Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** did not respond to the phone or email messages from several of my classmates or myself and we have been trying to get resolution since November 2015. However, we did receive videos on Monday, February 1st. I don't believe this would have occurred if the Revdex.com had not gotten involved Sincerely,*** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Mr R*** has proposed a
solution that cannot be implemented. My alumni are waiting for their high school reunion videos and do not know that they have been offered a refund by MrR*** in place of the DVD. Only Mr R*** has the address of all the alumni that purchased the DVD, so he has to either contact each alumni and offer the refund himself, or just send each alumni the DVD that they are waiting for. I do not have a list of those that purchased the DVD. MrR*** has that list. This proposal is just a delaying action and is rejected

Even though we did not receive the DVD back, I'll go ahead and send a refund out today just to end this matter

These DVDs were shipped out about weeks As far as we know, everyone has now received their DVD Please let me know if you hear otherwise

After many delays, the Westmoor reunion DVD is finally finished and we be shipped out this week on Friday, May 5th Our policy is to offer a full refund if our customer chooses not to wait in cases of delays

I am rejecting this response because: I returned the DVD in the very package in which Raines had sent it to me, with my return address on it, postage fully paid after rating in on the USPS website. I did not send it by Priority Mail, but I have the receipt, which makes the package traceable. As I informed *** ***, the DVD was of no value to me, and I had no reason to retain it. He is simply throwing another hurdle in my path, which has consistently been his way of doing business -- all for a matter of about $35.00.

Originally, Mr*** requested a refund without returning the product We then informed him that we needed the product back in order to issue a refund To this date, we have not received anything from Mr*** Please ask if he has any kind of receipt or confirmation that
the DVD was shipped

We have never had a customer in the history of our business that did not receive their product or a refund Of course there have been situations where a delay has occurred When you're dealing with editing a product and getting footage from multiple sources, delays can happen But as always when we have a delay, we offer full refunds to any customer that chooses not to wait Our refund policy is unheard of in this kind of business We sell 10,DVDs a year to people all over the country I'm confident that 99% of our customers are extremely satisfied with our service and the quality of our product Unfortunately, it is impossible to make everyone happy I consider this matter closed We have mailed two separate DVDs to Mr*** Everyone else in his class received their DVD months ago without a problem Perhaps Mr*** might want to check with his local Postal Service to find out why he's not getting his mail

There were a total of people that ordered this DVD We sent a letter to each person weeks ago letting them know there was a delay issue We understand if a customer chooses not to wait and would prefer a refund A refund will be mailed to Mr *** today

We sell approximately 10,DVDs per year The majority of our reunions are delivered in a 2-week time frame However, there are situations where the delivery date is delayed for various reasons Our policy has always been is to offer full refunds to anyone who wishes not
to wait for their DVD All they have to do is email or call us requesting a refund

*** *** Attached is a list of other customers that also never received their DVD.(See attached PDF file)In short, I have never received the video DVD and all that Raines Video Productions need do is send this DVD with tracking so we both have proof the DVD was actually mailed.Thus far Raines Video Productions refuses to use trackingAnd never did send out the DVD.So yes, Raines Video Productions are indeed involved in a scam operation.*** ***

We always offer full refunds to any customer not satisfield with their product.   Please return the DVD and a full refund will be issued.

The contract was signed on March 30, 2015.  It called for Mr. C[redacted] to supply and pay for plumbing and electrical rough-ins.Mr. C[redacted]'s chosen plumber backed out of the job.  At Mr. C[redacted] request, I supplied him with 2 plumbers.  Mr.  C[redacted] was in direct contact and...

negotiations with Mr. D** H[redacted]  A few days later, in spite of a legal contract existing, Mr. C[redacted] informed me that he was going in a different direction.The project called for a laundry room to be converted into a bathroom and a bedroom into a shower. The plumber determining where the 2 new drains were going to be placed and installing them was paramount to the project moving forward.  I personally have more than 100 hours invested in this project.  They include:Meeting with Mr. C[redacted] at his home on at least 4 occasions to discuss the project after the contract was signed.Meeting Mr. C[redacted] at Home Depot to select materials and fixtures.Waiting at Mr. C[redacted]'s home to accept a delivery that he ordered from Loews.Drawing multiple sketches of the project due to Mr. C[redacted] constantly making changes.Meeting with [redacted] who was to supply framing, sheetrock and painting services.Meeting with electrician H[redacted] of Jesco.Meeting with electrician R[redacted] of Bellco.Meeting with plumber S** L[redacted].Meeting with plumber D[redacted] several times.Removing the sheetrock from the laundry room and the bedroom.I do not believe that Mr. C[redacted] is entitled to having any funds returned to him.  In spite of that, I am willing to return $2,000 to Mr. C[redacted] if it provides a satisfactory resolution.K[redacted]sGeaux Construction
