Carbon2Colbalt has impeccable customer service! (at least this has been my experience until this current issue I am having)I called them for the 4th time this morningTheir rep was eager to help but needed to get in touch with the corporate office(that's how big a mess we have on our hands)She placed me on a brief hold and attempted to contact themWhen they did not respond she came back on the phone, took my number and promised to call me back once she is able to contact someone at their corporate office(she probably has too high expectations as she promised a minutes wait an hour ago)
I have no doubt this company has good intentions and wants to resolve my issueAfter reading theses reviews and seeing how quickly they respond online and given the fact that I cannot wait by the phone any longer, I am hoping they will respond here and resolve the problem

I have purchased clothes from this company and found their service reasonably good and their merchandise ok What has frustrated me to no end is that I have tried for about years to get them to stop sending me their damn catalogs and they will not stop Every time I go through official sounding channels and am guaranteed that within a few months I will never receive a catalog again This is an obvious lieIf you value your privacy and don't want wasteful garbage mail, do not do business with this company They have taken the Columbia Record and Tape Club model and ran with it

I have purchased several items from C2C for me and one of my boys, my wife even snuck in a new shirt for our Maui trip and I felt great in their clothing, yes they are expensive but unique and I really like the additions to my wardrobeThey had a sale once about a month back and I should have jumped on it as we have loved everything we have in our C2C collectionWill be buying many more items from them in the future!

I just received my first order, (and last) from carbon2cobalt Two shirts cost me a and they aren't worth TOGETHER!!
Beware!! This stuff is crapIt's like printed on cheeseclothI'd be afraid to even put this crap in the washSizing is way offSleeves too short, no shape to the shirtObviously made in some fourth-world countryTrust me, you don't want to be fooled by their catalogueEverything looks good thereIt's ***No other way to describe itDon't be fooled

I have ordered three shirts from Carbon Cobalt and have not been satisfied with two of themThe first was returned because of the quality of the fabric and went smoothly as I used the enclosed return label..although I was charged an additional $I made the mistake of a second shirtThe dye on the fabric looked as though it had bleach marks even though the description gave no description to indicate thisThere was no return label int he package so I calledI had to call times because I never received the first label via emailI did receive the second but was unable to print it as the label page was blankHaving spent to much time calling, I mailed it myselfIt cost me $so added to the original shipping of $9.95, I spent over $returning an item that was defective and that should have need returning at no costThis is not a company I would recommend

I placed my first order with Carbon Cobalt on 12/3/and I've yet to receive the merchandiseWhen I placed the order it did not say the item was on backorderAnd, I paid $for shipping which says - business days for delivery That is a long time to wait for a delivery especially since I paid $for shipping for a small $item....do they use the pony express??? I called customer service on 12/15/(although it didn't seem like the person was an actual employee of Carbon Cobalt) however, she was able to track my orderShe told me it was being processed that day 12/15/(what a coincidence) And, I did receive notification that the item was shipped on 12/18/17, however, it won't arrive until 12/27/ This item was for a Christmas gift, so I'm extremely disappointed that I ordered an item on 12/3/and it won't arrive until 12/27/ Again, there was no indication that the item was on backorder so I'm assuming that they are just so behind in processing orders I won't be ordering from Carbon Cobalt again So, if you do business with this company, be prepared for a long delay before you receive your merchandise

Same as others, low quality and high pricesI ordered T-Shirts and pair of lounge pants, at $a T I was expecting good quality, instead I got low end, the same I can buy at discount stores for $and to top it off, both Ts had HOLES in themThe loungers were not much better, no holes but not worth $89, quite the opposite, so it all went back

I have called Carbon2Cobalt times requesting that they stop sending me their catalog Each time I have been assured that I have been removed from their mailing list, but they are still sending me their catalog I find them to be overpriced and I do not want their book

I hope you can help me get Carbon2cobalt (Carpinteria, CA) to stop sending catalogsI did not order from them, nor did I request their catalogsI wrote to them twice asking them to stop sending catalogs (copies enclosed)Yesterday I received yet another catalog, despite my repeated requests asking them to stop

Never buying from this company againThey sent the wrong color of shoe and I didn't like the fit very uncomfortable so I returned themThey charged me a fee and I had to pay for the return shipping because of a mistake on there part

I purchased two t- shirts for They are poorly made and not worth what I paid for themI will never buy anything from them againThe value was too disproportionate to the cost of the item for me to ever send them money againNow I can't get rid of themI get catalogues at two addresses once a week and multiple emails each weekI made attempts to date to unsubscribe myself from the Emma's and attempts to halt the cataloguesI am not successful at unsubscribing from either of theses annoyances

I don’t usually order clothing from catalogs, but my husband received a catalog and marked some shirts he wanted for ChristmasI placed my first order and didn’t expect to receive by then because I placed it a week before I can’t believe how quickly they shipped it out and received for Christmas I was a little nervous ordering not knowing the quality for the price point but was extremely impressed Quality is very nice and the shirts ordered are now my husbands favorite! Placed another shirt order after Christmas and again shipped and received so quickly I would highly recommend ordering from this companyNow my Dad wants me to order for him Thank Carbon Cobalt! I purchased two bracelets from this company carbon2cobaltOne of them started to come apart almost immediatelyI contacted their CS Department and was told that I would receive a return label via emailThis never happened and two subsequent contacts on my part via their CS email address has so far yielded nothing

I received a Carbon2Cobalt catalog recently and liked their products...so I order a few items from them...I like them all and went online and bought a few more shirts...but after purchasing, I noticed a hefty shipping fee...so I emailed their customer service to ask waiver for an order of over $300...I was pleasantly surprised that they immediately waived the shipping charges PLUS included FREE return should I choose to do so...now I am an even bigger FAN of C2C!!!...keep delighting your best customers

I have always loved Carbon & Cobalt's catalogs and finally placed an order HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT on so many levels! Awful customer service, ridiculously high prices, low quality garments, over embellished descriptions of items, over embellished photos of items, actual merchandise received lacks does not reflect the stated quality, for example a $shirt arrived today looking shabby and with button missing, seriously under-trained customer service personnel (Jessica and others), no supervisors on duty, completely underwhelming experience from start to finish, will NEVER do business with them again Buyer Beware!

I purchased three shirts from this companyTwo of the shirts were shipped and delivered within six days.However one of the delivered shirts was not the correct item I purchasedI requested a return and exchange which was authorized without return shipping chargeA week later I still had not received confirmation of the returned item, which was sent FedExFrustrated by this I called and was told it would take three to four weeks to process the return???!!!I cancelled the orderThe third shirt was on Back order for at least a month (not disclosed at time of purchase) so I cancelled that order as wellI'm frankly surprised this company can stay in businessThe only positive note was that the one shirt I did receive that was correct, was a very nice shirtToo bad the customer service does not match the product quality
