I ordered the 'God is Love' crosses in black and gold, and the 'Home' piece in black. They were shipped promptly, I was notified as the order progressed, and the package was securely wrapped and intact when it arrived. These are early Christmas shopping gift, and one for myself. The finish is beautiful, esp. on the gold product. Very pleased.

I ordered a 30" custom piece from Redline Steel and because it is customized (has our last name on it) it took a little longer to receive. TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE! They also have many designs, subject matter, and colors to choose from. I love the finished product, but I also love that the company is operated by veterans. It's a win-win in my book!

No customer service! I made an order then realized it was not the color I wanted. Tried to call them . No phone number on site. It could have been a simple fix.
The product was nice and what I expected. Young companies don't realized the value of a customer talking to a service representative.!!!! I would not recommend Redline Steel because of this. Now I will have to spend more money to paint it over and have a bitter feeling when I look at it. Sorry you can't run a business just on the product, people are the one buying the products.
We certainly apologize for the negative experience you encountered when ordering from Redline Steel. I would like to clarify some information in case you were unaware at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not currently have an active phone number accepting calls, given the high volume of orders in the system compared to the amount of representatives in our Customer Service Dept. Being a smaller business with a growing number of customers, we understand the importance of having readily-available service at all times, which is something we've been discussing internally for the future of the company. However, in the meantime, it is simply more efficient & practical to offer our Support Services through Email. This allows the company to reach every single customer equally & fairly without having further issues by answering some customers, while other customers are left unanswered. With only 40 employees (4 of whom are in Customer Service), it's quite difficult to balance phone calls, being that we have several thousand orders being processed and fulfilled per day.
Furthermore, when looking over your order in our Email System, I would like to point out that we do not have a prior email from you. Had an email been sent to our Support Staff, we would've been able to either modify the order correctly at no additional cost, and/or we could've just as easily processed an exchange for you. I do apologize for this major inconvenience, but please note for future reference, our Support Team is always available to assist you via email at [email protected].
