Saw Facebook ad promising delivery by Mothers Day, I placed order, got confirmation email and saw actual lead time, never been able to get a hold of.
On May 9th 2018 I went to my facebook page, I saw an advertisement for something that caught my eye. Also, the text in the advertisement talked about last minute orders ensuring delivery before Mother's Day. I only went to their webpage because of this. I purchased something and got a confirmation email, that is when I saw the actual lead time (much much later than Mother's Day) I sent multiple emails to the [email protected], never got a response, tried calling a few phone numbers, they were either disconnected or directed callers to their website because they were receiving so many phone calls. I received an email from an employee named Colin Wayne that said "I just wanted to take a second to thank you for your business, and your recent purchase from our store. If you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help you with, please reach out to us without hesitation." Needless to say Colin hasn't been very helpful, I've responded to his email 3 times with no response. I was alerted back to this order as I received a text message saying that my Redline Steel order was set to be delivered today. Again, I've attempted to call, nothing, email, nothing and I actually went to their Facebook page, left a review, I was sent a message (on facebook messanger) alerting me to email [email protected] and that they could help me out and just for fun I went back to their facebook page and my "review" had been removed. I spent a total of $73 with my credit card, I got the "Fancy Monogram" - Small 18".
I'd either like to be contacted by the company to explain what may/may not have happened. I'd also, like to receive some sort of a refund. I would have never in 100 million years have ended up on their web page or purchased anything from them if it weren't for the advertisement on Facebook. I have a job that I have to follow through on what I promise, mistakes happen, I get it, but blatantly disregarding your customers who are keeping you in business is unacceptable and I'd like to be treated like a Human Being.
We appreciate you following-up with us regarding your order and the unfortunate experience you've dealt with. We have received notification of the current Revdex.com Complaint that was filed and after reading over the complaint filed, I'd like to clarify a few things, as well as, ensure you're taken care of professionally and promptly.
First, I would like to confirm that we have indeed corresponded with you on a number of occasions prior to the filed complaint. We were first contacted by the customer on May 8th, which was also the order date. The customer emailed 3 times on May 8th, stating that the lead-times were too lengthy, therefore, requesting a cancellation. We responded to one of the emails the next day on May 9th. We will typically always delete any and all duplicate tickets/emails if a customer sends multiple emails (in order to keep the correspondence on the same email thread) and therefore, we deleted/archived the two other emails. Between May 9th and June 4th, there was no email sent from the customer, as we had sent the last response prior to the customer's email on June 4th.
Although on the initial email the customer had requested cancellation given that the lead-times were "6-8 weeks", we responded the following day suggesting that the lead-times were currently averaging a much sooner turnaround time than expected. Furthermore, on our Terms and Conditions, as well as, the FAQ page on our website, we list that Monogram Orders cannot be cancelled, as Monograms are customized pieces that are designed, nested, and cut relatively soon after the purchase date.
As for the Mothers Day advertisement mentioned in the complaint, we would like to clarify that no where on the ad does it state any guarantees for delivery prior to Mothers Day. We understand this may be misleading to some, given that the title states "The Perfect Mother's Day Gift", this does not necessarily mean that it's guaranteed to arrive prior to Mother's Day. With that said, we also created the advertisement a few weeks prior to Mother's Day. Additionally, if having read our Terms and Conditions, the FAQ page, or even contacted the business via email prior to purchasing the Monogram, we would have been able to confirm that a May 8th Order Date for a Monogram would not be feasible for delivering before Mother's Day (May 14th). Regardless though, we do take responsibility for the confusion considering that the ad was still accessible to Facebook Users as of May 8th.
Per the resolution request, as well as, the private email with the customer on June 11th, we went ahead and refunded the customer for the item price of that Monogram. The Monogram was $64 with a flat-rate shipping charge of $9,thereby making the total $73. The customer was refunded $64 and still received the Monogram.
We appreciate the customer taking the time to provide honest feedback, all the while helping us learn from this experience from a business standpoint, as we look forward to continuing to grow and improve our business moving forward. I saw the ad for the steel Tree of Life cut outs on Facebook.It offered a discount and free shipping for orders over a set amount. I saw immediately that my friends would enjoy them as gifts and ordered three. Some days later, before they arrived, I saw the charge appear on my credit card and it included shipping. I contacted their issue department and explained the ad and my problem. The charge was refunded. The Trees of Life arrived and I am very happy.

I purchased a gift for my mother's birthday from this company. The workmanship on the piece was very nice and seems to be very high-quality. I received the product in a timely manner (it was delayed due to the US postal service being closed for Memorial Day and not due to the company). I am very pleased with the item and my mother was also pleased. I will be purchasing something from them in the future.

Love this company! I can't say enough good about their products and service. The first time I ordered, I received the product very quickly. Workmanship was outstanding. Because of this positive experience, I have ordered from them again with the same results. Everything is machined perfectly. This last product I ordered was a tree of life in a heart shape that was pictured in red. It is more beautiful than even the picture showed. So often, the pictures of products companies are selling look so much nicer than what is received, but not with this company. I've ordered a couple of items from this website. & loved it! The quality is very nice and reasonably priced. Customer service is quick to address any questions or concerns that I had.
I have ordered two signs. The first sign came within days. The second sign was on backorder and took a few weeks, this is my only "complaint". Both signs were made with excellent craftsmanship, have smooth edges, and the paint is smooth and consistent. I WILL order more signs for myself and gifts and expect I will receive the same high quality. Love to support our Vets!
