I ordered trial but was billed shipping, and then two charges, 84.94, 74.90 I ordered a trial version only
I called Primal to say that I was sending my pills back, as my mom had gotten sick taking them, my box/bottles were unopened, Brittney I spoke to say she wanted to give me back 50% of my money, I said NO, I was returning all of it unopened.she then told me she'd have to charge me the shipping fee, 10.00 I said fine, not so happy about it but better than 50% - so I shipped product back from Delmar, NY post office . I didnt see the charges come off my bill so I disputed them with Barclay credit services. I did in fact by a trial version - but I sent the product (trial) back and I called Barclay and pure primal back - Pure Primal said on Oct 4th I could send the product back and just be charged shipping, but they didnt recieve the product until the 9th - so my "trial" was over and they were charging me the . I said you have the product back, and they said it was to bad, and that I when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said no one was available. I then called back pure primal and spoke to agent ach-035 - he said because I filed a dispute there was nothing they could do about a refund. I am now out 169.84.
I feel that something should be able to be done about this its fraud, and what a racket, they double bill - I just dont know who else to write to - Thank you

I would really like to be reimbursed - Id' be willing to pay the 10.00 for a product, just to have the 159. be returned to my account. Places like this make buying online such a risk.

I disputed the charge, with my creidit card and cc company said there wasnt anything they could do, so when I called back primal - they never said because I disputed it there was no recourse.
I admitted to a trial version, I DIDNT approve the other charges and the woman I spoke to said If I returned the product I would just be liable for the shipping cost. so I did it and apparently that was incorrect.
Its horrible that there are companies out here, I work hard, and feel that I was totally taken. not only did they get all the money for product that I sent back -
If there are numerous complaints on this I am not sure why you cant make them give me back my money.

Upon reading of your discontentment, we want to apologize for an inconvenience but due to a dispute being posted to your account, which prevents us from issuing refunds in order to protect the consumer from accidentally committing fraud when they receive a refund from both our company and their financial institution. Upon further review, it looks like the charge was disputed directly after returning the product, which gave us no opportunity to resolve the return. At this time, we are unable to issue any credits back. We sincerely apologize for your experience and hope this will resolve your complaint.

After reviewing Ms. ***'s complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our subscription was created to allow our customers to continue seeing results after the first products they received run out.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Pure Primal Product trial on 5/18/19- and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. We have no record of Ms. calling our Customer Support Team. We have cancelled her subscription with us. Upon further review of receiving this complaint, Ms. has filed a dispute with her bank on all charges on 6/9/19, which freezes her account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Ms. concern.

The company will not accept returns of sealed pills (4 bottles = $300) nor will they provide me with a copy of this policy.

Called on 11/26/19 to cancel. Account was successfully cancelled (operator #408).

I then inquired about the process to return unused, unopened bottles & operator said that they do not accept returns because I didn't cancel during the 14-day trail. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that person was not available. I asked her to tell me how/where I was notified that they don't accept returns & she said she couldn't provide me with that. I told her I would report them to the Revdex.com. She said ok, we will provide them with our contract. I further explain that is what I was asking for. she said she couldn't help me and that I should call back. She later said she would escalate my complaint and that a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours.

Desired Outcome

I should be able to return unopened, unexpired product. It is questionable that they will not allow their products to be returned, especially at the price I paid. I feel they are banking on people not cancelling after the 14-day trail and they don't accept returns so they can be ensured that they can profit from people not knowing/realizing they are being charged for more product.

I paid $9.94 for the product and was later charged $159.84 for the same product and was added to auto ship none of which I asked for or knew about.
1st I ordered pure primal keto. I was sent a bottle of forskolin also which I did not order. The charge was $9.94. Order#

I was later charged $84.94 and $74.90 for the same bottles that I already paid for. Also I was added to auto shipping which I never requested.
What I want is my money back. I dont mind paying the $9.94 as I agreed to that but not the rest. This auto ship when you dont ask for it or even see it as an option is a scam.

Better resolution than anticipated

Cancelled before product was to be shipped. Still got $84.94.
Placed a trial order on 7/22/19. Went to bank to put a stop payment on 7/24/19. Received an email from the company stating the order had been cancelled. Never received any product and still took $84.94 out of my checking account. Filed a dispute with my bank and the company is stating they shipped me the product but never received the product.

Illegal charge on a product that l did not ordered
They offered a product vitamins asking me to pay for just shipping cost which was about $ 5.00 and l paid l didn't like the product so l did not ordered again and then a few weeks later they charged my MasterCard for $ 84.94 for a product that is worthless,l am 83 years old and $ 1.00 is a lot money to me since l live on my social security which is no much l believe these people are crooks.

