After notifying customer service of my dissatisfaction due to weight gain rather than weight loss they would not refund my money or resolve the problem but rather send additional bottles of their product presumably free of charge

Hi!!... I tried Rapid Tone last year. I was very happy it worked out for me very well
Just couple weeks ago I ordered again giving a shot to clean my body. At this time, even if I finished the second bottle, DID NOT WORK at all. Like taking a placebo pills. I recommended last year to all of my friends, but this time I wont do it. Really sad and unhappy . Seems reduced the ingredients or just really a placebo, but definitely does not work now. MS .S.....

I ordered Rapid Tone because it had a 100% guarantee according to their website. When contacting them for a refund, it is not a 100% guarantee. I was on the phone for 30 minutes to get an RMA number and address. I am seeking a FULL refund for my purchase.

I purchased 5 bottles of Rapid Tone on 05/19/18. The product was supposed to be guaranteed even if it was just because I didn't like it. I was supposed to receive a $50 rebate towards my purchase, which I never did, but I decided not to stress over $50.00.

I contacted Rapid Tone on 07/10/18 explaining that I wanted a refund because I wasn't satisfied with the product and I would return the rest of the unused bottles. I had to get literally hateful and threaten contacting a lawyer because the CSR did not want to give me the information needed to return the bottles for a full refund. I FINALLY was able to obtain the mailing address and the Return # with instructions to put the # on the outside of the package, which I did.
I mailed the product back on 07/11/18 and I still have the receipt from the Post Office that includes the tracking #.
The product was delivered to the Denver, CO address, but I STILL haven't been able to get my refund of $199.00 from this company.
I've done all I know to do to get my refund, but to date, to no avail.

Unfortunately, we have no record of receiving a return package from Ms. and she has not contacted us since we issued her RMA on July 10th, 2018. If Ms. had contacted us, we would gladly have looked into this and processed her refund. That being said, we processed a full refund on October 4th, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: 1c018f84f8f8cd2e). This may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in her account.

I purchased the following order Confirmation Number: ***
Ordered On: Saturday June 30, 2018. I returned the product for full refund as it did not meet my satisfaction as well as it did not do what it claimed. I was told on several occasions when I called that I would get my refund. I called on 11/24/2018 at 12:05pm. I was told that the order I sent back was received on 9/14/2018 and that I would get my refund within 10-14 business days. I called again on December 5, 2018 and was told again I would receive my refund in 10-14 business days. On 01/26/2019 I called again for my refund. Once again I was told that the money would be refunded. To date May 18, 2019 as I am writing this complaint, I have not gotten my refund. Your assistance with this is highly appreciated.

We are very sorry to hear that our product did not meet Ms.’s expectations. We are aware that our product is not for everyone as our bodies are all different and results may vary. We offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee so our customers can try our product and if they are not satisfied, they can return the product.
We would like to sincerely apologize to Ms. that her refund was not processed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was no package matched to Ms.’s account and for this reason, a refund was not processed. This can happen if the package was not clearly identified with the order ID and RMA number. That said, we have processed a full refund on Ms.’s account on May 23rd, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: ***). It may take up to 5 days for the refund to be posted back to her account.

I requested a refund for this product and shipped it back. The refund was never issued. I have emailed several times and was told that my refund was "in process". I called today and was told to be patient that my refund was being worked on. It has been 4 months and I have not faith that this is a truthful answer.

Order this product and the price should have been less than $ They charged my card $ Then said I would get a $rebate Didn't happen Took the product for days Didn't lose weight Had a headache most of the time Called them and asked for a refund They said I just needed to stay on it longer I finally asked them ifmthey honored their day refund or not I was told that they would credit my card for $and send me a $grocery card This again was a lie It sent me to a website for coupons AND, they are goj g to charege a fee to send the coupons Total scam from beginning to end

Rapid tone took money out of my account for an order I did not place Because I had ordered in the past the company took it upon itself to order multiple bottles of their product without my permission or authorization
