Received order confirmation on 12/**/15. It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive tracking info or the item. I have attempted to reach out to the business four times and have not received a response.

Review: I purchased a dress for my wedding on February **, 2015 and I received a email confirmation that I would received my item within 2-4 business days. I received a tracking number through [redacted] and the only thing it says since February [redacted] was that the label has been created. I have tried contacting them three times via email. There is no phone number on their website anywhere. I would like a full refund for $63.99.Desired Settlement: My order was 63.99 and I would like a full refund back onto my bank card.

Review: I placed an order from Raw Glitter online on May *, 2015 (order #[redacted]). I received an order confirmation email, but the item was not shipped within the 3-4 day date provided by the business, so upon my email request, I was sent a shipping email with a tracking number, stating that a label had been created in **. I took steps to email the business four different times, contacting them through the email address provided on the website and on [redacted]. I called the [redacted] customer service number just to be sure, but apparently the package was never dropped, only scanned.Desired Settlement: I want the products I ordered and paid for actually delivered. If that cannot be done, I expect a full refund from the business and will no longer be supporting or purchasing from Raw Glitter.

Review: I placed an order with Raw Glitter on March **, 2015 and received a confirmation email from the company confirming my order. On March [redacted], my credit card was charged for this purchase. I have never received a shipping notification from the company and have never received the product I ordered. I have emailed the company 4 times, trying to get an update and have never received a response. I have placed a complaint on line with the company and tried calling the phone number that was listed on my bank charges, which has been disconnected. There is no phone # listed on the site.Desired Settlement: I have a feeling I will never receive the merchandise and would like a refund, but I would also like to warm others against ordering from this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted]nd have received an email from Raw Glitter stating my merchandise has been shipped, although I have not received a confirmation of that yet. Raw glitter is the worst online retailer that I have ever shopped at. I will never purchase anything from their site ever! They sent me a dress that was not what I had ordered and also a dress that was ripped. When I had asked for a refund they simply ignored my request. And also it took them forever to process my order. It was the worst experienced ever.

Review: I placed an order for one of their dresses the end of May 2015. A few days later I received and confirmation email along with my tracking information through usps. When I went to track my package it read " A shipping label has been created" that was on June [redacted]. Here it is almost July and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and they keep saying my dress will be shipped asap. I tracked my package today and it's still saying the same thing!!! I spent $90.00 on this dress and I want my dress or an refund asap.Desired Settlement: I want my dress

I wish I would've read reviews on here sooner about Raw Glitter. I placed an order for a skirt on 05/**/15 hoping to have it by Memorial day weekend. Yea stupid me. They took the money out of my account the same day I placed the order. I received an email confirming the purchase however after a few days went by, I didn't get any email with a tracking number or confirming that its been shipped! I contacted them multiple times with no response. Finally, the day after Memorial Day I get an email from them asking me to be patient because the skirt was on back order. It is now 8/*/15, still no skirt, no email from them telling me where the skirt is, no news at all! I've tried contacting them multiple times asking for a refund and no one will answer me. So now I'm out of the money I paid and the skirt I ordered. Terrible customer service and complete scam.

Raw Glitter is an unacceptable website/ company. I ordered my dress 10 days ago, expecting it to come with in the promised 5 to 7 business days. I have an event in 2 days and have yet to receive a status of my order. It took raw glitter a week to email me back and all they told me was "be patient." I don't know who owns raw glitter, but they obviously don't know common courtesy to their paying customers. They take your money and leave you empty handed. Who knows when my dress will arrive, but all I know is that it is going straight back and I am getting my money back. Never will I ever consider shopping on raw glitter again!!

Review: I purchased a product in March 2015. Money was taken from my account and I have yet to receive the product. I have requested tracking information and I've also requested a return on my money as it is now July 2015. As of today I do not have a tracking number nor do I have the money returned to my account.

Review: I ordered an item from Raw Glitter over 2 weeks ago. I tried to contact them last week about the item. I never received a response but was emailed that my item had been shipped. I have been tracking the item daily and it has yet to leave the store the only thing that has been done is the shipping label has been created. In the email it says it will be delivered in 3-4 business days. The store has no phone number to contact and it is the worst customer service I have experienced.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the item in the total amount back to my credit card.

