Unauthorized charges to my debit card.
I responded to a televised offer of a "free trial" of Keto and, while checking out, Forskolin. Nowhere in the ad did it mention future shipments or enrollments of any kind, etc. My account was charged on 06/22/19 for $4.99 and $4.95 for the two "free trials" even though both items were in the same package. Thirteen days later, on 07/05/19, an unauthorized charge was made to my debit card of $84.94 for Pure Primal "Keto."' When I contacted the company on July 5, the person taking the call just tried to offer me discounts instead of taking me off the list. The next day, an additional unauthorized charge of $74.90 was made on 07/06/19 for Forskolin.

The charges were for items advertised on tv as "free" trials and for which I paid $4.99 and $4.95 respectively. They day after I contacted the company, was when I discovered the second unauthorized debit to my checking account, the the one for $74.90.

I'm not certain whether I will be charged again in the future despite my insistence that I do not want to receive anything further. In order to protect myself, I will be required to go to my bank, cancel my debit card, and wait for a replacement; however, I hesitate to do so in case a refund is issued. I will do whatever my bank advises.

It was distressing to learn that many other people have had similar experiences with this company, but somehow they are allowed to stay in business. I will investigate filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs.

Desired Outcome

I wish to be refunded $169.78, or the entire amount debited to my account because the advertising was false and their business practices are dishonest, if not criminal. If this is unreasonable, then at the very least I want a refund of $159.84, the amount of the two unauthorized charges.

I ordered Pure Primal Forskolin and Pure Primal Keto. I called to cancel the membership and get a refund. They told me it was a 14day trial and I was looking at their ad on Facebook (where I ordered it from) and it plainly said 60 day guarantee. I looked up a different product and it was 14 days. The first person I talked to said at most I'll give you a 35% refund. My husband was listening and he said no we want 100%. He said no I can't do that. We told him about the 60 day trial and he said it was 14. Somehow we got disconnected. We called back and got a different person and she said the same things. We kept asking for 100%. She puts you on hold and then says ok, we can do 50%, we say no, you get put on hold, then she says 75%. We say no and we say we're contacting our lawyer to start a case and then, guess what-she hung up on us! Well awhile later I got an email saying they are going to refund me all of my money. Make sure you know the free trial period and if they put you immediately on an auto ship plan where you get it every month and they get your money. Read carefully and if you need a refund, don't give up!!

I ordered a free trial of the Pure Primal. Misleading advertising
I order the free trial of Pure Primal. The product wasn't working for me so I stopped using. Next month comes and I received a package in the mail. Tried to contact company but didn't have a number to reach customer service. I went to post office and did a Return To Sender. Next month, I received yet another package. Still cannot reach customer service to cancel.

Desired Outcome

I will return product but I definitely want a full refund.

I thought I was just getting a free trial of their products. I called and they said I would be automatically sent more pills and my credit card bill
I purchased a supposed sample of Pure Primal Keto dietary Supplement and Forskolin. As soon as you order, they put you on an automatic subscription.

Tried a "free" trial and was automatically enrolled in a monthly delivery and was charged without my knowledge.
I saw an advertisement for a free trial. I had to pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. I tried the product and the next month they sent a whole new bottle of the product and charged my credit card $84.94! I called the toll free # and left a message to cancel the order and be refunded because I did not agree to any monthly service. I also emailed the [email protected] and said the same thing. No one ever got back to me and the next month I received another shipment and another huge charge! I called customer service again and someone answered and I told them the situation. They said they never had any record of my email or my calls and they would not refund anything. She offered all kinds of "deals" for me as I was "a valued customer"!!
After several minutes of being disrespected, I told them that I was going to call the Revdex.com and she promptly hung up on me! I would appreciate any help in this matter.

This is so unfair and she told me that it IS written in the small print that you agree to a monthly delivery. I am very detail oriented and I did not see it so I fell it was intentionally made hard to see. This business should be made to refund customers that tried their product in good faith.

