[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Choice Hotels Guest Relations Service Center twice on 08/15/and 08/22/and I spoke with a guest service representative and on 08/22/case # [redacted] was elevated to a supervisor of guest services The supervisor told thre is nothing Choice Hotels can do for me but to offer 3,points for Choice Hote to use at another stay with their hotelAny further refund or compensation would be the decision of the General Manager of the Quality Inn Suites Ocean Front VA Beach hotel and he was not willing to make any further adjustments I was told only the General Manager (Rajun V [redacted] , CHA) who is the owner of the hotel can make a refund to me on my bill and he has decided that he was not willing to go further in compensationIt was emphasized and explained to me by the supervisor that the Choice Hotels operates independently and they do not have to make any further consessions other than what the general manager's offer which is "25% off the room ($85.50) and 10% ($34.20) 10% just to make me happy." None of this makes me happy at all!!!! It is totally unacceptable to be compensated $(35%) when I paid a total of $for room # *** and another $for room # *** a total of $for two rooms at your hotel I am seeking full refund for my stay on 08/12/in the amount of $for room # ***, because of the injuries that I sustained to my face, neck and headaches from a picture frame falling off the wall, which was not secured by maintenance and caused the injury, which was verified by the general manager in his email offer, Notably, I did not rest the remainder of the night after sustaining the injury and I felt extremely uncomfortable for several days afterward recovering, and I am not 100% satisfied with the stay at Choice Hotels Choice Hotels is obligated to do everything they can possible to make their hotel safe for their guest and they did not do so in my case they showed extreme negligence in their act or omission results in a guest injury The offer has been declined.Regards, [redacted] ***