Cannot find a way to contact and CANCEL any ties to this company!! Frustrating to have a business that does not provide a way for customers to contact
I ordered the sample of the Keto and Forskolin SAMPLES on 7/5/2019! No where in the process did it show me that I was signing up for automatic delivery and charges. There is no way to contact them. Not expected to be subscribed after buying the trial Pure Primal Keto. To my surprised, not only did I get another bottle, but was charged $84!
It seems I am one of many who ordered a trial size of Pure Primal's Keto unaware that of what would follow. I was charged $84 and another was delivered while I was on vacation. I called upon my return and spoke to someone who took the information and kept giving me options to pay less after repeatedly saying I wanted to cancel, unsubscribe. She sent me an email:

I purchased a "trial" that you only had to pay shipping for. I did not proceed with the final confirmation continue to be charged.
I saw an advertisement for Pure Primal Keto that had testimonies from Kelly Clarkson and other users of the product. On 6/19/19, I ordered a trial size of Pure Primal Keto and Forskolin and paid $9.95 for shipping. I completed this order on purpose and agreed to that charge (which I now realize was one of the biggest financial mistakes I've ever made). I received a confirmation email and the products. After concerns arising of the legitimacy of the product, I did not order another bottle of the product, nor did I receive any more correspondence. When checking my account, I saw that on 7/3 my account had been billed $84.94, and on 7/4 it was billed $74.90. The products came in the mail later and have not been opened. I looked for a customer service number or email to explain that I did not order this second set. Around this time, I started to receive a huge amount of spam phone calls on a daily basis. On 8/4, my account was billed $84.94, and on 8/5 it was billed $74.90 again. I started the process with my credit card company to dispute all of these charges. These disputes haven't been resolved yet. On 9/4, my account was billed $84.94, and on 9/5 it was billed $74.90 again. I tried replying to the confirmation email, to cancel. On 10/4 and 10/5, I was billed again for the same amount but this time the name of the charge was slightly changed. I can't find a website, customer service number, or email address. I don't know what else to do. THIS A SCAM. I would not have ordered this "trial" offer if I had known I would be continuously billed with no end in sight. I do not want these products or these charges to continue. I want to be refunded for all the charges I didn't order which now totals to $639.36.

Was charged 84.94 on 8/21/2019. Found a number online and was told and emailed I would receive refund. Here I am over a month later and None!
I ordered a bottle of foloskin for $4,99, credit card company informed me of 84.94 fraud charge. This happened 8/21/19. Called company and credit card and company said they would refund me by money. Here it is a month later and no refund. Credit cards company unhappy with me. Very very bad business! Not happy at all!

Charged 84.94 on 9/21 and $74.90 on 9/22. I did not reorder either of these pills. I have notified my credit card company. Such a ripoff company praying on people. Nothing in their ad said you need to cancel anything. Keto was free paying shipping and Forskolin you had to buy to get the Keto free. They should not be allowed to get away with this. And Shark Tank advertises this product. Shame on them!

I signed up for a free trial, "just pay $9.95 shipping" and have since been charged twice for $85. There's no way to contact the business and dispute.
I signed up for the free trial, and was unknowingly subscribed to their product for $85! My bank didn't accept the charges the first time, but I just saw my account summary and this time a charge went through. I can't find anything to contact a business and try to cancel this so it doesn't happen again. Hopefully my bank will reverse the charges.

I received there 14-day free trial and then was billed $79.95 on day 10. Customer Service Rep. Sherlan (499) was very helpful and canceling this ripoff company. The F rating is not low enough. I wish I could give the 0 stars..

Charged for products I did not order
I noticed a charge on my bank account that I did not recognize. I did some research and found out it was for diet pills. I never ordered diet pills because due to health reasons I can not take them or I would probably die. I called the bank to dispute the charges but the company states I ordered the pills and they were mailed to me. Now I cant seem to get in contact with anyone. I want a refund into my bank account for the amount charged along with overdraft fees. I never ordered anything, and definitely never received anything and even if I had I wouldn't be able to take due to heart and liver issues. I want a refund for the unauthorized charges.

Unauthorized charging of my credit card and very small writing in web site. It said in very small writing that I missed stating they gave me free trial for 14 days and then would charge me the entire amount but does not say what that amount is. They billed me for $84 and no way I would have paid that for some pills. Upon contacting them they at first refused to refund my money but I eventually talked them down to a 75% discount. I think it should have been 100%. After further research I found that this company is run out of the US Post Office. When I did a Lexus/Nexus search on the phone number they came up as "No Records Found" This company is sneaky and dishonest and a fraud

I want 100% refund and not the 75% they talked me down to. Total refund of $84.94

At this time the Consumer was given the agreed to 75% refund and that is the highest refund we can offer.

No customer service number to call. Charged $168.94 unauthorized to my account. I want a refund!!
On 8/1 I ordered a trial size of pure primal Keto and forskolin. I expected to pay the 9.94 but then was charged 159.84 on 8/15 unauthorized by me. There is no way to contact these people. No customer service number on confirmation emails no valid website to go to. I found the ad on Instagram. I made a huge mistake! I want my name and information removed from them and I want my money back!! But they are so secret they can't be found anywhere.

Desired Outcome

Refund my money and never contact me again.

Per the terms of our website, we offer 14 day trial periods to give our customers a chance to see how effective our product is for only the cost of shipping and handling. After this trial period is up, they are then billed for our goods that they were sent. We also offer monthly subscriptions which - to aid our customers in the maintenance of their weight-loss journey - if you do not call to cancel, you are added to our lists and sent new product each month.

Looking at Ms. account, we can see that you initially placed your order with us on July 31st for $9.94 and 14 days later you were charged for the initial product we sent you. We cherish customer gratification so we have fully refunded your account.
