I contacted Rebate International concerning rebate #4458 Save 11% because It had been about a month since I mailed it to Rebate International, their reply was that the rebate was paid to me on 09/26/2018 in the amount of $110.22 and their records showed that it was redeemed at Menard store on 10/02/2018, the problem with that is I never received my rebate voucher in the mail, this is the second time I've had issues with receiving my rebate vouchers from them, there has to be a more secure way of delivering the rebate vouchers since mail delivery is not secure, maybe through email would be a more secure delivery method, but I have a immediate problem, trying to get my rebate voucher issued to me, their records as they tell me is that it was redeemed at Menard, I shouldn't be at a standstill with Rebate International concerning this issue, they are the ones that don't take sending out rebates as a more secure way, I like shopping a Menard but if this issue isn't resolved I will never shop there again, I will pass my experience along with friends and associates not to shop there and I will post on Facebook and tell the world. I am highly dissatisfied

I have filed multiple rebates from Menards, with Rebate International. I have attempted to track these rebates which amount to over $150 on their tracking site, to no avail. They indicate no rebate has been filed on any of them and the rebate numbers have expired. A great deal of time has passed and they won't allow me to file them again since they are now expired. I have tried to find a way to contact them but none exists outside of a form for email, which I have yet to get a reply. I spent hundreds of dollars and anticipated rebates and now Rebates International refuses to respect the rebates that I sent. Please help me get these people to honor their commitment.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Mr. concerns.I am sorry that Mr. did not receive the rebate he submitted in a timely manner. Our records show only one rebate having been issued to Mr. (Certificate #6186232440 for $45.12). This was due on a purchase made on 9/24/18 and was issued well within the allowable 6-8 week processing time. Unfortunately, we do not have a record o1 other rebate submissions for Mr.. In keeping with our sponsor’s requirements, we need a readable copy of the cash register receipt in order to process the rebate. Please ask Mr. to send a readable copy of his receipt(s), including the transaction information at the very bottom, to my attention at the address below. We will then be able to investigate and issue any rebate to which he is entitled.We appreciate Mr. cooperation in this matter.

Sent in rebate end of june/2018. Checked rebate system States rebate 3948 in the amount of $46.08 dated July 3, 2018. I have NOT received. It is now October 3, 2018 and still nothing. Rebate international should have a customer service representative you can reach by phone. I tried emailing off website 5x using 4 different email and it keeps saying invalid email. Please advise thank you

I am sorry that Ms. Igou did not receive her rebate as expected. We have investigated and found that the rebate was sent to her on 7/3/18 (Certificate #6177769967). That rebate has never been redeemed. Therefore, it has been voided and reissued (Certificate #6184862417). Ms. Igou should receive it in a few weeks. Please remind Ms. Igou that the rebate format has been changed. Rebates are sent in a folded over, double postcard format with a return address of PO Box 99 Elk Mound, WI.Michelle RehderSupervisor

I have had rebates intl. goof up my rebate check twice now...leaving off one rebate of several mailed in same envelope-everything mailed in perfect order as instructed. the first time it happened I had to re-mail(wasting another stamp, xerox copies and time!) the "missing receipt rebate" that rebates intl misplaced or lost, as they were all mailed in the same envelope. the most recent time I wrote them on their website with the missing?lost receipt trac# & rebate#...no response followed! I wrote them again on the website on the email us page with all contact info and supporting trac#s...still no response! why should I have to go through hell to get whats due to me. Menards has made this rebate process very difficult and inefficient!

Sent in a Rebate in April. Have not received it. Went online with Rebates International to 'track'. The only information I received was:

My name and address...Their date 05/02/2018 Rebate #3078 Description Save 11% Amount $50.80 Status Issued Check #0000003709...Gave NO REBATE 16(?) digit rebate number to enter to track my rebate.

HAVE RECEIVED NO REBATE.

Get the runaround at the store. .Within 3 miles of Menards there is a Lowes and a Home Depot. I went to Menards because of the rebate. NEVER AGAIN. $50 may not be big money to some but it is to me.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is I am willing to bet that the review would be NOT posted. OH and another thing...Tomorrow, I will call the Store Manager and the next call is to our local BBB.

