I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  Although I have not received a call from the company at all   Only contact from them was a statement still showing an additional amount due   I will retain a copy of the complaint and response.  My insurance company had previously responded to their request for proof of insurance on several occasions   I attempted to speak with an account manager and was denied access   I also requested the owners information to speak to them personally to resolve this issue and again I was denied the information   All attempts to resolve this matter with their customer service department fell on deaf ears   I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their assistance.

[I contacted Lobel on 04/28/2015 the day my car was repossessed I asked if there was anything that could be done short of paying it off in full I was told at that time that was the only option but a letter would be mailed telling me all the details of the case I waited for about a week to get this letter it never came so I called them to see once again if full payoff was my only option I was again told yes this was my only option I spoke to about 7 to 8 different people no one told me about the fact if I could come up with $668 I could get my car the keep asking me what my address was over and over I guess that was one of the reasons they took the car in the first place I keep giving them the address I got their bills and all the welcome letter they sent before this mess started and no I have not moved nor do I plan on moving anytime in the near future and if I do I would tell them if we were still doing business I knew knew nothing of this $668 dollar to get my car back until last Friday 05/15/2015 when it was to late to come up with that money plus they had the car moved to an auction house that is almost 100 miles away from me with my personal things still in the car because their repo guy did not give me good directions to where my car was until I called just asking where his business was located so I am now out a car my deposit money for that car and about $400 dollars worth of stuff I can't get to so Lobel needs to resolve this issue and stop lying]

Please be advised that Lobel Financial responded under separate cover on 11-8-2016 with regards to an Attorney General complaint.

Lobel Financial has reviewed the customer’s complaint in
detail.  The customer was informed on
9.17.15 that based on his delinquent payment we would not be able to process
his deferment for the August payment.  He
was informed that once August was completed he should contact our office...

complete the request.  Though the
customer completed his August payment on 9.24.15 he did not follow up with our
Deferment Department.  An individual from
our Deferment Department followed up with the customer on 10.1 and 10.2 and
left voice messages regarding his request. 
Our office is happy to extend a deferment for his September
payment.  We will make an additional
attempt to contact the customer to complete the process.  If we are unable to reach the customer, we
ask that he contact our office no later than Friday 10.23.15 to process the
necessary deferment fee to defer his September payment.

customer’s contract and detailed account history should she request such documentation.The customer has paid the applicable late charges that were incurred from the inception of the loan and satisfied her account balance in full.  As a courtesy to the customer, we have updated the 30 AND 60 DAY late marks reported to her credit tradeline in April and May of 2016, to reflect as IN GOOD STANDING.  The status of her account reflects – PAID ACCOUNT – ZERO BALANCE.

have confirmed the customer has had valid insurance coverage since the
inception of the loan through 10-6-16, we have made the necessary adjustments to
her account and removed all related charges. 
As the collateral was repossessed for non-payment and unrelated to any
amounts billed for physical damage protection, we are unable to reimburse any
fees incurred as a result of the customer’s default.

Lobel Financial has reviewed the customer’s account and
complaint in detail.  Following the
repossession, the customer confirmed that as an additional driver of the
vehicle and payer on the account, he wanted to allow his girlfriend to receive

authorized users requires the party’s
information and only grants limited access to account information, the customer
and his girlfriend rescinded their request.   The customer has since paid the amounts
necessary to recover and redeem the financed collateral.

Lobel's records are wrong I was advised about the deferment program in July, yet due to me not having proof that I needed to apply for the deferment program. Once I had my surgery I had proof that I was sick and not working.I sent in the paper work and nothing was done. I received a call saying I was late on a payment and my van was up for repossession. A Lobel rep said if I made a payment of $181 and some change and resent the paper work I would be defered. Well a week later I get a call from Lobel rep. Saying that I will not be approved unless I make another payment and resend the paperwork. At this point I contacted the Revdex.com. Also, the deferment I was requesting was for 6 months, since I was out of work for so long not just for September's payment. Plus Lobel stated they contacted me on 10-1, 10-2 and left messages which is false. My wife and I where contacted yesterday 10-8 for the first time since I sent a complaint to the Revdex.com. If needed I can have my phone records pulled for proof. Again Lobel needs to review records and who knows maybe employees.
