How could this company possibly have a B- rating. At best it's a D-.
I've had my pay cut off 4 times because of Compliance Depot. They do not communicate with the vendors to let them know when a document is needed until it's past due. Once you send the documents in they either find something wrong with it even if it was just a signed document. They do not process the documents within 48 hours as they say they do and you have to keep calling to talk to someone there. Most of the time you call and get someone that doesn't speak English so you have to ask for someone else. ICE needs to look into this company. They loose documents every time I have to call them and one customer service rep will tell you they need one thing and another with tell you just the opposite. I have submitted at least 15 W-9 forms in the last week and a half and it still has not been update. My pay has been cutoff again so I am unable to pay my workers. This company need to be shut down.
And to top it off, I have to pay them over $100 every year for this kind of service.

They are the worst company to deal with!!! they don't care about the vendors at all. customer services and top management should do something because it gets worse with time. 4 months and we still not compliance. I use net vendor for other clients and they contact directly the agent and work directly them to ask specific what they need.

I am not sure of the qualifications of their compliance staff, but as a 17 year veteran in the insurance industry, I can tell you this company is the worst. Their staff is inadequately trained, they send the same notices multiple times, they notify of noncompliance when the companies (vndors) ARE compliant. Ridiculous.

Awful Co., It took us over 8 months to become compliant. We have had all the requirements from the very beginning of trying to become a credentialed vendor, but they'll send out a generic template of all their requirements you need to meet, it is not tailored to what you actually need, you will only be missing one of those, but good luck trying to figure out which one you are not meeting. Good luck trying to get someone to help you through the madness, and good luck that if/once you do get a hold of someone, that they will be informative or polite. We install Surveillance cameras, which is not a licensable industry, so we had to retrieve an alarm license, just to be compliant with them. Their requested verbiage is incomplete on all COI's... I could go on... Summery: COMPLETE MADNESS!

Why do property management companies use this company? The new fee is $119.00.
They will keep charging your credit card, every year if you don't watch it. Even if your not doing business with that management company or property. An A- rating really.. guess most of the complaints have dropped of it still should be a F

Compliance Depot states that all of their customer service representatives are licensed by the State of Texas Insurance Department, however, when requested, not one employee is able to provide a license number. I am a licensed (properly) agent in the State of Texas. I routinely speak to management companies and are informed by them that the coverages that Compliance Depot requests are what Compliance Depot suggests that the management company require. More than a few of these coverages are not available in the state. I am routinely asked to ALTER endorsements from our insurance companies by the people who work for Compliance Depot. "You can just white that part out and re-send it to us". Or, "Can't you just erase those words and enter what they must have?" E & O folks. We take care of our insureds as if they are part of our family. We will NOT do anything that is illegal or immoral. Compliance Depot should be shut down!

I agree with the previous posters. They charge you money upfront, $109 and then will decline your insurance for months. It takes them 2 or 3 weeks to review each time you submit. Their insurance they require is way above industry average. Then after a few months they change the insurance requirements and you have to start all over.
In turn companies have to charge the management companies more to cover the additional insurance coverage and time it takes to comply. I wish management companies would quit using them, it feels like a scam.