Money was refunded. This company makes it almost impossible to contact them after the sale. No phone number no email. Otherwise I would have dealt with them directly. But I do appreciate my money being refunded. Thank you

Ordered free sample. Paid shipping then got billed for additional bottles.
The company add said free sample. Requested to pay shipping. When free sample arrived I had to open the box to (1) find out what it was (2) find return instructions. Post office would not return it due to it having been opened. The bank stopped access from company. The company still says I owe $84.94. Order EXXXXX*** 3/1/2019

Sorry but your response is very inaccurate. You charged my bank account a total of $309.74 - in which I have BANK ACCOUNT RECORDS to prove this claim... You did refund $112.42 BUT you still owe me a balance of $197.32 - and these figures do not include the original $9.94 I paid you to start with, which I do agree that I owe that... Your product is BOGUS and a SCAM to the public.... Due to you STEALING MY MONEY, I have had to close my account and set up a new one at my bank.. AT MY COST... another action I have had to do, thanks to your SCAMMING the public....
I WILL NOT DROP THIS CLAIM until you give me all the money you stole from me!! $197.32

I purchased trial bottle of their product for $5.99 + S&H, believing that was only cost. Then they charged my card for $79.95 without my consent.
Saw an ad for their product online showing $4.99 or $5.99 plus S&H for sample to try. Nowhere did it mention anything about being charged additionally for more product that I didn't order. Found pending charge on my account for $79.95, presumably for additional product they are trying to send me that I don't want. I am sending back original sample unused to them and asking for my initial money back as well. At no time did I authorize an additional charge of $79.95 to my account or request any additional product from them. This is a scam and a sneaky business practice that should be stopped.

Desired Outcome

I have already contacted my bank and disputed the charges, as well as cancelled my card so that they cannot make any additional charges to my account. I am sending back the only purchase I actually authorized, unused, to them for a refund. I am sure they will try and fight this but I don't like their business practices as they are completely predatory and misleading.

I have received a credit to my account as they promised for the two extra charges that I did not authorize.

I ordered only a trial bottle garcinia and paid $4.99 shipping. They took $79.95 out of my checking account and sent another bottle which I returned.
I only wanted to try the trial bottle. I cancelled my "subscription" which their representative Cleo said I now had. They will not refund the money. This is a very bad business practice and deceptive business. She wouldn't let me write the company. There is no "contact us" on their website which is also just advertising and ordering. I am 63 years old and this is too much money to spend on anything which I did not agree to a monthly send of this stuff. As their ad said, trial, when you say trial, I understand trial bottle only.

I want my money refunded for the second bottle which they sent to me, billed to my account on 2/3/19. I returned the box via the Northlake, IL post office (XXX) XXX-XXXX and had a tracking number assigned to it. There was a slip of paper which had an address in Odessa, Fla. Tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX, sent on 3/21/19, and arriving Monday, 3/25/19.

Fraudulent advertising, sneaky practices, and additional charges.
I ordered 2 products online Pure Primal Keto - SKU PPK-1 & Pure Primal Forskolin - SKU PF-1. The whole advertisement said just pay shipping February 24th 2019, after I completed my order I took a screenshot of the order # *** saying I will receive a SMS an Email confirmation and shipping confirmation upon completion. I never received an email or SMS confirming my order. A few minutes after I completed my order I received a phone call and the lady on the other line was trying to tell me she sees I was on the website and asked if I was interested in any of the product and if I would like to place and order I said "I did already." She told me she couldn't find the order. She asked if I would like to order again I gave her the order # and she magically found my order and said I would receive an email shortly after the call confirming the order which I never received. My account was charged $9.94 (shipping amount) for the 2 products immediately the next day February 25th 2019. I got a shipping confirmation email March 4th 2019. I did not received my product March 11th 2019. On March 20th my account was charged $149.90, I called the company and asked them why I was being charged and they said I signed up for a 14 Day free trial (which I was unaware of) and it was after the 14 days and that they were going to send me some more product monthly. I said "Please cancel my account, if I would of known I was signing up for and trial I wouldn't of bought the product and can you refund my bank account." so they canceled the account (Cancellation # C). As for refunding my money they said it was after the 14 days and that they could only refund me 30% of my money and I told them I didn't know anything about a 14 day trial and they said it was in their terms and condition on their website which I was unaware of and informed by someone else they said they did read it and they didn't see anything about a free trial and additional charges. After asking to speak to a supervisor they refused to refund my money over 30% I offered to return the product and they said that they would have to charge me a $9.99 re-shelving fee along with I would have to pay shipping & handling at my own cost and they would take that out of my refund. They finally refunded me only 75% of my money back after I told them this all sounded like a scam and they would be reported to the Revdex.com. I received an email that my account would be refunded and that was it. So I will see in a few days if they actually refund my money.

