I am rejecting this response because: I was an AT & T customer for ten (10) years. The collection agency is claiming my desired settlement of deleting the trade line from my credit report is without merit because I did not ask for debt validation and I did not question the billing practices of AT & T. AT & T has been fined for mobile bill cramming in 2012 and 2014 by the Federal Trade Commission. This means AT & T lacks credibility in true billing and transparency. My account falls within the range of when mobile bill cramming occurred and I seeking to be made whole. I do not have to question AT & T's billing practices as an individual, when the company collectively preyed on its customers. The FTC was my voice and represented the millions of customers which were victimized by AT & T's need to profit. If this trade line is not removed from my credit report, I will take this matter to the FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for AT &T's failure to be socially responsibility and lack of due diligence.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],
I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against...

Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] is complaining about receiving telephone calls at his home, and then the call gets disconnected. He doesn’t know why RPM is calling and he is requesting a cease and desist. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:
RPM received this file from our client Dish on December 21, 2015. RPM mailed the initial dunning letter to Mr. [redacted], on December 23, 2015, advising him of the creditor, amount owed and his rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to the address of [redacted]. RPM did begin making telephone attempts, without success. A second letter was sent on February 1, 2015 to Mr. [redacted] to the address of [redacted]. RPM has placed a cease all calls and contact on the account. If Mr. [redacted] wishes to contact RPM regarding this Dish debt, he can call our escalation/compliance department at (888) 838-5123.
RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at [redacted]

I AM NOT ENTIRELY SURE WHAT IS MEANT BY ACCOUNT TRADE LINE AS THIS IS A COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT.  THIS REQUEST NEEDS TO BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY. NOT MANUAL NOT BY LETTER RPM REPRESENTATIVES AGREED TO HAVE COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT DELETED PLEASE FINISH AGREEMENT. HERE'S ANOTHER FALSE CLAIM SAY IT WAS SENT BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE NO ALERT IN SYSTEM FROM RPM. LIKE I STATED PREVIOUSLY ONCE THEY SEE ALERT ON SYSTEM REQUESTING COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT BE "DELETED" (WHICH NEEDS TO BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY)  IT WOULD BE DELETED BY THEM INSTANTLY ON SPOT IT WOULD NOT TAKE X AMOUNT OF DAYS. AS SOON AS THEY SEE AN ALERT ON THE SYSTEM THEY WOULD REMOVE ON SPOT. ALL WE ARE WAITING FOR IS RPM.PLEASE SEND AN UPDATED DELETION REQUEST STATING "URGENT PLEASE DELETE ACCOUNT FROM [redacted] CREDIT FILE" AND WOULD BE GOOD TO GO AND I WILL BE FULLY SATISFIED I NEED TO RECEIVE PROOF/EVIDENCE , WHAT WAS THE MESSAGE READ THAT YOU CLAIM TO HAVE SENT MANUAL?, WHEN WAS THAT SENT (DATE) WHAT WAS THE TIME? I NEED YOU TO BE 100% HONEST THANKS AND LIKE I SAID THE STATING OF HOW LONG THE CREDIT BUREAU UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM IS OUT OF QUESTION AS I HAVE DIRECT CONTACT WITH 4 FOUR SUPERVISORS AND EACH GUARENTEEING ON SPOT HELP WITH THIS THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY SEE THIS MESSAGE. FOR FULLY SOLVED RESOLUTION ALL NEEDS TO BE DONE IS A UPDATED DELETION REQEUST  ELECTRONICALLY THEN I WILL CALL THEM THEY WOULD CHECK IF THEY SEE DELETION ALERT ON THE SYSTEM THEN AND WE'RE DONE FOR GOOD IF NOT THEN WERE BACK TO SQAURE 1 IN DISPUTING THIS UNTIL THAT DELETION IS 100% SENT ON SYSTEM. HOPING THIS IS DONE IN FAST PROMPT URGENT MATTER.I NEED TO OBTAIN A NEW COPY OF THE UPDATED DELETION NOTICE NOT OLD ONE AS IT DOESNT STATE HAVE ACCOUNT BE DELTED I NEED TO ALSO RECEIVE HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE THEM TO SEE THIS NOT UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM AS I ALREADY KNOW THAT THE SUPERVISOR SAYS THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ELECTRONICALLY ONLY PLEASE SEND AND THEN LET ME KNOW WHEN WAS SENT  AND I WOULD CONTACT THE SUPERVISOR. IN A URGENT MATTER LIKE TODAY  I STATE I AM NOT TALKING WITH REGULAR AGENTS TALK TO AND HAVE DIRECT CONTACT WITH 4 TOP SUPERVISORS WHOS KNOW AND PROVIDED ME ENOUGH SUFFICENT EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS WE ARE WAITING ON THE CREDITOR SO PLEASE RPM SEND AN UPDATE OF DELETION ELECTRONICALLY. Ms. [redacted] states that she does not have a contract with RPM. She is correct, RPM is a third party collection agency acting on behalf of creditors such as DIRECTV. RPM located a DIRECTV account in Ms. [redacted]'s name. RPM has requested verification of the debt from DIRECTV. Once RPM receives a response,...

