see why they charged me that. They said I had 14 days to call and cancel. I did not see one single thing about 14 days. So I called them and argued about all this. They said finally they would return my money. After that conversation I called my credit card and cancelled that acct. Folks, this is a scam. They tried to give me 50% off and tried all kinds of tricks. I said no plus this product doesn't even work. So if I don't get credited on my acct, the credit card bank will dispute it for you. Don't get trapped in this scam!!!!!!!!
