contacted directly by Raw Glitter regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]They sent me a message saying they were shipping the dress but this was only after you contacted them and I told them I did not want the dress and not to ship it.  They still sent it so I received it on Friday June ** when I returned home from work and sent it back with my own shipping label so I wasn't charged by them for shipping on Monday June ** and still have not received a credit or heard from them.

They have contacted me however I have not received what I ordered. They said that it was on back order but she be available next week. It's been long then that and I have not heard anything from them. Is it possible to reach out to them again?

I ordered a dress for my prom from here April [redacted]. The money was taken out of my account the [redacted]. It has been almost three weeks now and my dress has still not come in. I have not received an email with any shipping information or tracking number, only one email confirming my purchase. I have called this business countless times, only to no response or answer and a "full" voicemail box. I have also emailed this company six times to no reply. I need this dress asap, my prom is May **. And considering I have legally paid for this dress, I expect it well before then.

I Just bought two swimsuits from them and they sent me an email saying the processed it on my card however did not send shipping information and I paid propriety. They have no contact phone and I tried emailing all of the email adddresses they provide and they aren't deliverable. I want to be refunded immediately.

Review: I made an effort to contact Raw Glitter five times, often waiting several days between each email awaiting a response. I received only one reply, stating that "Your item was shipped out with that tracking. I will check what is going on but it should have been accepted and processed by the post office Tha an". I attempted to inquire about the location of my order, placed on February [redacted], order number [redacted], tracking: [redacted]. I paid for first class mail and the package has not moved since the packing label was printed on February [redacted] at 1:02 pm. This company has failed to respond in a timely manner to written inquiries for assistance. I would either like to see movement on my package in the next two weeks or will be asking for a refund. I will likely not attempt a purchase from this company again, and would not refer them to a friend.Desired Settlement: Receiving my order by March [redacted]

Review: I placed an order with Raw Glitter 30 days ago. My account was billed and I never received my shipment. I have reached out to them four times and have never got a response back. I ordered a bathing suit. There is no phone number to call so I sent an email to their business email and I also went through their customer service. I was not rude or harsh.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the order that my account was charged for.

Review: I purchased an item with the company and never received any product from them, however, the transaction was processed meaning that they took my money from me but gave me nothing.

Searching through the web there are several other customers who have experienced the same problem. It is believed that this company is a major scam, it never delivers the product, the customer service is beyond disgraceful, yet your money is always taken and not given back.Desired Settlement: $113.92

Review: I ordered from this website on October [redacted], 2014 at around 6:00am Pacific Time. I needed the dress for an event on Saturday the [redacted], so I chose expedited shipping. For this shipping I paid an extra $30. There was a note at the bottom of the page that stated that the order would be processed the same day if expedited and the order was placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time, which it was. I got an email stating that they received my order and they would send confirmation once my item had shipped. By the end of day on the [redacted], I saw that the order had been processed through my credit card company. On the [redacted], I still hadn't received shipping confirmation. I emailed the company stating that since the dress hadn't shipped yet I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund, seeing as I was expecting the item within 1-2 business days. After a few days of not hearing anything, I tried to contact the company again with no response. On October [redacted], I received an email that my order was scheduled for shipment. I replied to the email stating that I did not want this item, I had tried to contact them, and to cancel my order with a refund. As of November [redacted], I have heard nothing from there. There is no phone number posted anywhere for them and the tracking code I was sent still only states that a shipping label was created. A refund has also not been issued to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like the $79.47 I paid for the dress and shipping to be refunded to the card I paid with. Some sort of confirmation that this has or will happen would also be appreciated.

