We are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered with both receiving your payment late and it returning. We encountered a series of check fraud attempts on our accounts which caused these issues. Please confirm that you are fine with us sending a $202 payment (which includes your bounced payment fee) to the address we previously sent the check to? We are fine with sending a certified check if you would like. If we fail to hear from you within the next 3 days, we will automatically send this to try to resolve this soon.  The business continues to...

make promises to send a check but has failed to follow through.  Advertisement says 3-5 days for payment.  I have waited over a month.

The company has stated that they sent out a check on 12/**/2015.  As of 1/6/2016 I still have not seen this check.  I wouldn't consider this case closed until the check has arrived and cleared my bank.

The company said they mailed...

me my new check and to allow 3-5 days, but I have not received any check and it's been over 3 weeks. I want my check and tracking number to view my check shipping as they promised.