documentation will be sent to Ms. [redacted]. If you have further questions regarding this matter please contact me directly at 425-412-2642.Mark *. C[redacted] General Counsel

RE: [redacted] Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Ms. [redacted] makes no specific complaint against RPM, however references a prior Revdex.com complaint filed against...

DIRECTV. Ms. [redacted] states that the DIRECTV agent she spoke talked over her resulting in her handing up on him. She disputes an Early Cancellation Fee charged by DIRECTV and requests the matter be removed from her credit history. After review of our file and contacting our client, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. DIRECTV listed Ms. [redacted]’s account with RPM for collection on October 30, 2017. On October 31st, RPM sent Ms. [redacted] a notice identifying the debt, creditor, and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). RPM received no response to this notice and have no record of speaking to Ms. [redacted] despite attempts to contact her by telephone. RPM received a letter from Ms. [redacted] on January 30, 2018 disputing the debt. RPM notated the dispute, ceased collection activity and contact DIRECTV for verification of the debt. Attached to this response is the verification provided by DIRECTV. It is DIRECTV’s position that the balance is owed. Early Cancelation Fees are detailed in the DIRECTV customer agreement that was previously provided to Ms. [redacted]. RPM will cease further attempts to contact Ms. [redacted], however she is welcome to contact our office to resolve the obligation. Ms. [redacted] may contact RPM toll free at 866-367-1878. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have further questions regarding RPM's handling of this matter, or if RPM may be of further assistance to Ms. [redacted] please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642. Very Truly Yours, Mark T. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I do not believe they don't know the number they were calling several times everyday.  I have not received a call from them for 3 days.  I will wait to see if they have discontinued the harrassment.  So far so good, but I think they are just wanting the complete number so they can continue the calls.  Lets hope they have figured out the number and have taken me out of their system.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I settled a debt with RPM and was told the settlement needed to "post" and I would get a receipt within 24 hours. I called back and was then told it would be potentially 24 additional hours more for me to get a receipt, but the receipt would not show the account with a zero balance. I would have to wait days for that receipt. When I told the agent that was unacceptable and asked for her supervisor, she told me her supervisor was un available, when I asked for the legal department, she hung up on me. When I called back and asked for the legal department, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. This is affecting my credit report.Correction to a credit reportI would like a receipt for the transaction showing the account is paid in full and closed, and I would like the credit report updated to show the account has been settled and removed from my credit report.

Case Number: [redacted] RE: [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern;   I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a third-party collection agency working on behalf of creditors such...

as Cincinnati Bell., Ms. [redacted] submits a form frivolous FCRA dispute as her complaint. She requests the matter be removed from her credit history. After review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM:   Sprint placed Ms. [redacted]’ account in our office for collection in March 2011. RPM’s business records reflect the account was paid in full by Ms. [redacted] to RPM via check in September 2011. RPM close RPM updated the account trade-line accordingly to reflect the obligation had been paid. As a data furnisher to the credit reporting agencies, RPM is required under Federal law to accurately report the status of an account. To remove an account simply because it was paid would put us in breach of our agreements with the credit reporting agencies and undermine the integrity of the credit reporting system.   RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter. If you have questions regarding RPM’s handling of this matter or if RPM may be of any further assistance to Ms. [redacted], please contact me directly at (425) 412-2642.     Very Truly Yours,     Mark *. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Unfortunately I am one of many consumers to file a complaint against this company.  My complaint as well as others I've read all have a common theme.  While RPM's reply is 'satisfactory' they are not taking responsibility for the actions and lack of their responsibility to the consumer.I am am requesting a copy of RPM's submission to the credit bureaus to remove their collection.Sincerely, [redacted]
