Dear Revdex.com
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have followed up with the publisher of Family Circle and all is good. Ms*** subscription will begin July I have spoken with Ms*** today to update her as to the status of her
subscription

All is fine with the consumer. We have canceled her new order per her request.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.*** ***Read America Inc.V.P

Dear Revdex.com.... After trying to contact and straighten out any misunderstandings with Ms*** we have no choice but to cancel this order. We cant understand where she thought price changed from to 3.64?? Anyways as we all know everything adds up to something. $each
week is in fact $a month so one year (X 14.96) = and years is 709.04. Another good example is if you purchased a soda each day at say cents per, = $a week times weeks = $times years = $1092.00A snack bar at cents peryears = $728.00 Once again this order is now canceled. *** ***

Dear Revdex.com, please except our apology for this matter finding its way to your respected offices We here at Read America Inc strive to eliminate all such complaintsAfter reading the attached complaint I personally reviewed the initial sales conversation along with the follow up
confirmation call. The complainant, Ms*** actually asked about canceling before order was finalized, and our Reps explained that we ask our customers to commit to the order because Read America has to pay the publishers up front for our customers This was agreeable with MsWebster. After entering order we sent out paperwork to Ms*** and followed up with a verification call to make sure all paperwork is correct. All was good except Ms*** was a little perturbed about "another call". Read America asked to record this final call and Ms*** gave her OK. We always ask for the customers commitment to make all remaining payments, as agreed, and Ms*** agreed. Perhaps Ms*** should give us a call, we've been attempting to reach her, without much success###-###-####. Then we can come to some kind of mutual agreement to satisfy all parties involved. When a customers asks Read America to enter their order "Just as agreed" we do Now we would greatly appreciate that the Revdex.com does not give Read America a bad mark for not "caving in" to this customer, a customer that does not want to fulfill her commitment made to Read America, even though we are very willing to work with her and have fulfilled our commitment to her "Just as agreed".Sincerely*** ***V.P.C.O.O.Read America, Inc

First I was called by a private number and the lady said that they were trying to promote learning materials for daycares in my area Then said that it would be a weekI said sure since it was going to be learning materials for my business Then I got a call from another lady stating that she was from read america and that it was a week Never stated what the grand total was going to be and never said that there was no refund or cancellation Every magazine company that I have signed up with has a cancellation option They sent me a letter stating that my grand total is going to be $in years I don't think so I called and told them I wanted to cancel and she called me back and said I can't cancel cause they already prepaid the people for the magazines I turned my card off they are not getting any money out of my bank account

Dear Revdex.com, Again we regret that this matter has been brought to your attention. I just hung up with the client in question. After her husband picked up the other line at their Child Care In home Business and started using foul language ("hang up the F*ing phone") I discontinued the phone call. My purpose for the call was to play back our final verification phone call (done 8.5.15) with Mrs*** so that we are all clear on exactly what was said and by whom. For some reason Mrs*** did NOT want to listen to her own verification? She gave permission for the verification to be recorded because we ask for permission, its on the recordingWe also thank the client at end of verification for their permission to have recorded the verification call If I was accusing someone of discrepancies then I'd welcome the chance to clear it up. Mrs*** does not want to HEAR herself agree to all in the verification call or more importantly, she does not want Mr*** to hear it. During the verification call Mrs*** acknowledged that 1> all payments would be made, 2> that Read America pre-pays for service, 3> she changed her selections, 4> she also changed her terms of payment to a speed pay option 5> she asked us to do payments through her credit card on the 20th of each month starting in November. We would love to resolve this matter but it takes two to resolve. Read America personnel have been instructed to assist in resolving this matter however we will not communicate WITH Mr***. His name is not on the account and we will not take abuse from such a person. It's terrible when one has to deal with matters like this with people like this. The man of the Daycare ranting and cussingHope all their clients children are out of earshotAgain, we are sincerely sorry about this matter finding its way to your desk.*** ***

I was unaware that cancelling this order at anytime was not an option. Since my order has been suspended and I didn't receive any product, I DO NOT wish to be involved with Read America in the future. This should be final with no further payment forthcomingEvery business allows for cancellations if the product, sight unseen, fails to fulfill the expected need. I contacted Read American on several occasions to cancel the product or subscription, but each time other options were given, like prolonging payments options and stressing the fact that due to an outside party being involved I could not cancel. I was never informed that Read American would per-pay another party then charge me to pay them back. I was only aware of this after I tried to cancel. Again I do not want the subscription and I stand firm In business everyone has a right to change their mind and I exercised that right
Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter, I remain
Sincerely,
Scheerita ***

