This is the second time that I have been Con-ed by Rebates International and Menards,The first time that I was lied to was when I purchased a gallon of Menards full strength antifreeze,It promise it,s costumers who bought the antifreeze an $4.00 in store rebate ,I never received a damn dime of it,And now,this second most recent time of November 2017,I bought a sixty-pack of Powercell Alkaline (3,A) Batteries that regularly cost $12.99,but Menards had the batteries on sale for $10.99,I paid the ($10.99 ) sale price at the Salina Ks. store,and later that same night,I ask the clerk at the costumer service desk about the advertised ($ 5.00 ) in store rebate and I showed her my receipt and what I got back was the receipt and the rebate slip to fill out and send in to Rebates International Inc,,And what they sent back to me right after Christmas,has assuredly destroyed any and all expectation in believing that the Menards rebate system is earnest,in the least bit or cares even the slightest about it,s costumers,like myself and others whom has been Hood Winked into a False rebate establishment,Oh,let me be perfectly earnest about my complaint,The Rebate International of Elk Mound P.O.Box,99,Wi.Zip code 54739 sent me the (11%) amount of 0.41 Cents that was,nt even enough to cover the price of the stamp used to mail the envelope that I mail it in to Elk Mound Wi,at the least,Strooge would have sent me an late Christmas Cheers Card alone with the meesely 0.41 cents.Ouch.signed Ret.Specialist National Guardsmen,DaveW.Mathews.01-08-2018*

I have been waiting on rebates since July and have not received the four that are showing paid to me. I am very unhappy with Menards and the rebate process. I have always received them in the past and am not sure what the issue is but this process needs fixed ASAP. We count on these rebates as a loyal customer to Menards. Please contact me ASAP and get my rebates reissued.

I have been waiting for my rebate for three months. I contacted Menard's in Rhinelander where made my purchase. Menard' told me to look on Rebates International. This was the tracking result:

10/03/2017 #1417 SAVE 11% $101.15 Issued XXXXXX5230

I have not received this rebate check. Would you please look into this issue.

Thank you for your response of 12/26/17 on program #0933 Cotton Nail Apron. You gave me a check number but did not indicate if that check was ever used. When I send in a rebate I make a copy of the register receipt and certificate form. When I receive a check I mark it paid and then it is destroyed. There was one time, in the past, that I didn't receive a rebate and was replaced since it was not used. I am asking that the check #6157828005 be looked up and advise if and when it was used.

Never received my rebate from October - no response from rebates international on what the next process is to research why I did not receive and how to follow up to receive this rebate

Seems like small rebates are processed - no problem - larger rebates Menard's rebate center has problem issuing the payments to customers. @ $42.99

Neither Rebates International or Menards have phone contacts listed.
I never knew that Menards didn't have a corporate number listed until now, wonder why?
All I can say is you are known by the company you keep.
I just recently made an attempt to follow up on my rebates at Menards and came to find out most aren't on the site. They have my name listed in ways that I don't use, you need the number on the receipt below the bar code that you send in, I didn't know that, which means I would need to write it down, scan, print, or save some way the bottom of the receipt in order to follow up. There's nothing on the rebate receipt that advise to keep that number for future reference, as in checking on the status of the rebate.
PITA as far as I'm concerned.
Honestly, once I found out that Lowe's does the 11% too and the rebates can be submitted/tracked online I've been using them plus they give 5% discount at the time of purchase with their card vs a 2% and another rebate at Menards.
Will I quit shopping at Menards, no, but it hasn't been my 1st choice since learning about Lowe's 11%.
John Menard can surely find a better partner for the rebates than Rebate International

We purchased $22,700 worth of product at the Menard's in Cn Rapids, MN and sent in the receipts to Rebates International in Elk Mound for our 11% rebate.

They claim they sent the check for $2,500 once, it never arrived. Twice, it never arrived. We are on our third request, now.

This company is fraudulent. They have no phone number to call, no address........why? BECAUSE THEY ARE HIDING!!!!

John Menard, you should be ashamed for your name being associated with this company.

We are now going to get ahold of both the Wisconsin and Minnesota Attorney General's office and get this straightened out. There are literally hundreds of people who are being screwed by this company!!!

Rebate International Response

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Mr ***'s concerns.

I am sorry that Mr. did not receive the rebate he submitted. According to information we have regarding the rebates in question, it was issued to his address on 10/3/17 (Certificate #***) and 11/9/17 (Certificate #***). They were voided and reissued on 12/15/17 (Certificate #***), because Mr. reported that he had not received the rebate. That certificate has not been used as of today's date.

If he has not received his rebate yet, please have him let us know and we will reissue it. Please inform Mr *** that the format of the rebate s have changed. The rebate is now being issued on a double postcard, to increase privacy and not disclosed the rebate amount.

We appreciate Mr *** patience in this matter.

This is what I get when I check my rebate status but have never received anything from Rebate International. We have been waiting for this so we can get what we need to continue working on a remodel from a flood. I am so tired of getting automated responses and there isn't any way to speak to anyone. Your Customer service in no way lives up to your written claim. Send me the rebates in a proper mailing envelop that has clarity immediately! I am beginning to wonder if this is all a big scam...someone is really profiting. All the complaints also makes me wonder if Menards knows what is happening to their customers. Fix my problem!

