I put in an order in February that still has not shipped.
I made a purchase on Feb. 7, 2019. My order number is RD-XXXXXX. I paid 39.95, and it has already been charged to my credit card account. I ordered a canvas picture sku #FLGamMpDF-18x24. I have called and left messages, emailed, contacted by social media. No one ever answers the phone or any of the messages.
I am looking to have this item shipped, and if that can't happen I want my money refunded.
I apologize for your frustration. Our Canvas are not shipped from a different location. However, I would be happy to assist you and I will contact our canvas fulfillment team and make sure your CANVAS order is fulfilled and shipped if not already. I just addressed a complaint yesterday and the lady was not aware that the canvas is shipped separately . Her order had already shipped which in most cases they are ,they just dont arrive in the same package as our steel products. Helps protect the canvas and the steel products during shipment.
Canvas are shipped separately - from a different location. I will check with the fulfillment team at our canvas location to make sure your order is on it's way.

I do accept this response so long as my order is actually shipped. It still does not explain why it takes so long to ship, almost 3 months to ship seems unacceptable to me. I also really feel this company needs to have better customer service, it should not take me contacting Revdex.com to get a response from them. They need a phone line that people actually answer, or people actually answering emails.
I love my sign! Very good quality. Not cheap or flimsy like some metal signs. You can tell, a lot of care went into making these. I can't wait to purchase another!

The quality and craftsmanship of this product (The Tree of Life) is excellent! I purchased three (although I had never seen them outside the add) as I wanted to give two as gifts, and am so glad I did. I know the recipients will be pleased with them. Great correspondence with the seller, fast shipping, well packaged, and just an all around good experience. Would purchase from them again knowing I'd get a quality product!

The products from Redline Steel are high quality. We have bought several of the metal pieces that are powder coated for use indoors or out. We love each one! We have given several to friends as gifts, too. The fact that this company is veteran owned makes us that much more likely to continue to buy their products as well.
