I ordered an $shirt from the catalog What I got was a shirt only vaguely the same general color, but definitely NOT the same material - not even close They're getting the shirt back, pronto Ironically, today I got another catalog from this company in the mail Straight to the paper-recycle basket!
I contacted C2C after receiving word that my order would be shipped late by a monthI asked for it to be cancelled and the appropriate adjustment made to shipping and tax charges as well as the cost of the item which was dollars for a shirtI received no return call and an email that could only be considered an insult as reply
As many have indicated, the clothing looks terrific in the catalog but when you have them in your hands its downright disappointingI have spent close to $2,with this company and can't quite understand why I keep going back to themHaving paid over $apiece for a couple of sweaters that look like stretched out rags after the first wear is disgustingI fear sending any of the sportshirts through the washer because of the way they come outI purchased a bracelet I reluctantly spent $on that fell apart within monthsThe best product I have purchased from C2C is a $leather courier bagIt's frustrating to look at hard earned $$$ I have spent on clothing to sit in a closet because I can't bring myself to wear them because of the way they lookAnd how does the Revdex.com rate this company an A- with a 67% negative review rating? While I do understand the cost of business with high shipping cost, I would expect the quality of your products to match the costI am highly considering moving my money back to LL Bean
It has been a complete debacle dealing with this company for the past several weeksThey have made accounting error after accounting error in my checking account which has resulted in me spending at least an hour of my time on the phone with customer service--and my experience there has not exactly been confidence buildingI spent at least half an hour again with them this morning after they credited my account tens of thousands of dollars for no apparent reason, and I was put on hold and not even offered any sort of recompense for my time to help them remedy their significant error, after their first initial errorNot to mention, I am completely nervous about the account activity taking place in my checking account that they have access to--all during the holiday seasonThis company has a long way to go in tidying up their processes and improving their customer serviceUnless I see some significant efforts on their part to win me back as a customer, I'm done and not recommending them to anyone
Carbon cobalt has made available my address information to unaffiliated third party vendors with out my consentAs result of this, my mailbox is overflowing with clothing store mailing advertisementsThey are similar in content to this company and there are so many that I am having difficulty keeping up with unsubscribing from them allI don't know how many more I will need to opt out from!
I too had a shipping debacle I placed an order on 11/30/ I did get a back order notification for one item but it came available and shipped on 12/8/It did not arrive until 12/23/ In this day and age of shipping, that is unacceptable and will prohibit me from ordering again While the quality of the clothing is good, it does not offset the inconvenience Additionally the customer service to days to respond to me I don’t think they are ready for on-line business