Review: I have made two separate attempts to contact Raw Glitter in regards to my order that was placed on March [redacted], 2015 and have not received any information about shipping or processing of my order. However, they had no trouble at all taking my money out of my account the following day. After doing some research I see that this is not the first time they have done this and there are numerous complaints to the Revdex.com. At this time all I want is my money back but I can't even get in touch with their customer service which I'm pretty sure is non existent. Review: Over three weeks ago I ordered two bathing suits from this company. After a week or so I still had not received them. So I emailed the company asking why and got a reply the same day and they told me to wait and be patient because they were low in stock. I wait another week and still no sign of my order. So I email them again. It's been three weeks now and I have constantly emailed them and have gotten no reply since the first time. And they have no phone number listed for me to call them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. At the very least my correct order shipped.

Review: I placed a order december [redacted] 2014 paid for 2 day shipping and have not received my items. I asked raw glitter to cancel my order on January [redacted] 2015 they responded that they cannot cancel my order after 24 hours. I asked where my items were and I have not been responded to and I still have not received my items. I would like my money back from this purchase. I believe this company should be removed from the internet due to fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my bank debit card $178.99

Review: I ordered a dress from this company on April ** 2015 and my credit card was charged the amount of $84.83 the following day. I never received the dress. Into the third week of not receiving the item I inquired and the response was that they would TRY to mail the dress the next week. They did not, and still have not. They still sent it so I received it on Friday June ** when I returned home from work and sent it back with my own shipping label so I wasn't charged by them for shipping on Monday June ** and still have not received a credit or heard from them.

Review: My order #[redacted] was originally purchased on 7-**-15. I paid for $16 for two day shipping, but my order did not get shipped until 8-*-15, and this was only because I filed a dispute on [redacted] because they had charged me without shipping my order. Next, I receive my order too late because I had already gone on the vacation during which I had planned to use it, so I sent it back within the 14 day return window stated in their return policy. It has now been over a month since I returned the item and I have yet to receive a refund of $75. I have tried contacting the company, but they have failed to return any of my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the complete amount ($94.99) of my original purchase including shipping.

Review: Like everyone else sho complained about this horrible website and store, I have sent countless emails and with no reply in regards to a bathing suit that has not come although it's already been a month. I'm thinking about filing a class action suit against said company as I have read many customers reviews like mine. This company needs to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I not only want this bathing suit to be delivered but a full apology from this company. If not, I would like to take legal action.

Review: I ordered a swimsuit from RawGlitter.com on June *, 2015. I emailed the business twice asking where the swimsuit was (because I still haven't received it). Then I requested my money back and I still haven't heard from them. Then I went online to read reviews and saw that several other shoppers never received their items from this business. I think this business is a scam and I want to be refunded.Desired Settlement: Please refund me.

Review: I ordered two products from this company on March [redacted], 2015, and after almost of month of ordering, my items were never shipped. According to their website, processing and shipment takes anywhere between 5-7 days. After being concerned about the status of my order I contacted the company about my order. I purchased the items to receive before my trip out of the country April [redacted], in which I believed purchasing them over a month in advance would be appropriate.

I contacted the company again April [redacted], 2015 requesting that my order would be cancelled due to the unfulfillment of the time promise stated on their website, stated in the following message:

It has almost been just about a month since my order and I have not received my items, or a response. On April [redacted], one of the items, which I requested to NO LONGER be shipped to my residence, arrived. Along with the order, they wrote a note stating the other item is on back order and would be shipped out in 10 days. I was disappointed that the company went against my wishes and still continued to ship me the order. I responded back to the company:

I am contacting you to inform you that although I requested to no longer receive the items ordered from order #[redacted], one of my items (Sage Long Sleeve Sheer Lace Dress) was still shipped to my residence after I communicated with your staff that I no longer wanted the items after taking over 42 days to receive. There also was a note that the other item (Abstract Floral Long Sleeve Chiffon Romper) is back ordered and will be shipped in 10 days. I do not want these items, and I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. I previously requested a cancellation of my purchase prior to shipping. (See Below) I anticipated my items would take less than a month to receive being that your website states once payments are authorized and verified they are processed and shipped within 2 business days. I ordered both items for my trip for my birthday which I have just gotten back in town from this weekend and had to shop elsewhere to find replacement outfits.

I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible.

I'm very disappointed in my service from Raw Glitter, and I hope we can come to a resolution soon.

We apologize for the delayed update. We are really sorry about this inconvenience. We have sent out your order since cancellation of orders are not possible if it us more than 24 hours from the ordered date. We really best suggest that you keep your item. As per policy, returned items will be subjected to approval and will be charge for a re-stocking fee.