I submitted a rebate request, mailed to the rebate center on 6/25/18. The submission was four receipts and submitted with a completed Rebate #3948 Receipt. The four amounts were: $.48; $1.40; $2.84, and; $4.89. You paid for three of the four rebate requests ($.48; $2.84, and; $2.84). The fourth rebate request was taped together by a woman at customer service at the Menards store on University Avenue in St. Paul, MN. The printer at the checkout had jammed and, when the cashier pulled on the receipt, it tore. When the customer service person taped the two sections together, the taped "erased" the bar code. Customer service said it was fine and I submitted it to you. The purchase date of the torn receipt was $6/17/18. Please respond and let me know if you will remit the $4.89 rebate request, or if not, why not. Jim Jorgensen

I had submitted several rebates for different items and I have three receipts for drywall. I only received one my drywall rebate and several of the other rebates the ones for real small amounts of money like one or two dollars. But the drywall rebates were for $28 - $30 dollars never received them bank. I hate shopping at Menards for this very reason you very seldom get your rebates back especially for the larger amount of money.

We sent in a rebate adjustment in March and have not received anything yet. When we go online for tracking there is nothing that shows up. For the regular rebate we got a rebate quickly. Because we don't have a receipt for this rebate adjustment I don't have the tracking number and when trying to contact the company it's asking for the tracking number in order to submit a question. The rebate adjustment is 3000.

I purchased a vanity and top for a bathroom from Menards back in February. After purchasing my product, I mailed and submitted my rebate to the company the very same day. My rebate was for $62.65. It has been over 9 weeks, close to 10 weeks and I still haven't received it. The company told me 6-8 weeks. I try to look for contact information or someone to discuss this with at Menards corporate office and there is none. I am just refereed to this rebate international and they have no contact information or address. Rebate international told me it was issued and the number was 8466. They did not tell me when it was issued or how to contact anyone about it.

In 2016 and 2017 I mailed in a rebate form and I have not received my rebate coupon for purchases at Menard's stores. I mailed one rebate form today and hope I have better luck. I would like you to track my past 2 or 3 rebates that have not been sent to me. I'm feeling a bit conned and feel that perhaps you can add extra rebate monies for my inconveniences. Please email me about my concerns, as my purchases were quite high and I was to receive a fair amount of rebate monies towards my purchase at Menard's. We live in Canada and have received many rebate monies in the past and know that it isn't just for US shoppers. Thank you so much for sending my social security card back to me after I accidentally enclosed it with my rebate form. I appreciate you taking the time to get it back to me.

I too have been the victim of not receiving rebates from Menards, however while doing further investigation I believe they were mailed and we are unfortunate victims of our mail carriers. Menards does nothing to ensure you are the correct person signing and cashing in the rebate. If you know the check number on the the rebate they may be able to help you by looking at an in store video tape of the customer cashing the check however to prosecute would take years and still no real proof. I think they have done a better job of concealing the amounts but it does not prevent the mail carrier from opening each one and re-sealing them. Americans are dishonest especially some of the rural mail carriers and there is not help from the postal service either. I know for a fact even the window clerks steal rebate checks. KW

Menards, I have sent all the inf. from this store for a product I purchased in October which had a rebate, after sending the required inf. three times and sending emails that I was told to send I still have not heard from them at all. It is a $100.00 rebate from a wood stove. This is very disappointing to me as I do all my shopping at this store spring, summer and winter, other rebates have been sent to me as specified.
Please look into this asap. Very disappointed customer.

Back in July I spent almost $2500 at Menards in Owensboro Ky was to get back $252 and some change back I have sent email mailed them and Menards letters and Rebate international sent an email stating the check was not cashed of course it wasn't cashed I never got it they said they would issue another one guess what still haven't got it. I'm calling the Revdex.com and everyone that might can help this is b[redacted] I'll take my business else where's can't trust them to do what right by the customer.

I have submitted rebate requests 3 times. After 2 months when I check the status it says checks were sent. I finally received the first one but have not gotten the last 2.
This reeks of REBATE SCAM.
We all need to contact the Attorney General's office & the FTC & file complaints.
I believe Menards set this "rebate" company up.

Lets file a lawsuit against the Menards rebate center all of us join together , and make them pay our rebates as promised. I waited for 4 months never got mine was for $70.00. This is 2018 and the rebate center should be smart enough to send rebate checks in a envelope, and not a post card. and now all I hear is a mail carrier must have stolen them. Menards is a big Joke. Why have a rebate if they are not going to make sure their customer gets it. The rebate when being used at Menards by a customer should have a Valid ID proving they are the customer on the rebate, which would make the rebate of no value to anybody who steels it and has no ID matching the name on the rebate. I've been waiting on mine since last Oct. In the amount of over $250 said they have reissued it 3 weeks ago. Still waiting I've sent emails written letters and called Menards corporate office sent them emails and written letters and still nothing. I'm calling to take action against Menards and rebate international.

Where is my rebate?! Someone needs to answer me. It's been 14 weeks! I would have gone elsewhere that was having a sale. You call and no one knows anything. They just keep saying that maybe it is taking longer than usual. I spent $4000.00 with you because of the rebates!
