I am so happy I called Qualified Heating to look at my air conditioner today I’ve been sweltering in the heat for several days not knowing who to call I saw their ad in *** and they looked like a well established business so I gave them a call They came out the same day and within minutes they found the problem to be just a capacitor minutes later, they replaced it, topped the a/c with Freon and cleaned the outside of the unit I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty they showed

I had a previous service company who had provided my heating and AC services for a few years, however, this past year I was not satisfied with the service and had been seeking a new company I was driving home one day and saw a service person entering a Quilidied Heating vehicle I asked for a card and a few days later I called the number It was late in the evening and I only expected to leave a message asking that someone return my call, however, to my surprise MrNelson answered the phone, identified himself as the owner He asked me to contact the office the next day to schedule an appointment I spoke with Candace who promplty gave me an appointment for the following week On the day of the appointment I received an early morning call from MrNelson who apologetically explained that they would not be able to come that day due to several critical situations that could pose dangerous situations for other customersWe rescheduled, and Pete came today to provide the service Pete arrived well within the window of time I was given, and MrNelson stopped by to agpologize again for having to cancel previously and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with Pete's work I assured him Pete was extrememly professional, worked quietly, and explained the work he completed Quilified Heating and Air will definitely be my heat and air service provider going forward I appreciate their level of service and professionalism
