Lobel Financial has processed the customer’s request and mailed correspondence on May 4, confirming the adjustment with regards to the aforementioned tradeline on her credit

Lobel Financial has not communicated their decision to waive all of the insurance fees neither by telephone nor in writing In addition, they have proceeded to readjust the monthly payment on the loan at a much higher or increased amount which according to their representatives is for insurance. I have requested on several locations to have an itemized statement sent to me that specifically details the insurance assessments that were on the loan from its inception and all the way through the date in which they effectively waived them according to their assertion and proceeded to credit them back to the account or reverse them. Management has reviewed the customer’s account and complaint
in detail. While our Servicing Center is
located in California and may be contacted directly at ***, insurance
is received and processed at an alternate location as indicated on our mailed
correspondence. Following
the customer’s
complaint made directly with our office on 4.24, we contacted the customer’s
insurance company, ***, and obtained proof of coverage valid until
8.7.2015. We have made the necessary
adjustments to her account and removed the applied physical damage coverage. An account supervisor left a voice message on
to follow up and inform the customer of the adjustments made to her
account. Should the customer experience any
future issues providing proof of insurance coverage, we ask that she contact
our office directly and an account supervisor would be happy assist her in
rectifying the problem

It Happen Auto Sales.  The dealer reviewed their file and informed our office that they too do not have a copy of the customer’s social security card.Our office will gladly update our records once we are in receipt of the appropriate proof.  For the protection of all parties, we will not able to update a social security number without the proper proof/validation.  Thank you, Lobel Financial Corporation

Lobel Financial has reviewed the customer’s account and
complaint in detail.  Though our office
will not be filing a motion to set aside the judgement, we have sent a
satisfaction of judgement to the court on 6-23 and requested that the credit
bureaus update her tradeline to be reflected as...

a PAID CHARGE-OFF.  While our office has immediately updated the
status of her account to the credit bureaus, it may take 30-60 days to be
reflected on her credit report.

 This complaint has been resolved as of 10/26/2015. Was notified by Lobel Financial that they have received proof of insurance and have dropped the charges on the account. Thank you for your time.  Regards,

Lobel Financial has reviewed the
customer’s complaint and account in detail. 
Our office received a check on 03.04.15 to pay the customer’s loan
balance in full.  Upon receipt of the
payoff, the account was updated to reflect PAID BY DEALER to the credit
bureaus.  The customer...

contacted our
office on 03.31.15 stating she wanted to remove the account from her
credit.  She was provided information to
fax her request.  The customer later
contact our office on 5.6.15 inquiring about the request to remove the account
from her credit.  She was informed that our
office did not receive her prior request and was asked to resubmit her request
for review.  While our office never
received the customer’s request, in an effort to resolve her complaint we have
requested her account tradeline with Lobel Financial be deleted from her
credit.  We are happy to issue a letter
to the customer confirming this request. 
Should she have any further questions, she should contact our Legal
Department directly.

customer’s complaint, Lobel Financial contacted the customer’s insurance companies
directly to verify and obtain proof of coverage.  Our office confirmed that the customer’s
insurance policy with Loya cancelled on 11-15-15 and her new policy with Infinity
did not become effective until 12-1-15.  We
have made the necessary adjustments to the customer’s account and removed all applicable
physical damage protection fees as well as a late charge that was applied.  The customer’s account now reflects her next
scheduled payment to be due May 20, 2016

While
Lobel Financial’s records do not reflect the claims stated in the complaint, we
do want to express our concern for the issue and assure the complainant that we
take such statements very seriously and act accordingly to rectify.

Lobel Financial maintains the position as stated in our
original response.  Our office placed a
request with the credit bureaus on 5-12 to delete the tradeline from  her credit. 
As our office can only confirm what action we took and cannot control when
the credit bureaus process such a request, she is welcome to contact the credit
bureaus directly for additional confirmation to verify our office’s request to delete
her tradeline.