Review: money was taken out of my account a week ago. I ordered and PAID for expedited service. Package has yet to arrive or to be shipped. I want my money back. several emails have been sent to the busines. not a single one has been answered.Desired Settlement: I want my money completely refunded OR package delivered ASAP FOR FREE. there was no point t paying the 2-3 shipping when its 6 days later ans nothing has arrived. Review: On February [redacted], 2015 I ordered a dress (Order # [redacted]) and paid for expedited shipping. Total cost was $101.99. After three weeks, I emailed the company that the dress was still not received. They did credit me the $15.99 for the shipping, but now, six weeks later, I still don't have the dress. I have repeatedly emailed this company as they have no phone number listed. They stopped answering my emails. The event I wanted the dress for is long over.Desired Settlement: All I want is to be reimbursed for the dress. At this point, they have stolen my money.

Review: I purchased the Kendra Lolli Raw Glitter bikini that was shown in neon pink, both top and bottoms. Not only did it take forever to get the item (I only live in Ohio... not far to ship) but the bikini bottoms I have received are completely black and not pink like it is shown in the picture. The color of the bikini is not neon pink, it is a very dull, dark pink. This is a clear misrepresentation of what I was buying. I contacted the company about returning the item and they sent me a very short message saying to review their return policy because they do not accept returns on sale items. I am absolutely outraged because this is not what I ordered, and I refuse to let a business get away with not only sending out merchandise that a customer did not order, but then not even acknowledging that they messed up. I am happy to send you pictures of the bikini I thought I was getting and the bikini I received from Raw Glitter, as well as the email thread between the company and myself. They are rude and unprofessional and should never be allowed to sell awful, knock off bikinis again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $43.99 and free shipping to return the items.

Worst customer service and business ever. I waited a month to get my order.

After two weeks of not getting anything in the mail, I went to read reviews and their shipping info on the website. Stupid - I should have done it before I ordered.

Anyway, after reading all negative reviews with similar experiences to mine, I decided to email them again asking where my order was. And that if it was not delivered next week, I want my order cancelled and refunded. I said that I would be checking my account and if it is not refunded, the proper actions would be taken.

Funny enough, they answered that email in 10 minutes. Said "We will send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. Thanks" - all one line. Excuse me but don't give me an attitude, it's been two weeks. (I did my research - we're both from NY so it that's ridiculous.)

Next week comes along and no order. Ask for cancel and refund, no response. A few days later I said the same thing and that I do not want to ask a 4th time. And then of course, an hour later, my order is being shipped.

OH and to top it off - they took the money out of my account right away, $53. When I got my tracking info, it said my complete order was $46. So they jipped me $6.

Don't ever get from here. It's a waste of time, money, and patience. If my order comes and it's not in good condition...they'll be hearing from me again.

This is the worst experience of my life. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from Raw Glitter. It's been two months since I placed my order and still nothing. After about a month I emailed them asking where my order was and a girl named [redacted] replied saying she would let me know. After that they stopped replying to my emails all together. I have asked for a refund so many times and nothing. This site is a scam and a rip off. Still waiting on my bathing suit I ordered back in January and it's not worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are so awful.

Review: I placed an order with this company over a month ago. They sure were quick to collect the money from my bank account, but they still have not shipped my order. There is no way to contact this business other than filing out a "contact us" form on their website. I have submitted multiple requests through the contact form and have only received one response. The response was an email saying my order has shipped via [redacted]. When I click on the tracking info in that shipment email, [redacted] states that only a shipping label has been created. They have not shipped my order at all, they just made a shipping label. Raw Glitter has my money but I have no product, I have paid them for nothing! How is a company like this allowed to stay in business? I am not the only person that has complained/reported them. Something needs to be done!Desired Settlement: I still do not have my order. I have contacted Raw Glitter multiple times in regards to this issue they have never responded. The [redacted] link provided in the shipping email from Raw Glitter states that only a shipping label has been created, nothing was ever actually shipped. At this point Raw Glitter has taken my money for a product, but they have not provided me with the product that I ordered. I have not received any communication from Raw Glitter about the issue. The problem appears to be common with this company. The Revdex.com website has several complaints listed for this company. Something needs to be done to protect consumers from being taken advantage of by Raw Glitter.
