I want to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to MrKeith *** and his team members Candice, Peter and Kevin for an outstanding job they did installing a brand new Air Conditioning unit, Evaporator Coil, Line Set in my homeI had called different companies and got quotations but Qualified Heating's service stood outFrom my very first phone call the service was amazing, not only Mr*** personally showed up at a very short notice to accommodate my schedule and gave me a "competitive" quote but his manners and humble attitude forced me to award him my businessHe also gave a Years Parts and Labor warrantyBased on my experience so far I won't hesitate to recommend Qualified Heating/Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for great value and service!

On Sunday, 7/15/2018, we called Qualified Heating, Incand spoke to *** ***He came out later that day to address our central air not workingWe were thrilled that he would come out so soon, especially on a Sunday! It was extremely hot in our home*** came out, inspected our system, charged the inspection fee and told us that our AC compressor was not workingLater that night, he called and gave us two options to get our air up and runningThe first was to replace our used AC unit with a new AC unit for $1,Or, replace the compressor in the existing AC unit for $1,We did not have the money for eitherWe borrowed $and the next day (7/16/18) I called him to go with option 1, and he said I could pay the $now and pay the rest over some monthsHe said he was sending his guys to our home right away and that all the work would be completed the same day! We were overjoyed- we would finally have AC!! His guys (*** * ***) were at our home within a few hours

I called Qualified heating for a air conditioning problem and they were able to come out the same dayThe service was good and I would recommend anyone with heating and cooling issues to give them a call

We were skeptical about hiring contractors, due to what you hear about poor workmanship or customer serviceHowever, once we were sold on Qualified's products, price and promise to make us happy at the end, we used themTheir installers were there on time, knowledgeable and equipped to properly remove and install our heater and air conditionerThey even put up with my dog's constantly barkingI felt so bad, I put dog in the garageThe installers were very nice and cleaned up really goodI'll recommend Qualfied to anyone needing their services

Our furnace went out on us right at the start of the cold weatherInitially we called another Heating and Cooling company as soon as this occurredThey came out and completed an inspection and told us we needed to replace the boiler We anticipated this would be the case because we had water damage in our basement and water had gotten into the unit The furnace had to be shut down, it was leaking carbon monoxide, it just was not repairable Before getting the work done we wanted to get another opinion first, especially since this was probably going to be a replacement The first company we called had quoted us a price a too high for our pockets We decided to call around first to get more inspections, luckily we happened to find an advertisement from Qualified Heating in the Valpak we received We gave them a call to scheduled an appointment Mr*** arrived to our residence on our scheduled appointment date The morning of the appointment I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from his office to alert us of his estimated time of arrival Mr*** inspected our unit and confirmed what we already knew, it needed to replaced We sat down scheduled a date for the work to begin The Qualified Heating Repairmen arrived to our home on the scheduled day and did a fantastic jobThey installed top brand equipment and now our home is nice and warm The entire team was very professional through the entire process, this includes the owner Mr***, the office staff and the repairmen When I was told I would get a return phone call, I did When I was told someone was going to arrive at my home they came They really did a beautiful job and worked diligently to get our boiler installed timely to prevent damage that could have occurred due to the cold weather Qualified Heating will be one we will call on for our Heating and Cooling needs Thanks to Qualified Heating

This company is outstanding! I found myself in a situation that completely took me off guard I needed a new furnace In an effort to find out the process and recommendations to find a solution, I called several other companies This company had it all They explained the process, provided suggestions on how to implement, reviewed pricing and provided scheduling options The installation was seamless Each individual throughout the process was professional I would strong recommend to others They are a step above the competition (Virginia)

We are very deligent about servicing our A/C and furnace every year and have remained loyal to another company over the yearsHowever, this year, I decided to try someone new because I needed a company with weekend hours
After reading the positive reviews on this local company, I decided to give them a try
I was very pleased
We had a small hiccup, the technician was running late because of issues on another jobBut, I appreciated the call to inform me of thisThe technicians were polite, professional and educated me on A/C maintenanceIt also helped that they were $cheaper then my other company with weekend hoursWill definitely use them again

my expectations! He did a great job cleaning and giving update on the condition of my furnaceHe gave a lot of information and answered every question on my current and future condition of my furnaceHis price and warranty are GREAT!
And his customer service was impeccable!!

