Hello, First of all, I congratulate and offer thanks to Revdex.com for quick action on my case. I had no idea you had such exceptional efficiency and am proud of our country for this public service against consumer scamming. I write today a**ut unresolved issues regarding 2 complaints I sent on 01 May 2017: (1) My first complaint is about Pure Garcinia Elite, which I continued to receive despite calling within the first 2-weeks of ordering a free trial sample, to refuse any monthly enrollment... This is Revdex.com complaint # [redacted]. I realised after sending it that the business had tricked me with another product, apparently piggy-backing on my first trial order but under a different name! I immediately submitted a second complaint: Revdex.com reference # [redacted] for a product called Pure body Elite, which I never even received but was charged for monthly!!! (2) The goal is to seek reimbursement for the following payments charged to my credit card in spite of my oral cancellation of the process:- 01/03: $ 87.31 and $ 86.41 = $ 173.72- 01/29: $ 87.31 and $ 86.41 = $ 173.72- 02/28: $ 87.31 and $ 86.41 = $ 173.72- 03/29: $ 86.41- 03/30: $ 87.31- 04/28: $ 86.41- 04/30: $ 87.31Subtotal: $ 436.55 for Garcinia Elite and $ 432.05 for body EliteTotal scammed off my credit card: $ 868.60I am attaching copies of relevant portions of my credit card activity.(3) The business proceeded to the following partial reimbursements:- 05/01: $30.24+ $30.55= $ 60.79- 05/02: $86.41+$ 86.41= $172.82Total reimbursed to my credit card: $ 233.61==> OUTSTANDING BALANCE of scammed money: $634.99(4) Despite the Revdex.com's position that at least one complaint is closed, I would appreciate help in getting this whole mess resolved once and for all. Could you please pursue the business for the remainder of the money? If businesses are allowed to disregard cancellations and trick callers into accepting partial reimbursement without mentioning it precludes further claims, then we are in a very sad country indeed. That a business can pick and choose which phone calls, or which portion of a phone call, they report to Revdex.com- all to their advantage of course- is scandalous!! Finally, I cannot afford to lose $634.99 to this fraudulent company.(5) Important facts:- The cancellation of the order was done by phone in December, within the legal 2 week period. - My circumstances: I had a serious respiratory disease and was away from home from January to April 2017, so had no way of knowing what was being delivered; after receiving an email about the 1st delivery, no other email was received from the business, so I assumed my call had correctly cancelled the process; my credit cards were on automatic payment during the period of my absence, as I could not monitor my finances; when finally home, I found the products, searched my credit cards and submitted my complaint; reviewing my credit card for other payments, I found the second fraudulent charge and submitted a second complaint.- When calling to complain to the company customer service directly, they offered a 30% on the most recent charge and told me to go through my bank for the rest. AT NO POINT during that conversation did the sales rep say that accepting 30% precluded any other settlement (I urge them to listen to my first phone call on 01 May to ascertain this!); during my second phone call with the business and with my bank on that same day, another rep pointed this out so I specifically told her to rescind that offer as I wanted full reimbursement on all products! I reiterated this during a 3rd phone call that same day. They should be able to trace all this! At the very most, if a company is allowed such tricks, then I will accept to get only 30% returned for the last order (not yet received by the way...), which is what I was offered and accepted, but I need full reimbursement on all the previous payments! Please help some more, so that this fraud can hopefully be stopped and only legitimate business allowed. They must be making millions if they manage to neglect cancellation phone calls, continue charging and delivering, and then also fail to inform callers about their rights and the cancellation thereof. Best regards,

Our system is automated and shows exact date and time customer places order. Mrs.[redacted] ordered on 12/20/2016 at 10:09am. Mrs.[redacted] called our customer service on 1/05/2017 to complain, our agent explained the terms and conditions, but Mr.[redacted] threatened us and hung up. Our customer service rep...

issued a full credit, called Mrs.[redacted] back and left her a voice mail to this fact.

Mr. [redacted]'s wife C[redacted] is the customer who ordered the product.  He was explained the terms and conditions are that his wife understood these terms.  Mr. [redacted] stated he was the card holder and we offered to do a fraud investigation but ultimately his wife would be responsible....

 He was offered a 50% discount but refused and demanded to speak to a manager and was transferred.  Again he was offered a 50% discount, he refused.  Mr. [redacted] had his wife call back and they accepted a free bottle of our products and was given a refund on both products for a total of $60.79.

They offered a free trial of their product, but make sure you call and cancel immediately or they will start charging your account. When I called to talk to a customer service rep they were very rude and said I did not call in time to receive a full refund. They did not try to work with me, instead they were very defensive. I did not see anywhere on the website or in my packaging that stated I had to call in 14 days to cancel. I feel this is a scam and other's should be made aware. If you are going to charge peoples credit cards please make sure you make the customer aware of this. It should not be just expected that everyone knows this!!

Stating that a 14 day trial starts the date an order is placed is both misleading and disingenuous.  If a product is to work in a 14 day period, then a true 14 days should be allowed for proper trials.  This is an underhanded way to get payment for a product that does not have the expected results.  As far as the reduced rate, I was offered a reduced rate for the FUTURE auto shipments.  The young lady specifically stated that NO refunds would be given.

We have reviewed the notes from the customer calling at 6:35pm on Dec. 16.  The customer wanted a refund was explained the T&C then stated somebody underage ordered the product, then stated she wanted to return the product, then stated she did not have the product, then stated it was fraud....

 Gave customer tracking number for the post office to find products.  Customer was  offered a 25% discount on products and the  customer accepted and was refunded $21.60 and $21.82.

n August 4 customers bank called customer service regarding charge, was told the T/C.  Bank said they could not accept any offers for the customer.  Account was cancelled.  Customer serviced called customer 3 times on August 4 regarding refund, left messages but customer never...

returned call.  There are no notes or recordings of the customer calling customer service at any time.  Customer did refund customer $87.31 on August 4

I have reviewed the customers file .  Due to the fact the customer had already returned the product, we could not issue a RMA.  The RMA# is so we know who to credit when the product arrives at our warehouse.  Without this number there is no way for us to know who is returning product....

 Because we can not know if we have received the product ,  in good faith, I have issued a refund of $86.41 to the customer.  They should see this on their card in 3-5 business days.

We have review Ms. [redacted] records with our company.  On May 1* she ordered our product Pure Garcinia for a 14day trial, after the 14day she did not cancel, as required in our Terms and Conditions so she was enrolled in our membership and charged full price for the product she received.  On July 1 she was shipped another bottle for full price of $87.31, again she did not call or cancel.  On August 1 she was shipped another bottle for full price of $87.31.  Ms. [redacted] called on Aug 4 to cancel.  We cancelled her membership and credited her $87.31.  We only have her original credit card number ending #[redacted], there is no way possible for us to get a new card number.  If she had cancelled her card before the July shipment, we could not have charge her for July or August.
Because Ms [redacted] has 3 bottles of our product, and has had them for over 30 days we can not refund her.

Please inform the customer that refunds can take up to 10 days to post to their account.  If they have not received the refund my May 1st please let us know and we can investigate what is wrong. Client Service Management
