I placed an order with this company on 3/** on 3/** they took my money. I have emailed them numerous times and have never gotten a reply. I tried looking for a phone number and they don't list one. The one that appears on my act is ###-###-#### which rings to a mailbox that is full. I placed a dispute with my bank. At this point I want nothing to do with this company. I will never order from them again! consumers beware!

Review: On February *, 2015, an order was placed for a product from the business. The product was paid for through my [redacted] account. Correspondence from the retailer acknowledged payment and that the order was processed. Several weeks went by and no product was delivered. A message from the company stated that the item was on back order and would be delivered as soon as product was in stock. Another few weeks went by with no resolution. I emailed the retailer to inquire about the status of the order and their answer was:

"Hi [redacted],

We apologize for the delayed response. We understand that you are wanting a refund for this order due to delays.

We really appreciate your business. We are in the process of putting up our warehouse that is causing the delays. We would really appreciate if you would allow us to fulfill this order.

On April **, 2015 I again inquired about the status of the order and the response was:

Please give us a week to complete the process. We surely will work as fast as we can to fulfill your order. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Finally on April **, 2015 I inquired another time and have never received any response from the retailer.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of of the full amount that was paid to the retailer. The full amount is $43.99.

Review: I ordered the dresses for a specific event. One arrived two days after the event and the other has not come at all. No tracking information on the website. Very dissapointed. I have emailed without response twice.Desired Settlement: Refund in full. I will file a claim with my credit card company.

Review: I purchased a swim suit, in Feb 2015. Upon receipt, found that it was too large & returned it to exchange for a smaller size. I never heard back from company after several email requests for status. My mother filed a complaint with them direct on May **, 2015 and they responded and apologized for delay & stated that they are waiting for the correct sizes to arrive, at which time they would sent it out. I have never received a replacement, although I have checked the website at various times and it lists the sizes I am looking for as being available. My Mom emailed them again on June [redacted] & June *, 2015, but they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I hope to receive the swim suit desired or refund or credit.

I also want to warn other people about this business, so they don't get taken advantage of as well

Review: I ordered a bathing suit from raw glitter off their website. After a week of getting no information about when my product purchased would ship, I e-mailed them SEVERAL times. I want my money back. They said they would refund my money within 1-2 business days and it's been 2 weeks and still nothing has been disbursed into my account. Now they're ignoring my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I want my money back into my account!

This is the worst shopping experience of my life!!! I ordered a dress over 2 months ago and am just now recieving it. They took the money from my account the next day and then after the allowed 10 days for processing I started to email them, now months and 10 emails later I am getting my dress. May I ad that the dress that I ordered I thought would be great quality, I mean for $95.00 I should get something nice, but I didnt, it was horrible quality, I could have probably gone to the Dollar store and bought a better fabric and sewed it together better than that garbage. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER!!! SUCH A SCAM!

Review: Placed an order on April **. Received an order confirmation from Raw Glitter and [redacted] immediately but two weeks later still hadn't received any information or confirmation on shipping. On May **, I emailed their customer service (no phone number is available on their site; I should have checked for this beforehand and recognized it as a red flag) and requested to cancel the order. No response- for an entire month. Then, this morning, I get an email notifying me that my order has shipped. No acknowledgement of my previous complaint or cancellation request, and still no customer service number provided. However, the money ($45) was taken immediately after the purchase back in April, so I cannot retract the payment from [redacted] without Raw Glitter consenting to a refund-which, of course, will be difficult if they continue to refuse to acknowledge my emails or provide me with a customer service number. In addition, because the order took so long to ship and the business did not respond to my complaints, I am no longer at the address I had the order shipped to and cannot pick up the package if it does arrive. I am infuriated and have emailed them to let them know I will be reporting their site accordingly, but am not sure what else I can do to ensure a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment to be returned to me and for the order to be cancelled. Ideally, I would like the business itself to contact me and explain this issue, but my primary concern is getting my money back due to the terrible customer and delivery service I (as well as many others, judging by reviews) have received.

Review: I ordered a swim suit from "Raw Glitter". The online description of the suit clearly stated that it ruins true to size. So there for I used their sizing chart and order what was supposed to be my size. They sent me the incorrect size. I emailed them and told them so and also sent back the suit to either exchange it or get my money back. I received the suit within about 2/3weeks after ordering it. It states on the website that once you place the order you have 14 to return or exchange. It is not my fault they didn't send me my suit in the correct time frame. Every time I email them it takes them about 1-3 weeks to email me back. They have HORRIBLE customer service. At the moment they have the suit and my money. They refuse to give me back my money or an exchange. I have been emailing constantly but no one is responding anymore.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back (including what I paid for shipping).

Review: I placed an order from Raw Glitter on January [redacted], and received it Saturday, January [redacted]. The dress was supposed to ship in five to seven business days, and it did not arrive within that time frame. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress pictured on the website; it is a completely different dress. It is extremely low quality and poorly made. I am not sure if I was sent the wrong dress or if the pictures on the website were simply misleading and misrepresented the product being sold. Also, the zipper on the dress does not unzip all the way down, therefore I cannot even try the dress on, let alone wear it to the event I ordered it for. Because the dress took so long to arrive, there was no way it would make it back within 14 days for a return and refund.

I emailed both the customer service email as well as the "help" email multiple times, and no one responded to me to try to resolve the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the purchase price of the dress as well as shipping costs.

