This DVD was mailed out and should have arrived by now.   Please let me know if our customer has still not received their DVD.

I am rejecting this response because: Again, since you require a response within 7 days, I cannot say I am satisfied at this point and will reserve judgement until I either receive the DVD or their check (and it clears the bank).  They have said they would send the DVD a couple of times already.  Since the last correspondence said all DVDs were scheduled to be shipped on Monday, February 13th, 2017 and we then received this note (dated February 13th) that they would instead be sending a refund, clearly what was previously said was untrue.  I question whether a DVD was even made; did anyone receive a DVD?  I will let you know if/when I receive either the DVD or acceptable refund.

These DVDs were just sent out and should be arriving any day.  We had a very hard time recovering all the footage from the local Salt Lake City videographer that was hired for this job.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  This company has multiple complaints on their internet site stating the fact that they do NOT provide the videos or a refund.  They do not return phone calls.  I have received neither a video or refund.  Take a look at their Facebook page or their website.  You will see the real truth about this company.Sincerely,[redacted]

This DVD was shipped on Tuesday, September 27th, 2016 1st class mail through the US Post Office.

We've been in business for 25 years and we've never had a customer not receive their product or a refund if they prefer.   We respond to every email and return every phone call.  We can't control what people write or if someone is not telling the truth about our company.   
 
If this customer would like a refund, please have them return the DVD to us and we'll issue a full refund.

This DVD was mailed and should have arrived by now.  If it still hasn't been received, please notify us and we can send out another one.

All of these DVDs were mailed out recently and should arrive any day.   We also return every phone call, but sometimes it can take a day or two.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11126408, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was advised by Mr. D[redacted], who I thought was a roofing expert, about what was needed for my roof replacement.  I do not know what is needed in roofing.  I would be surprised if any clients know or should know the details of what constitutes proper roofing.  I trusted Mr. D[redacted]’s suggestions, only to be told later by Guaranty Sheet Metal Works, the inspector and roofing specialist, that the way Geaux Construction prepared my roof did not meet the International Building Code.   Please see my earlier attachments.Below, please find an excerpt from the International Building Code.  As a professional, Mr. D[redacted] should have included in the contract all work to be up to building code standards.IBC Section 1507.2.9.3Drip edge. Provide drip edge at eaves and gables of shingle roofs. Overlap to be a minimum of 2 inches (51 mm). Eave drip edges shall extend 0.25 inch (6.4 mm) below sheathing and extend back on the roof a minimum of 2 inches (51 mm). Drip edge shall be mechanically fastened a maximum of 12 inches (305 mm) o.c.
