Amazing staffs! Javier the sales person is superbly responsive, professional, honest, and pleasant to work with. He even made himself available over the weekend to answer my phones and messages! Brett the foreman and his team are some of the most professional and respectful contractors I have ever worked with. I did wish they could have sealed the working area better as there are dust spreading to other areas. Nonetheless, I would have nil hesitations to refer them to anyone who would need a waterproof solution provider.

Concrete Pool Deck Leveling and Crack Repair Project - As with any pool owner, our biggest concern was not damage the concrete walls of our 20x40 Gunite Pool but also getting a level pool deck to prevent tripping hazards as well as fix some cracks and prolong life of pool deck. Arturo & team arrived onsite where I was there to meet him and walk him through my thoughts. He answered all my questions and even called me back over at several points to discuss options and his thoughts based on prior experience. Overall, very happy with how it turned out. Wilver C and his crew were extremely professional and were very clean as there was no traces of leftover concrete from the installation of the drain system. They finished when they said they would, were very open suggestions (for example on drainage ideas for the sump system) and went out of their way to ensure a clean installation of the "Zen Wall" in some tough areas (were the pipes were adjacent to the wall).

The first representative, Jack, who came on time, and thoroughly explained our options but was not pushy. The service team's foreman was friendly and on time. He explained what they were doing and when they were returning. At the end, they thoroughly cleaned up and showed me the complete job explaining everything. Great job from start to finish.

Victor and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time and went right to work. They made fast progress and went out of their way to keep the area clean and organized. When an unexpected issue arose, they stayed late and completed the work. After a long 10 hour day, the work area was clean and all wok completed. I would recommend this team to anyone needing work done.

Manny & Matt the second crew sent to my home completed the job and we are pleased. There is only one area they were not able to raise up more as they ran out of mixture. I told them if it starts to sink again I would call back and request them to come out again. Tiffany was helpful with the scheduling and rescheduling that took place in the completion. Also Andy, Nicole and Chokan were able to resolve the pool and concrete issues. It did take longer then expected as the job was started on June 6th and finally completed on July 12th. Thank you all!

Quality 1st sent a representative to my home for the annual maintenance of my dehumidifier and pumps. Representative did a very thorough job. He took his time checking and cleaning the equipment. Work was exactly what was expected. Will ask for same representative for next year's maintenance.

We have dealt with water in our basement for over 12 years. We have used a general contractor who tried, but couldn’t fix the issue. We decided to go with a basement waterproofing professional. Quality 1st came highly recommended by friends. Their crew was courteous and professional, they did an amazing job! We believe they solved our water issue. I’d recommend them to anyone!!

I reached out to Quality 1st Basements because I was concerned my houses foundation wall was sinking. Jay H, came to my home in December 2018 and told me that the kitchen was too heavy and a support beam was needed to stabilize and lift the floor. I mentioned that the floor upstairs also felt uneven but he was confident the support beam was the solution. Jay is the professional so I took his word and I agreed to the $7,800 project.

The support beam was installed February 2019. During the walk through with the project foreman, he mentioned that the beams looked level and he didn’t notice any sagging. At that point, I wish I had just cancelled the installation. A couple weeks later, I emailed Jay to advise him the slope in the kitchen was still there and worse than before. The grout in between my kitchen tile floors was beginning to crack since the floor was not level. Jay replied that the installation crew would come look at it again and also said “rest assured we will stand behind our work and there will be no additional costs from you.”

In the weeks after the installation, I was reviewing the work with a friend and we noticed the foundation looked like it was in fact slopping towards the kitchen. Also, in the crawlspace we noticed the support beam that was installed was not done properly as parts of the wooden house beams weren’t in contact with the beam at all and the beam appeared to be cut to short to support the last house beam. When the crew arrived, I showed them the issues and they looked closer at the foundation wall and found a crack. They said they would return and properly install the support beam and said we'd need to discuss push piers for the foundation wall. Jay sent me a proposal for an additional cost of $4,250. I advised him that I had to wait so I could pay off the first project and I asked when the crew would be back to fix the support beam. Its been over 2 months with no reply to my email and the beam is still not installed properly.
