I am rejecting this response because:I'm Managing Director of ("[redacted]") [redacted] is an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 non profit tax exempt provider of housing for low income elderly, veterans and Seniors with disabilities. Rapid Advance is in denial of the fact that on November 9, 2015 a Loan was made to [redacted] and Rapid Advance started taking one payment per day according to Loan Agreement. However, a couple of months later during 2016, Rapid Advance started double transactions to [redacted] Bank Account without Notice to anyone connected to [redacted]. Rapid Advance caused delinquencies to other [redacted] obligations, damaged Business Credit and is responsible for Bank Service Charges above the $13,000 balance due Rapid Advance. As a A+ rating with the Better Bureau was the reason for doing business with Rapid Advance, the Revdex.com should not allow this company to close Complaint #[redacted] with an out right lie. One phone call to [redacted] will prove, [redacted] will not debit an Account and on the same day Pend another payment resulting in two withdrawals the same day. It did not appear that two payments came out the [redacted] Account continually, Rapid Advance admits the two payment were taken because they missed taking one a day, and they asked the Bank to Pend payments without Notice to [redacted] makes no withdrawals without someone asking for that withdrawal or requesting the additional Pending of a Payment which results in the two payment per day indicated in this Complaint. Rapid Advance was debiting one payment a few days and without any Notice would continually double the paymentsAccount should be cancelled as damages for the unlawful trade Practice. Rapid Advance should remove any negative UCC reports against [redacted] or [redacted] Credit Report personally as settlement of this matter to avoid protracted litigation in Federal Court.

("RapidAdvance') that was filed with the Revdex.com. I would like to take this opportunity to address your comments and provide you with some additional information about RapidAdvance and how our loan product works.RapidAdvance is a direct lender and not a broker. RapidAdvance employees handle all aspects of the application process and RapidAdvance is the entity that funds and Services its loans.On November 9, 2015, RapidAdvance provided a loan to your business. The terms of the loan agreement provided that RapidAdvance would debit, via Automated Clearing House (“ACH) transaction, the daily required payment directly from the business's bank account. Although RapidAdvance only debits one payment per business day. Some banks will show the payment for the next business day as “pending in the bank account. For this reason it may have appeared as though RapidAdvance was debiting the business bank account twice each business day when in fact RapidAdvance was only debiting one payment as specified by the loan agreement.I hope this letter addresses your concerns. I would like to take this opportunity to address your comments and concerns and provide you with some additional information.On November 25, 2016, RapidAdvance provided a loan to your business. The terms of the loan agreement provided that RapidAdvance would debit. Via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction, the daily required payment directly from the business’s bank account. RapidAdvance received seventeen (17) ACH payments from your business’s bank account. The balance that remained on your account was satisfied by a one (1) time wire payment on January 10, 2017. With that final payment, your account was fully satisfied and closed.RapidAdvance apologizes for accidently providing you with an incorrect mailing address. It was an error which has been corrected. It appears your concern is that the balance sent to you in December 2016 is less than the pay-offamount Sent to you in January 2017.RapidAdvance does not charge a wire fee; however, because of the accidental error on Our part, RapidAdvance would like to pay for any wire fees that your bank may have charged you for sending the pay-off wire. Please provide me with documentation regarding any wire charge and RapidAdvance will reimburse you for the charge.I hope this letter addresses your concerns. If you need a large amount of capital or a small loan MIKE M[redacted] is your guy. 100% satisfied and will use mike and rapid very every capital need for my small family owned business!!!!!

I had been working several similar companies, all of which gave me a headache and would over promise and under deliver. Then they would request more documentation than initially suggested and just said what I wanted me to hear to proceed with them.
Not Rapid Advance, James Pollard, and his manager Adam reached out to me and promised me that what they said is what they would need and do for me and they lived up to that. James was a delight to work with, professional and easy going, made a tough situation as easy as could be and was dedicated and on top of it. Would recommend to any small and medium sized business and definitely would recommend working with James as well!

We would like to address the issues mentioned by the prospective customer in the complaint above. According to our records, we received the customer's application and supporting documentation on Friday, October 9th, 2015, by the customer's financial broker. A conditional financing quote, subject to...

a full underwriting review, was extended to the customer the same day. The quote was accepted by the customer on Wednesday, October 14th, 2015. The next day, Thursday, October 15th, 2015, RapidAdvance commenced a full underwriting review of the customer's application.  Following its review, RapidAdvance determined that it would not be able to extend any financing to the customer.  The same day, Thursday, October 15th, 2015, RapidAdvance's decision was communicated to the customer's financial broker (the broker was to communicate the decision to the customer immediately).  Additionally, a representative of RapidAdvance spoke with the customer on Wednesday, October 21st, 2015, and again informed the customer of RapidAdvance's decision. RapidAdvance strives to provide the fastest most efficient customer service possible. We make every attempt to process each application we receive within two business days. In this instance, RapidAdvance extended a conditional financing quote the same day we received the customer's application. Additionally, a final decision was made within one day of the customer's acceptance of the conditional quote. While we were unable to offer business financing to the prospective customer, we communicated our decision as quickly as possible. Sincerely,RapidAdvance

RapidAdvance would like to respond to the concerns raised in this customer's comments. This customer's business received two loans from RapidAdvance. When the business requested a payment reduction, RapidAdvance agreed to reduce the business's payment amount on the second loan by approximately 50%....

Unfortunately, the business was ultimately unable to meet its payment obligations, even with the 50% reduction. RapidAdvance continued to contact the business to work out an alternative payment arrangement. The business's loan accounts were eventually sent out to a third-party company to continue efforts to set up an alternative payment arrangement. As of May 18, 2016, the third-party company and the business have come to a settlement agreement that will fully resolve both accounts.
