I ordered two bottles that were FREE with me paying shipping. I was NOT under the impression I had to pay FULL amount a month and a half later.
So on 7/28 I decided to try out the weight loss pills and ended up ordering them for around 10$ on 7/28. This was for shipping ONLY. They were shipped on 7/31. When I had bought them I was NOT under the impression that I was going to be charged the FULL amount on 9/4 which is 84.94$. On the website it did not state anywhere that it was going to charge me FULL amount 50 days later. I called the number provided in my bank account which is 833-499-0610. They were very rude and could care less about anything I had to say. I called on 9/5 which is today (still currently on the phone). I asked for my refund. They told me they cannot issue one, so then I kept pushing she they said they can give me 35% of my money back; then 50% back. I told them that I wanted my 84.94$ back and they declined. This is a scam I hope no one tries this horrible business they are running because I asked to speak to a manger and they had NONE! I'm still on the phone waiting for a supervisor. (It's beem half an hour since I heard from anyone. Still on hold). My order number is *** I had used my debit MasterCard.

I ordered the free trials and received them in the mail, next week on 8/14/19, I was charged 84.00 no product received to refund.
I have yet to receive any product. I wanted to return it for a full refund, but would like my account credited for the amount charged on August 14.

Signed up for the 4.99 bottle and was charged 84.00 dollars
I signed up for the 4.99 bottle of pure keto primaland was just charged 84.00 dollars. When I called customer service they told me I signed up for a 14 day trial and that the bottle I had already received was 84.00 dollars and would not receive a refund even though no where on the site did it say it was a 14 day trial and had to be cancelled or anything at all! She also was refusing to take my card information off the site until I threatened legal action! I just want my money back for something that isnt right and that I cannot not afford my account is now overdrawn!

This advertised as a "trial" that you only had to pay shipping for. I did not proceed with the final confirmation and was still charged... twice
Billed full amount for Trial offer.Web site does not let you get out, order goes through even though there is no "click to order" screen. On 7/21/19 I responded to an add for Pure Primal Forskolin for $9.95. Then I was asked to add Pure Primal Keto to the order. I didn't want to but there was no way to say no,so I just left the website thinking the order was not placed. I then received a fraud alert from Chase,but since it was only for $9.95, I thougt just let it go through rather than getting a new card.When I received the product it contained not only the Forskolin but the Keto. Again I thought it's just another $4.99( I didn't open the package for several weeks.) When checking my account, I saw that on 8/1my account had been billed $84.94 and on 8/2 it was billed $74.90.Neither bottle has been opened.I called my credit card company and was told I needed to contact Pure Primal which I did on 8/5 . I also had Chase put a block on future charges from Pure Primal. When I contacted Pure Primal customer service, I was told this was a subscription and since I had not cancelled,I was billed the full amount. Needless to say I cancelled immediately and could not get a refund even if I sent back the unopened bottles. THIS A SCAM. I would not have orderred this "TRIAL" offer if I had known I would be billed over $150. 1.) I never actually orderred this product since I left this website before actually placing. the order and 2.I only let the order go through when I received the fraud alert from Chase is because I didn't want the hassle of replacing my credit card (I won't do that again.) I want a refund from this company and to warn others of this scam.

Very Unsatisfied Customer
After paying for a 30 day supply for just the shipping charge I though to myself that is a great idea. Let a customer try their "legit" product and decide if they like it and reorder.

I had a $84.95 charge today and kindly called their customer service office. They kept talking over me trying to up sell me. The rep Petra #186 even said stop talking over me. In the end they will not refund my full amount of the purchase. I would hope sending the product back would result in a partial refund.

I am in the business and the fact they would act like that is appalling.

Shame on this company

Trial period & charges thereafter were not clearly stated. Now, I'm unable to get a full refund.
I just got charged over $150 by this company without authorization. I called for a refund which they were only able to give me 75% of. The customer service representative would not let me speak to a supervisor as she said she is the supervisor.

When I ordered the product, it was not clear anywhere, that there was a trial period and that would turn into a subscription if I didn't call within the 14 day trial she just told me about.

Now, my bank is unable to help as well.

I ordered a free sample of Pure Primal Keto and paid $4.99 shipping. Now have been billed a month later for $84.94, which is not mentioned at all.
I ordered a free sample of Pure Primal Keto on July 31, 2019and paid $4.99 shipping. Now have been billed on September 1st for $84.94, which is not mentioned at all. There is small print I found later that clearly says my credit card will be charged a one time fee of $4.99 for shipping and handling fee.
It does mention after that statement having to call customer service within 14 day but no mention of any specific costs. This is very deceptive marketing, bordering on fraud!

I sent them the following email on September 1, 2019:
Hi,

I found out today you have charged my credit card $84.94 for something. I believe this is a result of the Prue Primal free trial I ordered for $4.99 shipping on July 31, 2019.

The product does not work.
I never wanted any more product
I never signed up for anything further.

CANCEL any ongoing subscription you may think I have with you!

