Redline Steel sells high quality products at a very reasonable prices. We ordered the beautiful Tree of Life and the LOVE script. Both were shipped very quickly. Both products were made of substantial material. The brushed Chrome Tree of Life is beautiful!!! The LOVE script is flat black and well made. I would order everything that Redline Steel makes if I had a place to put them. I love that this company is in the United States! Well done, Redline Steel!!!

I put in an order on Aug 1 2018 and product has not been received. tried to call them but it goes to voice mail so you can't leave message
I put in an order on August 1, 2018. they delivered it to the wrong address. sent email to them explaining the situation to them. received a email from *** on Aug 6, 2018 so they would look into this matter. texted *** again that I have not received order. so from august 1, 2018 to august 14, 2108 I've sent a total of 11 emails and no response. on august 8, 2018 received another email from customer service stating that they corrected address since they had wrong address and and Shannon Smith customer service rep said package is on the way. as of today no package. I am really fed up with this organization and especially the fact they say they are veteran run. I'm a retired veteran and am disgusted with their lack of professionalism, as I expected more
just want the product that i ordered and paid for paid with a credit card for order number XXXXXX and still no product
