The company explained themselves and have stated that they will refund my money in good faith. I am satisfied with their response.

claimed free trial on product. Ended up being charged almost $80 few days later.
Recieved product then got charged a few days later for almost $80 on my bank card. My bank contacted me suspected fraud bc I didn't authorize this.

During checkout I did not see anything informing me of the fact that I would be billed the full amount and enrolled in automatic subscriptions, I was under the impression it was a free trial minus the cost of shipping and handling. I have been unable to make contact with the company to resolve.

Company charges you, even though they don't send products. When u try to get refunded they day it's too late.
Tried to cancel by email on 6/19 got a response saying to call. They said they couldn't find my account
Didn't know what to do after that until I got a shipment today
Found another number and called to cancel again. They ended up cancelling but wont refund for shipments I did not receive or the one I got today which was mailed out on 6/19/19

Billed full amount for Trial offer.Web site does not let you get out, order goes through even though there is no "click to order" screen.
On 7/9/19 I responded to an add for Pure Primal Forskolin for $4.95. Then I was asked to add Pure Primal Keto to the order. I didn't want to but there was no way to say no,so I just left the website thinking the order was not placed. I then received a fraud alert from Chase,but since it was only for $4.95, I thougt just let it go through rather than getting a new card.When I received the product it contained not only the Forskolin but the Keto. Again I thought it's just another $4.99( I didn't open the package for several weeks.) When checking my account, I saw that on 7/23 my account had been billed $84.94 and on 7/24 it was billed $74.90.Neither bottle has been opened.I called my credit card company and was told I needed to contact Pure Primal which I did on 8/5 . I also had Chase put a block on future charges from Pure Primal. When I contacted Pure Primal customer service, I was told this was a subscription and since I had not cancelled,I was billed the full amount. Needless to say I cancelled immediately and could not get a refund even if I sent back the unopened bottles. THIS A SCAM. I would not have orderred this "TRIAL" offer if I had known I would be billed over $150. 1.) I never actually orderred this product since I left this website before actually placing. the order and 2.I only let the order go through when I received the fraud alert from Chase is because I didn't want the hassle of replacing my credit card (I won't do that again.)
I want a refund from this company and to warn others of this scam.

I appreciate the fact that the company responded to my complaint and have issued me a refund in the amount of $159.84.

I ordered a free trial which I was later billed $84.94.
On July 18, 2019 I ordered a free trial for Pure Primal Keto and Pure Primal Foreskin for the cost of shipping which my credit card was billed for. On August 1, 2019 my credit card was charged $84.94 for the "free trial". I called customer service and told my 14 day free trial was up. I looked at my order confirmation email as well as the box with the free samples since I had not used them yet due to illness. There wasn't anything that stated a 14 day trial. However, I see from all of the other complaints they have it on their website. This is very misleading. When I called to cancel the customer service representatives were extremely aggressive in trying to keep me as a customer. I had to insist that I wanted this cancelled immediately which finally happened.

Couldnt find any info on the company to cancel and was charged, then they refused the refund
I purchased a trial of your Keto supplement, received it a week later and took it one time. I tried to find the information to cancel the product, and could not find a website, phone number, and the email I had received from you and it kept getting shot back to me. Later in the month I received call from the fraud department at my bank saying I was charged $85 for this product. Again, I tried to find your information unsuccessfully. I finally found a number I could call and spoke to a rep who was extremely rude and argued with me about using the product and not getting my money back. At first I could only get 35% back of what I paid, because tomorrow is the end of my 30 day guarantee. Then she told me I could get 50% back, finally she said I couldn't get any more than 50% back because I opened it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. I immediately called back and received a second rep, her ID is ***. She was polite, gave me the 50%, but could not let me talk to a supervisor, and would not give me the first reps info.

I am very disappointed in my interaction with your company, the email confirmations, and the difficulty to create to cancel or even find information. I tried to cancel this product from the beginning, and it took me almost a month to find you, and when I finally do I get treated like trash. After all the headache, I still lost $42 and am left with a very poor experience.

Misleading advertising resulting in extra money being fraudulently taken from checking account.
On June 19th I ordered a "free" trail of Pure Primal that stated I would only need to pay for shipping, the total was $4.99. The order number was ***. I have a receipt for the $4.99. No-where on the receipt does it state there will be additional charges, and I did not authorize additional charges. On July 5th, I was billed an additional $84.99 by the same company. I discovered the charge on July 9th while I was checking my account. I disputed the charge through my bank and had to have my debit card cancelled, as the bank said that this company is known for changing their billing name to make additional charges. I have tried contacting the company to dispute the charges, and I am unable to reach anyone through the number the bank provided as the number associated with the charges. I would NEVER have agreed to additional charges beyond the $4.99. This order was placed through a facebook ad, and there was no indication that it was a "try it free for a certain period then pay full price" deal. I believed that I was getting 1 bottle for $4.99 (the cost of shipping) and that if I liked the product, I would be able to place an order separately. I do not recall seeing anything that talked about recurring shipments or billing, nor did I authorize any charges beyond the $4.99. I would like to have my money refunded.

