Was so upset after ordering what I thought was my dream dressReceived receipt, but no tracking numberStarted reading reviews and decided to contact the vendor requesting the tracking information so I could have some peace of mindThey never respondedAfter contacting them on three seperate occasions I opened a case with [redacted] and ended up having to wait a month to receive my money backThe experience was disheartening and frustratingThey are just there to take your money and provide no goods or servicesDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Raw Glitter regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]They sent me a message saying they were shipping the dress but this was only after you contacted them and I told them I did not want the dress and not to ship it They still sent it so I received it on Friday June [redacted] when I returned home from work and sent it back with my own shipping label so I wasn't charged by them for shipping on Monday June [redacted] and still have not received a credit or heard from them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Raw glitter is the worst online retailer that I have ever shopped atI will never purchase anything from their site ever! They sent me a dress that was not what I had ordered and also a dress that was rippedWhen I had asked for a refund they simply ignored my requestAnd also it took them forever to process my orderIt was the worst experienced ever

This company does not provide a number to call for customer service not do they respond to any emails sent to themI understand that right now, things get crazy during the holidays, but I placed an order two weeks ago, the money was taken out of my account the very next day, and I have received NO info on my order or what's going onI highly recommend that no one orders anything from this retailerThey don't even know what customer service is

I ordered a dress for my prom from here April ***The money was taken out of my account the ***It has been almost three weeks now and my dress has still not come inI have not received an email with any shipping information or tracking number, only one email confirming my purchaseI have called this business countless times, only to no response or answer and a "full" voicemail boxI have also emailed this company six times to no replyI need this dress asap, my prom is May **And considering I have legally paid for this dress, I expect it well before then

I wish I would've read reviews on here sooner about Raw GlitterI placed an order for a skirt on hoping to have it by Memorial day weekendYea stupid meThey took the money out of my account the same day I placed the orderI received an email confirming the purchase however after a few days went by, I didn't get any email with a tracking number or confirming that its been shipped! I contacted them multiple times with no responseFinally, the day after Memorial Day I get an email from them asking me to be patient because the skirt was on back orderIt is now 8/*/15, still no skirt, no email from them telling me where the skirt is, no news at all! I've tried contacting them multiple times asking for a refund and no one will answer meSo now I'm out of the money I paid and the skirt I orderedTerrible customer service and complete scam

This is a fraudulent companyDO NOT BUY anything from here; they will not deliver it and just steal your money

I placed an order with this company on 3/** on 3/** they took my money I have emailed them numerous times and have never gotten a reply I tried looking for a phone number and they don't list one The one that appears on my act is ###-###-#### which rings to a mailbox that is full I placed a dispute with my bank At this point I want nothing to do with this company I will never order from them again! consumers beware!

I ordered a dress from this company on 1/** to have it shipped via 7dayI saw that my account had been debited and a shipping label had been made but my dress still hasn't shippedThere is no contact number on their website (red flag #1) and in days they still have not replied to any emails sent inquiring where my dress is
This is by far the absolute worst online ordering experience that I've ever hadAfter doing a little customer review research, it appears that this is standard operating procedures for this companyPlease be advised before ordering from this companyPerhaps try to find your items at another location that has a better reputation

Was so upset after ordering what I thought was my dream dress. Received receipt, but no tracking number. Started reading reviews and decided to contact the vendor requesting the tracking information so I could have some peace of mind. They never responded. After contacting them on three seperate occasions I opened a case with [redacted] and ended up having to wait a month to receive my money back. The experience was disheartening and frustrating. They are just there to take your money and provide no goods or services. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Worst customer service and business ever. I waited a month to get my order.
After two weeks of not getting anything in the mail, I went to read reviews and their shipping info on the website. Stupid - I should have done it before I ordered.
Anyway, after reading all negative reviews with similar experiences to mine, I decided to email them again asking where my order was. And that if it was not delivered next week, I want my order cancelled and refunded. I said that I would be checking my account and if it is not refunded, the proper actions would be taken.
Funny enough, they answered that email in 10 minutes. Said "We will send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. Thanks" - all one line. Excuse me but don't give me an attitude, it's been two weeks. (I did my research - we're both from NY so it that's ridiculous.)
Next week comes along and no order. Ask for cancel and refund, no response. A few days later I said the same thing and that I do not want to ask a 4th time. And then of course, an hour later, my order is being shipped.
OH and to top it off - they took the money out of my account right away, $53. When I got my tracking info, it said my complete order was $46. So they jipped me $6.
Don't ever get from here. It's a waste of time, money, and patience. If my order comes and it's not in good condition...they'll be hearing from me again.
