I ordered the "God Is Good" cross which was delivered promptly.
The piece was larger than my mailbox, but that didn't stop the mailman from FOLDING the piece to fit!
The Post Office didn't accept responsibility because the parcel was not marked "insured."
I called Redline Steel to order a replacement.
Redline Steel REFUSED to take my payment information for this order.
I told them it was NOT their fault that the shipment was damaged and I did not expect them to replace the shipment for free.
They still REFUSED to accept payment information.
The replacement shipment arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I have placed several orders with Redline and have been absolutely amazed at the designs, skilled workmanship and quality of each piece. My only problem, I have to find more wall space to put more items. Highly recommend Redline for finding the perfect gift for that hard to please person. Gave my kids the "God is Good" cross and they loved it. I kept one for us along with the "Faith, Hope and Love" items.