The company has refunded the amount that was charged without my consent.

Their website needs to be a lot clearer about the trial and the charges. I was randomly billed $84 after already paying $5 and receiving the vitamins. They refused to refund me, so I had my bank dispute it. They got my money back, but I know others haven't been so lucky. Just don't even bother with them. You can find basically the same buskins at GNC and Walmart and vitamin cottage.

I bought a diet supplement from them where I was only supposed to be charged like ten bucks for shipping, then they just hit me with over $150 charge.
This company tricked me into thinking I was only paying a few dollars for shipping and then they shipped me the product and charged me a week later for over $150 dollars in charges I did not agree to.

Charged without permission for 84.94 and 74.90 following wildly misrepresented "free" trial. No product sent for above charged amounts.
On June 25th I signed up (via facebook ad) for a free trial for Keto. I agreed to the S/H charge of 4.99. I received a confirmation email of two S/H charges for two different products. The confirmation email was from a noreply and no product or company information was included for me to investigate why I was signed up for two or what else may be fishy about this company that now had my card info. I received two bottles in the mail with no company information attached or included. Then I was charged twice in the amounts of 84.94 and 74.90. I spoke to my bank who provided me the company information and instructed me how to move forward. I contacted the company and clearly requested a refund as well as for my card information to be cleared from their system.. cancelling any future charges. The rep attempted to sell me product, offered me discounts and made other attempts to prevent me from cancelling. I obtained her name as well as the confirmation number from my cancellation. She said I was not going to get a refund and that the charges were for the product I already had be sent (though these products don't appear anywhere that I can find to cost these amounts even nearly). So total I was charged 169.78 for two bottles of diet product that I merely requested a "free" trial bottle of one. I absolutely did not make any informed agreement for my card to be charged any future amounts beyond one bottle's s/h. I did not receive any confirmation of the later charges. I merely found them when budgeting and looking through my bank statement.

Falsely advertises their prices, scams their customers into paying more than they should, and DOES NOT REFUND.
I ordered 2 products via phone; THE SAMPLE BOTTLES of Pure Primal Keto - SKU PPK-1 & Pure Primal Forskolin - SKU PF-1. It was falsely advertised that I pay only shipping at $9.95. I was told that if I cancel prior to the next shipment date, I would NOT be charged. After horrendous researching online, I finally found minimal contact information, so I emailed the contact email address on 6/9/2019 requesting a cancellation because I attempted to call several times during their operational hours and never got through. A customer service representative emailed me back on 7/2/19. ALMOST A MONTH LATER trying to offer me a 35% discount and to respond back via email if I choose to accept or decline this offer. I IMMEDIATELY respond back declining and to continue with the cancellation. After that, I NEVER heard back. They just charged my card $69.99 and $29.99. When I called in today 7/12/19, they stated that my subscription never fully cancelled, but offered me a $20.00 refund. The fact that it took almost a month to respond to my cancellation request is ridiculous. Now customer service is pinning the blame on me because I never called, when I have WRITTEN PROOF that I could process my request via email. They supposedly sent me an email later saying I have to call in, which I NEVER RECEIVED. This company is scamming people out of their hard earned money and taking FULL advantage of limited contact availability to use against people trying to take them up on a "too good to be true" offer.

False Advertisement of Free Trial bottle and no forewarning of monthly subscription
False advertisement of Free Trial.
I ordered only a free bottle of Forskolin and Keto and paid $9.90 for shipping & handling. It did not say free trial, it was advertised as "Get Your Free Bottle"There was no mention of automatic monthly subscription. I only received email confirmation of product ordered and charge of $9.90, again no mention of any automatic subscription or trial period.On July 10, 2019, I was charged $74.90 & $84.90. I contacted the company and agent was rude, said the trial period policy is on the website. I told her there was no trial policy when I placed the order and I did not agree to a trial period or a monthly subscription. Said order can't be placed until customer signs the agreement. I asked for written proof that I had signed such policy agreement. She kept referring me back to their website to look at the policy agreement. I kept insisting on proof that I signed such agreement. She hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another representative, he cancelled my subscription. I complained about the additional charges and also if the said charges were because I didn't return the product why am I being charged Shipping & Handling again if that is what I paid when I placed the order for a free bottle. After putting me on hold several times, he said the manager told him to refer my complaint to another department.

It was a hassle finding contact information for this company. The order confirmation email I received had no contact information so I searched JMNForskolin.com which is the website listed on my bank account when the additional charges were debited. This website does not exist. I then searched pure primal and finally found an email to customer service and after emailing them they provided me a phone number to contact a representative.

How is a customer supposed to cancel future orders or return the product if they don't provide their contact information or email with information on how to return product or cancel future orders.

This is not an honest or legitimate company. They should be charged for scamming people.