My two largest rebates for the summer were for $61.72 and $38.48 and of course these are the ones that I have not received ANY response from. Where do you go to get help or file complaints against Menards for this?

Now I understand why this company does not provide a phone number for customer service. Many, many customer complaints. I think Menards would be wise to partner with a better company for rebate processing. Waiting 5-7 days to get a generic answer and never have the issue resolved is very poor business. Maybe Menards will wise up if there are enough complaints filed. We can hope.

I will get right to the point. I have been waiting for my rebate check from menards since sept 21st. the amount should be $208. All the info requested was done properly and I have copies of everything. Why isn't there a customer service number for rebate questions in Elk Mound? I planned on using my rebate for Christmas gifts. I expect to hear from you right away or get my check in the next couple of days. You might force me to go further if this isn't resolved

On May 20, 2017 I purchased a full suite of kitchen appliances from Menard's in Hamilton, OH. They advertised an 11% Rebate on this purchase which amounts to $225.83. I submitted the appropriate forms to get my rebate check and after a month of not getting the check I sent an email to RebatesInternational.com inquiring about the check. I was told the check was not cashed, would be cancelled and a new one would be sent. I have now sent them an email every month since June. Rebates International has said they have mailed the check each time and the address they indicated was correct but I never received the check and no one apparently has ever cashed the check as each month they indicate they will send me a new check. Each month they cancel the check that was sent and indicate they have sent a new check and I still have not received the check. I wrote to Menard's voicing my complaint and they referred me back to Rebates International. I have all of the email correspondence as well as the original receipt from the purchase. Since this purchase I have moved to a new location and I have been receiving forwarded mail with no issues. I do not believe the check has ever been mailed.

I thought it was because the Revdex.com had contacted the company, regardless I am giving you all credit for getting me the money. I appreciate the fact that you stepped in for me. So you can update my file to show that Rebate International responded and eventually mailed me my check.

I have never had a problem getting a rebate back from MENARDS rebate program. Most people don’t notice there are different address to send to (pobox155 is not the only pobox they use) I have even seen people send them directly to the store(MENARDS). I’m sure there is a flaw in every great thing but a lot of time I can assume it’s the mailers fault. Much love rebates!

I sent in for my 11% rebate on two items in July 2017. You are showing that my rebates were paid. However I have not received any credits from you. I am really disgusted with the service of your company. My rebate number is 1397000163904372842955305602. Please send me what I am due.

I have not received a rebate check from Menards that says it was issued. I have sent an email to you and got an automatic reply that said you would contact me with 7 to 10 business days. Unfortunately, you have not responded and I feel stuck. There is no phone number to resolve the issue. I still have copies of the original receipts, but you have failed to do your part.

I found a similar review here that is much like my experience.I purchased $655 worth of roofing shingles with a rebate of $160 on 08/01/2017---and here it is 11/15/2017 and they claim a check was mailed to me in sept--. In response ,they claim they would stop payment on the first check and issue new on 10/28/2017.... I have nothing in regards to rebate check-I have emailed rebates intl- 4 times- Menards once , each with name and phthis is ridiculous service and will never go to menards again. I have all the receipts of proof-A person named MJ Metza handled my correspondence at Rebates intl.. I want my frickn rebate of $160 - this type of fraud should not go unnoticed......Rob K.

I sent in rebate paperwork In June of 2017. The company acknowledged the receipt of the paperwork and said they had issued a check. The check never arrived. They told me they had sent a second check, which never came. They now indicate they have issued a third check. It’s been 30 days and that check has not arrived. Looks like a scam to me.

In May, 2017, I purchased over $5,000 worth of materials from Menards in MN. I submitted a rebate request for 11% ($530) in mid May, 2017. My first rebate check was issued 7/20/17 for $530.58. However, this check was never received. Per my numerous emails with customer service, they indicated the USPS must have lost the check. A stop payment was ordered and a new check was issued on 8/26/17. This check also was not received and they also considered it "lost" by the USPS. Another stop payment was issued and ANOTHER new check was issued on 10/3/17.

Over the course of 4 months, I have 100's of emails to them indicating my displeasure. The same person MJ Metzko replies with the standard wording and indicating the USPS is solely to blame.

There is no phone # to contact anyone there. There is no mailing address either. The only way to contact them is through their customer service email at [email protected]

I would like them to be held accountable for the issuance of the refunds that I am due.

I am sorry that Mr *** did not receive the rebate he submitted. According to information we have regarding the rebate in question, it was issued to his address on 7/20/17 (Certificate #***). The first was voided and reissued on 8/26/17 (Certificate# ***) when Mr Radke reported that he had not received the rebate. The second was voided and reissued on 10/3/17 (Certificate #***). It was reissued again on 10/26/17 (Certificate #***).

We anticipate that this claim can now be closed.

I am awaiting several rebates from "rebate International" in the amounts of $150.00, $44.63, and $5.69.

$150.00 for Century Vinyl Flooring mailed in on 8/16/2017

$44.63 from 11% rebate for Menards purchases mailed 8/16/2017

$5.69 from 11% rebate for Menards purchases mailed on 8/18/2017

I have emailed "Rebate International" regarding these issue but have NOT received any response from them. I called Menards-they say it is NOT their problem and told me to contact Rebate International! Items were bought @ Menards store and Menards advertise the rebate offers-so I think they should also be responsible for their advertised rebate offers!!!

I would appreciate any help/assistance you can provide regarding this issue!
