I applied for a loan through this company around the 19th of May, with their representative Connor N***On the 20th they sent me an email requesting access to my bank records which I agreed to and completedOn 05/20/the then sent me a contract which needed to be electronically signed which I completedAfter three days of their "quick approval process" I then was requested to supply them with my banking records which I didThen they requested copies of my schedule C from my tax forms in the following email:
After speaking with underwriting, all they have to do is verify you have been in business for at least yearsSince all your bank statements and articles of incorporation are from this year, we need something that dates back to Therefore, we need either the old business license of the company(from when you were a sole prop), or the schedule CAfter you send this over we can fund you by the next day***
They also sent me the following email:
Just verified with underwriting that all we need to get you funded is your Schedule CI understand this process took longer than expected and was a bit arduous at times, but this is the last thing we need!

At around 10am the same day they then sent me a new contract to be signed electronically and I did soAfter the long holiday weekend on Tuesday they now inform me that they need a copy of my insurance on my trucks even though are not having liens or titles held for collateralThe representative was well aware that part of the loan was for a down payment on insurance for the businessAfter being patient with this company for days I decided enough was enoughThey should be dealt with with extreme caution

This place is a joke....they will tell you that you are approved and then they will tell you I'm sorry due to your credit score we are unable to qualify you at this time....keep in mind thus is after you have took days of time to submit all the required paperwork