I want full refund of the additional charges made to my bank account totaling $159.80 I also want others to be made aware of this fraudulent company falsely advertising "Get Your Free Bottle"

Company agrres to refund my money

Unable to cancel subscription service
I signed up for the trial of Pure Primal Keto and Forskolin for $4.96 and $4.99 on June 25th. I received that product July 3rd and on July 9th I received a fraud alert from my Chase card stating that the company is attempting to charge my account for $76 now and $87 on the 5th of August. I called the number in the screenshot from my purchase 888-443-4292 and was told that my order could not be found. I provided my name, product number and the last four of the credit card I used - still told my order could not be found. Then I was provided with another number to call. Called that number, 844-388-4948, three times and it is a bad connection and the call is never finished to the point that I can cancel this.

Desired Outcome

Immediately stop this subscription service and to make no charges to my card. I do not want further product nor charges.

Unauthorized charges to credit card. I was unaware of terms and agreement as there was no way to read from site I purchased from. Refusing refund.
I placed an order for a "free bottle" of Pure Primal Forskolin and Pure Primal Keto on June 21, 2019. Received the products on June 24th. Credit card was charged initial S&H of $4.99 & $4.95 on June 21st. Order # ***
I came upon this "free offer" through a news article claiming that Kelly Clarkson used this product to lose weight. It had "quotes" from the singer about how she didn't have to change anything and now she had more energy. After reading the article I clicked on claim your "risk free bottle" now.
I have not been able to find that article again and the singer has released a statement denying the use of any diet supplements.
Before submitting my original order, I searched the entire page for any "Terms and Conditions" and at that time could not find any besides agreeing to pay for S&H. No where did it EVER state it was a 14 day trial or that the full price of the product would be charged unless canceled within 14 days of order.
After receiving the product, I thought I would claim another free bottle for my husband to try. It was at that time that I realized the article was a fake. I tried to locate the product online and could not find it. This is when I read the other complaints from the Revdex.com. I began to watch my credit card daily in hopes that the business had changed its' practices.
On July 5, 2019 I was charged $84.94 from "JMNGARCINIA.COM" and on July 6, 2019 I was charged $74.90 from "JMNFORSKOLIN.COM" which doesn't make any sense because my original order was on the same day at the same time. I tried searching for a customer support number which I could not find. The other "free bottle" claims now lead to another Keto product with the same "dramatic results" pictures and same website layout but with a different bottle.
I tried the web address on my credit card statement JMNFORSKOLIN.COM and JMNGARCINIA.COM but both web address are invalid. I wrote an email to "[email protected]" which was listed on one of the bottles and the email came back undeliverable or invalid email address. I tried calling the customer support for the other "Keto product" and they could not find my order. I finally found 855-984-8542 on my credit card statement and tried calling @ 10 p.m. CDT on July 5th but it was closed and would not reopen until Monday.
I spoke to 3 different agents on Monday July 8th who read off the same script about how the Terms and Conditions clearly state the 14 day trial period. After explaining that I must have went through a third party site the agent stated that we all make mistakes and overlook things but unfortunately all sales are final. I tried to explain the situation again which then he said again that the Terms and Conditions are clearly posted on the website. I said I didn't order from that website. He apologized for me being unaware but all he could do was offer 35% off of the products. The next agent hung up on me twice when I threatened to file a Revdex.com complaint and called it a scam. The last agent explained how the 14 day "trial" starts on your order date REGARDLESS of when you receive the product and that they never offer a "free bottle". I explained how I tried to cancel but the support center was closed so I tried emailing. She informed me that the email is "[email protected]" but I could not cancel via email anyways. I said today, July 8th is 14 days from when I received the product to actually try but that did not matter. I asked about the "100% money back guarantee". She stated that is only within the trial period and that I could have returned any unopened bottles during the "trial" period by paying S&H. I asked how I would have tried a product without opening which she claimed some people "receive the product" and then return it. I informed her that I would be disputing the charges which she stated may not provide me with a refund as they inform credit card companies that the Terms and Conditions are clearly stated. All agents refused to connect me to a supervisor.

full refund ideally they would change their business practices so other consumers aren't scammed into reoccurring charges

Deceptive subscriptions
Deceptive "trial offer" never indicated in the fine print that there would be a monthly charge of $159.84. No email receipt sent of charges. Would never have found it if we had not been monitoring bank account. Called on 7/4 and cancelled subscription *** (confirmation#)but they refused to refund. Want to return pills to sender and get a full refund. If not resolved, we will dispute the charge with *** Purposely misleading and deceptive advertising. If full price had been disclosed, we would never have ordered product.

I was charged $79.95 on 5/31/19 and 6/3/19 I was charged 69.95 and then charged again on 7/3/2019 ATM POS Debit NISFORSKOLIN.COM VENICE FL $ -74.90 and 7/2/2019 and again another charge ATM POS Debit NISGARCINIA.COM VENICE FL $ -84.94. I was reimbursed a total of $159.84 on 7/8/2019 for the last shipment on 7-2-19 in which I did not order and mailed the product back. I have not been reimbursed a total of $159.84 from 5/31/19 & 6/3/2019 order # *** which I was never told I would be charged an additional cost for as I had only purchased a trial which stated it was $4.95 & $4.99 that I also paid on 5/17/19 in full. I am still owed a total of $159.84. This response from Customer Service is not really stating if I am receiving reimbursement from that charge in May and June as well.