Review: I ordered a dress from Raw Glitter on Monday, March [redacted]. I immediately received an email stating my order is confirmed but there was no information stating when it would be shipped out and or when I would receive my dress. A few days later I tried reaching out to Raw Glitter. Seeing there is no phone number, I had to email them. I let them know that I needed the dress by Friday, April [redacted] for an event. I did not receive a response until Sunday, April [redacted], and all Raw Glitter told me was "be patient." This was very rude on their behalf and it also didn't answer any of my questions. I continued to email them daily and my questions were never answered. After April [redacted] passed I notified them that I no longer wanted the dress and that I need a full refund. Raw glitter responded asking me if they could still process the order. I repeated that I no longer needed the dress and want a full refund. Immediately after, I received my credit card bill and saw that raw glitter charged my credit card for the dress without even processing the order. I notified Raw Glitter how this behavior is unacceptable and they have yet to notify me any updates of any sort. I need my refund immediately and wish to dispute this charge. The confirmation number for my order is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund on my order as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered an item on March [redacted] from raw glitter. The next day my card was charge for the amount of the item. Two days later I received an email saying that my items were shipped. It's almost two weeks later and everytime I check the tracking information on my item it says that the shipping label has been created. I noticed that I am not the only person who has issues with this company. I would either like my merchandise that I paid for or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise that I paid for, or my money back before I take further action.

I made a purchase from Raw Glitter on May [redacted] for a dress. I needed it for a wedding the following weekend on May [redacted]. Since the time frame was so short, I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. I saw the payment was processed on May [redacted], and with memorial day should have recieved the dress by Tuesday the [redacted] at the latest. When I did not recieve it, or even recieve a notification that it had been shipped, I Emailed the company to tell them my concerns. I got no response. I then emailed them again on thursday the [redacted]. Again no response, but later that day I got an email notificaiton that a shipping label had been made. Since I needed this for an event in toledo I asked them to call me before creating the label because I needed it sent to a new address. I then tried to change it on my own through usps but it would not go through because they never actually shipped it. A label had been created with no shipment. I then tried to cal lthe number I had on file, but no response. I emailed them again on friday the [redacted] for one final plee to send it to another address. Again no response. I even warned them that I was going to reach out to you guys for further action. I looked and saw that it was still sitting in new york with a shipping label created but nothing actually being picked up. To this day it still sits in that status. I never got my dress, and nothing was ever shipped. I never even got a response from my emails or phone calls. The dress today still sits in new york with the status "shipping label created".Desired Settlement: I would like you to reach out to them and would like all of my money back. Including the extra money for the fast shipping.

Review: I ordered a dress from this company's website, in April. I ordered it for a specific event in May, and it was never delivered. I emailed the customer service department & eventually received a response asking for a chance to ship the dress, after I requested a refund. To no avail, the dress still never came. Plan and simple. Don't order from this company. They offer no customer service number, nor do they respond to emails. Wish I saw these reviews before I place ordered.

ONCE AGAIN. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT A FAVOR. DON'T ORDER FROM. Rawglitter.

Review: I have contacted the business several times to get my items as they still have no shipped. They have created the label but have not sent it. I mailed extra to have it in 1-2 business days.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my dresses sent to me BY 12/** (need by NYE, thus why I ordered early). IF that is NOT AN OPTION, I would like my money plus the extra I paid for shipping back.

Review: I had made a purchase from Raw Glitter the middle of March 2015. Their policy states that if a product is not in stock the customer will receive an email letting them know there will be a delay. After two weeks money had been withdrawn from my account and I had heard nothing from the company. I decided to make my first complaint. I did not hear back from Raw Glitter until I submitted my second complaint, which was three weeks after my original purchase. They simply stated no refunds after 24 hours, no cancellations, and after numerous responses on my part they took weeks to respond to each of my emails. I had asked for a phone number or other form of contact numerous times. It is now the end of May 2015 and I received a shipping email moments ago. Their package was delayed OVER two months with no refund, store credit, or free shipping. I have yet to receive my package and do not know the condition it is in. I am furious and cannot believe they did not offer me something as an apology or were willing to cancel my order.Desired Settlement: I would like Raw Glitter to refund my order (not store credit- I do not wish to support their company any further). Two months delay and no notification besides short responses to my complaints is unacceptable.

This company does not provide a number to call for customer service not do they respond to any emails sent to them. I understand that right now, things get crazy during the holidays, but I placed an order two weeks ago, the money was taken out of my account the very next day, and I have received NO info on my order or what's going on. I highly recommend that no one orders anything from this retailer. They don't even know what customer service is.

I ordered a dress for my prom from here April [redacted]. The money was taken out of my account the [redacted]. It has been almost three weeks now and my dress has still not come in. I have not received an email with any shipping information or tracking number, only one email confirming my purchase. I have called this business countless times, only to no response or answer and a "full" voicemail box. I have also emailed this company six times to no reply. I need this dress asap, my prom is May **. And considering I have legally paid for this dress, I expect it well before then.

I ordered a dress from this company on 1/** to have it shipped via 7day. I saw that my account had been debited and a shipping label had been made but my dress still hasn't shipped. There is no contact number on their website (red flag #1) and in 3 days they still have not replied to any emails sent inquiring where my dress is.

This is by far the absolute worst online ordering experience that I've ever had. After doing a little customer review research, it appears that this is standard operating procedures for this company. Please be advised before ordering from this company. Perhaps try to find your items at another location that has a better reputation.
