I ordered a 2018 Christmas gift. Received an e mail offering a $25.00 credit because I would not receive it by Christmas. It is now April 29, 2019-I have NOT received any responses to my monthly e mails and still have not received my order. I continue to get e mails at least twice a month even though I have unsubscribed. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have purchased several items from Redline Steel. The pieces are unique and the quality is exceptional. To be honest, I expect products made in America to be a higher quality, but I did not expect the level of costumer care I received. I received a "personal" email thanking me for my order and then again after I received my order. Who does that anymore? I tell you, it's a company that takes pride in their product and cares about their customers.

The plaque I ordered from this Company is beautiful! I am very happy with the quality of this product! It's lightweight but durable. Very nicely crafted with no rough edges. Even the back is finished nicely! I can tell it was made with care! Definitely plan on ordering more products from Redline Steel!
