Review: I was referred to [redacted] because of the services that he offered. We spoke on the phone on September 27th. **. [redacted] advised me that he would respond back to me within 30 minutes of receipt of the 35 pages of personal information. The 35 pages were sent and verified on October 1, 2013 at 9:51AM. I did not receive any communication from **. [redacted] on October 1st, so I called him on October 2, 2013 at 11:14 AM, and I left a message. I called on October 3rd and left another message. In the afternoon of October 3, 2013 **. [redacted] contacted me to say that someone from his office would be contacting me shortly. The next morning someone from Rapid Advance did contact me, at the end of our conversation I was advised that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I waited 6 more days before I called and left another message. On October 11, 2013 I sent an email requesting an update. Today is October 16, 2013, 2:00 PM, I have still heard nothing, I have not received anything, and I am concerned that my financial information and documents have not been properly handled. I am very upset by the lack of communication handling my financial information.Desired Settlement: Finish the job, apologize and COMMUNICATE!

We have recently received the complaint of **. [redacted] to the Revdex.com and we would like to address his concerns. According to our records, we received **. [redacted]'s application and supporting documentation on Friday, October 4th, 2013, which was then reviewed by our underwriting department. A final decision regarding **. [redacted]’s application was made the next business day, Monday, October 7th, 2013. That decision was immediately communicated to the broker that forwarded us **. [redacted]’s application (and that broker was to communicate it to **. [redacted] immediately). Additionally, we mailed a letter to **. [redacted] on Tuesday, October 8th, 2013, informing him of our decision.

RapidAdvance strives to provide the fastest most efficient customer service possible. We make every attempt to process each application we receive within two business days, as we did in this instance. Since we received the complaint, we have called and left messages for **. [redacted] two different times and he has not returned our calls.