I called Keith *** because I needed my air conditioner to be servicedIt wasn't working properly so I figured it needed to be cleanedHe came over the same night I called him and took one look at my unit and said I needed a new oneHe informed me that my furnace was over years oldHe answered all of my questions, was very informative and friendlyI set up an appointment for his team to put in a new furnace and air conditioner on a Monday and they came out on that Saturday to install itI am so happy with my new unitHe doesn't try to just get money out of youHe shows you what is going on and teaches you how to prevent it from happening againHis years of experience in this business shows and this was the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC companyI highly recommend him to everyone and will continue to use him in the future for my maintenanceHis prices are very reasonable

This homeowner is an *** *** *** warranty customer that we service back in the summertime for the first timeAt that
time their furnace was very dirty and out of complianceWhich for the A/C repair and per the *** company's policy we should have not authorize the repair of the A/C but be cleaned the furnace, also cleaned the electronic air cleaner which was workingWe cleaned and returned all cells and filters back in unit, and it was workingAlso, made the repair for the A/C
Since that time we received an call on December as customer stated, which was a Sunday and we did not charge an overtime rate being a Sunday service callHusband was with me and we found a clogged and dirty condensation trap which I cleaned and blew out, that can cause the system to short cycle like it was performingWhile writing up the invoice and paperwork and the homeowner writing the deductible payment, the furnace stopped workingI proceed to recheck the system and verified the trap was clean, then next troubleshooting by checking the pressure switches which were okay, as well as checking the inducer motor which was running at a little high amps and concluded that I would replace the inducer motorUpon this conversation with the homeowner we possibly may have to check a exhaust piping to make sure it was not cloggedThe service tech returned the next day and installed a new inducer motor and system continued to do the same thingI being the Senior Tech I returned the following day found the same problem occurring and then contacted the local furnace company representative tech help lineThey advised me to replace the main board and pressure switches and the system did the same thing and the rep advised possible secondary heat exchanger leaking, which could cause pressure switches to short cycle systemI advised the homeowner's wife, which I was there from 2pm to 6pm, made several trips to the local rep for parts and advised homeowner that I would request a 2nd opinion for another vendor to come out, because with the local reps advise furnace secondary heat exchanger might have to be replaced or new furnaceI then contacted the home warranty company the following day and they sent out an 2nd vendor which told homeowner that my service tech may have gotten PVC shavings in motor which could make the system to short cycle, also homeowner was on an recorded line with the home warranty company telling myself and the rep what the second vendor said and that while the 2nd vendor was there he removed the exhaust piping and the system workedWhich at that time as I said on a recorded line, we do not remove vent pipes from motor to see if clogged because it exposes Cto the areaHe said the system workedThat was the last time we spoke with the homeownerWhich I left with the system two new pressure switches also main circuit board module at no cost to the customer or the home warranty companyThen we received this compliant and note the warranty company has the recorded phone call for the 2nd vendor opinion and homeowner own statementAt anytime did we expose the homeowner to any danger being with the electronic air cleaner that was cleaned and working during the Summertime and with the second call with the furnace with Cwe did all that we could to resolve problem we were unsuccessful even speaking with furnace representative to resolve

I was so impressed by the professionalism of this company! My year old mother's furnace was over years old and needed to be replaced Keith (the owner) personally ensured that she had the right new furnace and that it was functioning optimally He gave excellent instructions and education, made sure that the thermostat was in good working order and went above and beyond to provide good customer service I highly recommend Qualified Heating and Air Conditioning!

Purchased new air conditioner and furnace last yearAC has been having issues for weeks now where it will not shut off no matter the temperature inside the home Have contacted qualified heating various times to come out to look at the issue I have been told multiple times that they will be here on a certain day and they do not show up

I had a previous service company who had provided my heating and AC services for a few years, however, this past year I was not satisfied with the service and had been seeking a new company I was driving home one day and saw a service person entering a Quilidied Heating vehicle I asked for a card and a few days later I called the number It was late in the evening and I only expected to leave a message asking that someone return my call, however, to my surprise MrNelson answered the phone, identified himself as the owner He asked me to contact the office the next day to schedule an appointment I spoke with Candace who promplty gave me an appointment for the following week On the day of the appointment I received an early morning call from MrNelson who apologetically explained that they would not be able to come that day due to several critical situations that could pose dangerous situations for other customersWe rescheduled, and Pete came today to provide the service Pete arrived well within the window of time I was given, and MrNelson stopped by to agpologize again for having to cancel previously and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with Pete's work I assured him Pete was extrememly professional, worked quietly, and explained the work he completed Quilified Heating and Air will definitely be my heat and air service provider going forward I appreciate their level of service and professionalism
