All the [redacted] DVDs are being shipped tomorrow, January 14th, There was a long delay in this production due to not receiving all the files from the local videographer that was hired to do this job Our standard policy is to always offer full refunds to any customer who chooses not to wait if there happens to be a delay Richard R***

There were delays with this project However, all the Rincon DVDs were just mailed out recently 1st Class Mail through the US Post Office We always offer full refunds to any customer that does not wish to wait for their DVD in case of a delay

Raines Video Productions has never "scammed" a customer in the years we've been in business Sometimes people refuse to believe that something can get lost in the mail Every other customer that ordered this product received their DVD months ago