Dear Revdex.com, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our records indicate that the order for Delightful kids daycare was placed by *** *** in May 2016. After the order was confirmed we sent Ms*** a copy of her service order detailing her selections and terms. Once we
had been notified by the usps of delivery of her order we called Ms*** to verify all info on paperwork was correct. We always ask for permission to record the verification call In August we received notification that her payment was declined even though she had started to receive her service. We called and spoke with Ms*** in September and she indicated that she would mail in payment and a change of magazine request from Ms***We went ahead and processed the changes, which sometimes can take up to days but usually much soonerSince then we have tried and tried to reach Ms*** regarding delinquency of her account, each time we spoke with her, she said she was busy with a client and would call us back or would simply hang up on us. Read America pre-pays for our clients only after asking for and receiving customers agreement that all payments will be made exactly as was agreed to on a recorded verification which we thank the client for at the end of the verification call"Thank you again for allowing us to record the verification call" We have placed the order for magazines with the publishers in good faith and ask that Ms*** honor her commitment. Thank you Scott G***Read America, Inc

Dear Revdex.com....    With regard to Ms. [redacted], we spoke with her on several occasions and tried to discuss her order. She stated that she had simply changes her mind???  We tried to explain that we placed her order in good faith that she would continue for the full term of service and that we would work with her to resolve any problems she may have regarding her service.  She explained that she just "changed her mind" and would no longer pay.  At this time we believe that Ms. [redacted] will not fulfill her verbal obligation so we will discontinue billing her.  Magazines will continue to her biz location for about 10 to 12 weeks as they begin to stop.  Same as when they start, it takes 10 to 12 weeks.Revdex.com, please except our apologies for this matter finding its way to your respected offices.SincerelyScott G[redacted]Read America, Inc.

Dear Revdex.com, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We have reached out numerous times to Ms. [redacted], when someone answers the phone and we identify ourselves, they hang up.  We have worked with Ms. [redacted] through out her time with Read America and apparently we cannot...

satisfy her.  She claims no knowledge that these were magazines, however listening to her verification call in 2016, we mentioned magazines numerous times and Ms. [redacted] even made some "Magazine" changes.  However after trying to settle or make everything right after many attempts we will cancel this order and Ms. [redacted] will not be liable for any future payments. We apologize for this matter finding its way to your respected office. Scott G[redacted]Read America Inc

Dear Revdex.com; Thank you for forwarding this to our attention.  This response is in reference to [redacted]  Ref # [redacted]. Our records show that the order for [redacted] was placed on May 25th 2016.  At the time Ms. [redacted] indicated that she was the Director of [redacted] ...

If one was to look up Ms. [redacted] on Facebook, she confirms it there.  On June 13, 2016, we called Ms. [redacted] to verify her new order and to make sure her paperwork was correct.  Read America asked for and was given permission to "record" the verification call. We also thanked Ms. [redacted] at the end of the verification call for her permission to record the verification.  Once again she indicated that she was authorized to make this purchase on behalf of [redacted]  When the account became delinquent in September of 2016, we called Ms. [redacted] on the 6th and she indicated that she would indeed send a payment of 29.96 the following day. On September 19th we followed up because we had not received the promised payment.   Once again Ms. [redacted] indicated that she would call back and provide a payment on her credit card on Oct 1st.   Needless to say Ms. [redacted] never followed up on that promise. Several times we were told Ms. [redacted] would call us back, she never did.   We have tried several times to contact Ms. [redacted]. since then.  When we identify ourselves they simply hang up now.  We then asked to speak to the owner, on Oct 21st, 2016 "Barbara" called and spoke with a customer service rep here.  Barbara said she talked with Ms. [redacted] regarding this matter and Ms. [redacted] claims she did not place the order for our service.  We played the recorded verification for Barbara and asked that she honor the commitment of her own Director and fulfill the order as promised.  We were under the impression that Barbara's intention was to honor the commitment.  We have tried to reach Barbara to discuss the order and the complaint filed to the Revdex.com and were told that Ms. [redacted] does not work there and they hung up?

the response is basically what I already stated. i do not want these magazines i do not want this company taking anything else out of my account
