First time using a non traditional lending institution. They were quick and professional. Anna our main point of contact on the transaction was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in every step the process. The experience and program went so well, that I reached back out to Anna at Rapid Advance for lending with another business to help with financing for an upfit and we received the same great experience.

My experience with Rapid Financial was tremendous. They were upfront about everything and were even able to lower my % of credit cards (factor) they were going to hold back. The paperwork was minimal and everything was signed through e-mail making it so easy to go from point to point. My retail franchise food business has morphed into about 70-75% of my sales being credit cards so doing a merchant advance was a no-brainer.