I accepted a 14 day trial for a product. The trial period began before product was shipped or received.
Garcinia product FL#XXXXXXXXXX ordered 2/25, received on 3/13. Before the trial product was even received, I was billed for a future shipment in the amount of $79.95. I called 1-855-984-8540 and spoke to agent *** She informed me that the trial period began the day the order was placed, which did not allow me to even "trial" the product since it arrived to me on 3/13, the day the billing for $79.95 occurred. I requested a full refund and promised to return the "trial" shipment that is still unused and unopened because I was leary of their sales practices and did not trust them. She first refused to refund, left the phone several times to consult a supervisor. Each time she returned to the phone, she offered me a percentage of my money back, first 20%, then 35%, then 50%, then 75% and finally asked me to pay to ship the product back and pay a $9.95 restocking fee in exchange for a full refund. I did not agree as, I no longer trust their business practices. I asked more than once to speak to her supervisor and was told that she was not able to transfer or escalate the call. I was finally able to have her agree to giving me a full refund and cancel my account with them. I asked for no more emails about their products and no more charges to my bank account. I did receive a cancellation email and a refund email. The call took 28 minutes. When I suggested that I was going to turn this issue over to the Revdex.com and contact my bank to notify them of fraudulent charges, she stated that she had been through this many times and that I would lose. I do not want others to be victimized by this company, so I am providing you this information.

Desired Outcome

I feel that this company preys on people with false or misleading advertising and manipulates their disclaimer in a way that only benefits them. My persistence hopefully paid off but I believe others may have less patience and perseverance and give in to their scandalous practices, losing hard earned money.

$79.95 and on 3/7/2019 charged $69.95. Now this is after I spoke with Doris and she confirmed she caught in time so no order would go out. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE.

We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our subscription was created to allow our customers to continue seeing results after the first products they received run out.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Pure Primal Product trial on 2/19/19- and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. We have cancelled her subscription with us. Upon further review of receiving this complaint, Ms. has filed a dispute with her bank on all charges, which freezes her account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. When I receiveds the trials I immediately called and
spoke with the customer service/Doris. She said that
it would be stopped not to worry. It was caught in time. As all my paperwork has stated, I was still billed, then another order came which I sent back, but was not refunded.

Fraudulent advertising and sneaky practices
This company offers products which "star" endorsements. Once ordered, unbeknownst to me, I was immediately put on a monthly program. I paid a small amount for my product, but when I did not return it within a certain amount of time, I was charged an exorbitant amount for the products. Then, I received more products the next month, at the same exorbitant amount. Apparently, it is written in the fine print somewhere about these charges and monthly programs, but it is not told up front to the customer.

I took advantage of free trial for product called Pure Primal Garcinia. The trial was supposed to be for 14 days. All I needed to do was pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. The issue is false advertising. I placed the order on 12/3/18. I didn't receive the product in the mail until 12/10/18, which is when my trial was suppose to begin. I wasn't supposed to be charged until after the 14th day. The company charged me $79.95 on Monday, 12/17/18seven days after I received the product. I called them about that, and they said that my trial began the day that I placed the order, which is absurd. How can my trial begin before I even get the product in the mail. What a scam...and false advertisement! I told the agent that they're scamming people and I wanted my money back. I told the agent that I no longer wanted the product because they charged my card before they were suppose to. She told me not to send product back. The agent kept trying to offer me a partial refund; I told her that I wanted a full refund. The lady finally told me that she will cancel my account and that no further charges or fees would be applied. I'm like what about my refund! She was still trying to get out of giving me back my money. She placed me on hold. When she came back to phone, she told me that they will give me a 100% refund in 3-7 business days and she gave me a cancellation confirmation number. On Thursday, 12/20 I checked my bank account and saw that they had refunded me on 12/19. Later that afternoon, I received an alert from my bank about a $79.95 charge for that product; so I got on my computer and checked my bank account and saw that they refunded me and then turned around and charged me again for that product. I called my bank about that and they told me to call the company to see what they were doing. I called the same number that I had called before, which is 855-984-8540and they had done disconnected that number. I called my bank and told them, so they told me to come to bank and file a dispute.

I have called this company at 2 different numbers and e-mailed them to talk to a person, because they advertised to try Pure Primal, no where on their website did they mention they was going to charge my account first I was charged $79.95, then $69.95 on December 22, 2018. I was charged $9.94 for the Pure Primal bottles, which I am returning to them. They did mention that that a good rating with you, which I find that hard to believe, since when you call all you get is a busy signal at both numbers. There is also two different addresses for this business, which I did not locate in your directory. I am seeking a full refund of $159.84, I have also contacted my bank because I never authorized the $79.95 or the $69.95. I can submit copies of the e-mails and the letter I am sending via UPS.
