Service Technicians arrived within my allotted time slot, both were very professional,

I was very pleased with service I received from Qualified Heating, when I called they came out right away repaired the pump on my boiler and the house was warm again I paid a fair price and I definitely recommend this company

Hello this is *** *** owner of Qualified Heating as the homeowner stated she called us out for a preventative maintenance service upon the inspection the homeowner stated she was having problem main thermostatUpon inspection found a short in thermostat module which I
recommend replacingThe has two thermostatsInstead of one she wanted both replacedI gave the homeowner a quoteShe asked for better price so I gave her a total, of $for a boiler cleaning and two thermostatsThe cost should have been $by her being a police offer. I gave her a huge discountAs she stated my service tech returned and performed the repair and cleaning3-later she and stated the boiler was not workingI returned and found the safety switch tripped, I reset and performed carbon monoxide test everything checked out okTo ensure the homeowner of her safety that everything was ok but she waited it was replaced and I told her it would be a fee of for service and a new switchI placed the order and originally my vendor thought it would only take a day or two to come in but it took 7-daysAn appointment was set and the day of I ran behind on a repair callI left a message and stated that I may not be able to make it and that I may have to reschedule following dayBecause her appointment was scheduled for late evening to accommodate her work scheduleShe call the office and was rude to the office staff as well as myself and she stared that I took her money and won't come fix her boilerBut note homeowner has heat she stated to me in a previous conversation and she also stated she was going to get another companyTo honor my Revdex.com pledge and my own customer service I will go out to replace the switch at no chargePlease notify Qualified Heating if this is ok with the homeowner

On Sunday, 7/15/2018, we called Qualified Heating, Incand spoke to *** ***He came out later that day to address our central air not workingWe were thrilled that he would come out so soon, especially on a Sunday! It was extremely hot in our home*** came out, inspected our system, charged the inspection fee and told us that our AC compressor was not workingLater that night, he called and gave us two options to get our air up and runningThe first was to replace our used AC unit with a new AC unit for $1,Or, replace the compressor in the existing AC unit for $1,We did not have the money for eitherWe borrowed $and the next day (7/16/18) I called him to go with option 1, and he said I could pay the $now and pay the rest over some monthsHe said he was sending his guys to our home right away and that all the work would be completed the same day! We were overjoyed- we would finally have AC!! His guys (*** * ***) were at our home within a few hours
