Great products, exactly as advertised and adequately protected for shipping. It does take some time from order to shipping due to manufacturing process but that was explained up front when ordering. I have ordered from them twice and am very pleased with all the products (total of 8 pieces so far) received. Worth the wait

I've never done business with an online company that has been this attentive. From the time I placed the order they thanked me, gave me a discount coupon and kept me up to date with progress. I highly recommend Redline Steel. It is so nice to see high quality products being made in the USA again. And from veterans nonetheless. The same day I received my initial order of a handful of gifts, I turned around and ordered 3 times as much for Christmas gifts. I will check back regularly for new items, as well!

I purchased items from Redline Steel and was very pleased, so much so that I ordered more items for gifts for friends..Communication was excellent and prompt via email....the wait was only a few weeks due to the personalization of merchandise...would suggest checking out their website...well worth it and prices are reasonable.

I have bought many items from redline steel.. I Love everyone of them. they are of great quality and the pieces I have given as gifts..... people LOVE. I continue to order thinking how much something would look so nice in a certain room, or how much someone on my Christmas list would love a particular piece. I LOVE the fact that it is veteran run, being a veteran myself, and the fact he does a great job is a fantastic bonus.

Redline Co. does answer emails or other attempts to communicate.
Regarding order #XXXXXX. This order consisted of five items. These five items were crammed into the same container, consequently, one of the monogram items was scratched. This method of combined shipping may save Redline money, however, the items need to be wrapped and padded securely. I am certainly unhappy with the damaged product. Redline seems to be more concerned
with advertising and selling their products than it is with customer service.
I would prefer the damaged item be replaced.
Thank you for contacting us in regards to the current complaint filed above. As of 8/20, we have received zero emails sent to our Support Staff (***@redlinesteel.com) and furthermore, are unable to find any customer in our email system with the same name. Therefore, it is possible that the customer misspelled our email address (as sometimes, customer's will type steele instead of steel, which will not be received by the business).
However, we take responsibility on behalf of the entire company in regards to the damaged item that was received and delivered.
As a result, we will be contacting the customer via email in order to process a remake on the damaged item.
Given that we will communicate with the customer via email, we will be resolving this matter privately moving forward.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, as well as, any potential information that may benefit in resolving this case. Thanks!
