I am so happy I called Qualified Heating to look at my air conditioner today I’ve been sweltering in the heat for several days not knowing who to call I saw their ad in *** and they looked like a well established business so I gave them a call They came out the same day and within minutes they found the problem to be just a capacitor minutes later, they replaced it, topped the a/c with Freon and cleaned the outside of the unit I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty they showed

Back on January 13, during one of the coldest times in Chicago Area our furnace wasn't working right so we called Service Heating & A/C as we were afraid that our furnace was on it's last leg and we did not want to be stuck without any heatOur furnace was old so we thought me might have to purchase a new oneThis happened on a Saturday and when we called, a service man came out and accessed what was wrongSure enough we needed a new furnace and we needed it right away A called was made to workers Vance Sand Chris Kand asked if they could put in our furnace They said yes they would do it because they did not want anyone to be without heat on a day like today They came out that same day (Saturday) and stayed late into the evening to make sure we had heat We would like to thank both of the Gentlemen for installing out furnace on that Cold winters night in a very professional matter and explaining everything that we needed to know about the furnace Thanks Again and Again!!!!!!!

I contacted QHI initially for a system check up, MrNelson explained the challenges with my outdated system and for health and safety reasons could only recommend a new system; he showed me some of the issues and explained why a new system was my best solution A few weeks later I contacted MrNelson to begin the process (a very fair price) afterward everything was like "clock work" The QHI team were very professional and efficient; they demonstrated and explained everything that was installed and assured me that I could call anytime for questions or assistance I'm very pleased with the product and how clean the area was after the installation Thank You Qualified Heating, Inc

I want to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to MrKeith *** and his team members Candice, Peter and Kevin for an outstanding job they did installing a brand new Air Conditioning unit, Evaporator Coil, Line Set in my homeI had called different companies and got quotations but Qualified Heating's service stood outFrom my very first phone call the service was amazing, not only Mr*** personally showed up at a very short notice to accommodate my schedule and gave me a "competitive" quote but his manners and humble attitude forced me to award him my businessHe also gave a Years Parts and Labor warrantyBased on my experience so far I won't hesitate to recommend Qualified Heating/Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for great value and service!

On Sunday, 7/15/2018, we called Qualified Heating, Incand spoke to *** ***He came out later that day to address our central air not workingWe were thrilled that he would come out so soon, especially on a Sunday! It was extremely hot in our home*** came out, inspected our system, charged the inspection fee and told us that our AC compressor was not workingLater that night, he called and gave us two options to get our air up and runningThe first was to replace our used AC unit with a new AC unit for $1,Or, replace the compressor in the existing AC unit for $1,We did not have the money for eitherWe borrowed $and the next day (7/16/18) I called him to go with option 1, and he said I could pay the $now and pay the rest over some monthsHe said he was sending his guys to our home right away and that all the work would be completed the same day! We were overjoyed- we would finally have AC!! His guys (*** * ***) were at our home within a few hours