Your web order clearly states there would be a ONE TIME charge on my credit card. Anything further I consider fraud and has been reported to my bank.

I have also reported your fraudulent marking practices to the Revdex.com

This company is a scam, they offer a trail period for their product, however, a person only has 3 days to try the product before they can cancel it.
you receive limited time to try the product before they charge you an exorbitant fee. When dealing with the agents, they often lie and then tell you that there is nothing illegal about their activity. They told me if I dispute the charge,they will deny it. Sounds like they are truly confident in their products.

This was the resolution I was looking for from this business instead of getting the runaround and arrogant answers from their operators and supervisor.

Unauthorized charge for product, unable to get full refund.
I signed up for a free trial for 2 products. I was then charged 74.90 for one and 84.94 for the other. My bank notified me of suspicious charges. When I called to cancel, they advised they would cancel but no refund would be given. After speaking to them for a few minutes they offered a 50% refund, I declined them offered a 75% refund but wouldn't go any higher. I did not agree to pay full price after a 14 day trial which is what they are stating.

This company offered a free trial for $4.95 for a sample of their weight loss KETO Pills. It is a scam.

Product was purchased by me using a chase debit card which was hit by the company Pure Primal of Odessa, Fl. again in 15 days. When I called the company I got a woman named Keini rep # 262 on the phone. I demanded an immediate refund. She actually tried to tell me that I did not cancel my subscription in the 15 day trial period so I would not get a refund. Then she asked if I would like to purchase more pills at a special offer. I told her that I would be in her office the next day with my lawyer and the police and to get a manager on the phone. She said none was available. I persisted and got an offer of a 75% refund. I again reiterated that I would be in her office tomorrow with the police and suggested she ought to get another job that doesn't consist of ripping off consumers. I then got an email that money would be returned within 3-10 business days. I said that was unacceptable and proceeded to go on this site to file a complaint. I then called my bank would said they were aware of this scam and they would reverse the charges. JP MorganChase. Good people. Use them if you don't

Company misrepresented their charges and I was not provided with a detail of how/when I would be charged. Unable to cancel subscriptions.
This company tricked me into thinking that I was purchasing a free trial and only pay for shipping. It was not mentioned that after a trial period that I would be charged full price. I had to find that our after I was charged and found more info on a shady website. I am still unable to contact this company by phone or email to get a refund and cancel my subscriptions. I was charged 84.94 on 8/23 and 74.90 on 8/26.

Never ordered anything. Billed Visa card two months before caught it in the amount of 84.94. Got their number from my bank. Did not!!! FRAUD
Caught fraud charges on Visa card. Bank gave me number to company. Called and they said signed up for free trail. Nope. They said they sent an email on like July 3 2019. Never found that email. They offered 50 percent of money back and I say no. Then they offered 75 percent back I said no. They said management would call within 48 hours. Never happened. Two more times they said management would call never happened. Finally after saying I was turning them in they refunded one payment. Asked for other false charge back and they said account was frozen and nothing could be done sorry Bank(visa) filing dispute.

Did not give permission to charge my account for a full amount of product Only for a trial , amount .
The add said send for you trial for 4.98 ? Plus shipping and handling then my bank account was hit for 84.94 I did not approve this. I called the company they told me I could only get a redound for 63.75 and they would cancel my account witch was a surprise to me because I didn't know I had an account very underhanded and I think against the law . I contacted my bank and did a dispute They should only have sent a trial amount because that was what was asked for period . Thanks for any help ,in advance

I would like to return the Keto diet pills I received and I called customer service and the lady hung up on me after proceeding to tell me for 10 minutes she couldn't find my account after I gave her all the information I had. I want to return my pills have no charges on my account which I shouldn't because I canceled the subscription. Where do I return it because apparently I have 30 days and I got this on August 4th I want answers because I am not paying for this *** that I didn't even use. I also find it disturbing that she tried to tell me she couldn't find my account and the guy the day before told her the exact same thing even after I provided my email my name my zip code the last digits on my credit card and I provided the lady with my cancelation number. Deceptive subscriptions Deceptive "trial offer" never indicated in the fine print that there would be a monthly charge of $79.84. No email receipt sent of charges. Would never have found it if my bank did not alert me of possible fraudulent charge. Called on 8/16 and cancelled subscription *** (confirmation#)but they refused to give full refund. Stated they could only give back 75% percent and if I went to the Revdex.com I would get nothing *** Purposely misleading and deceptive advertising. If full price had been disclosed, we would never have ordered product. Customer service rep could not provide any proof of terms and conditions that I supposably signed up for and was very rude.

Company has dealt with my complaint and I feel happy with the results. Much better than the customer service

I order the free 14 day trial of the Keto. I canceled yet I was still charged 84.94
I ordered the 14 day free trial of Keto. I was not satisfied with product I tried several times to call customer service and either couldn't get thru or the connection was terrible. By the time I got thru my checking account was already charged $84.94. I was told I could only get a 50% refund.
