I love the product line and specialty items offered by redline steel. I have always had a great experience with this small american owned, and run company. The craftsmanship is stellar and I will continue to order both current items listed as well as some specialty items I know, only redline steel will be able to provide vision and quality I have come to love. I have also referred a number of family, friends and clients to redline for there needs. I am very satisfied with redline steel. I will be hiring colin and his crew for an equine memorial peace very soon.

I would most certainly give Redline Steel a 5-star. Their workmanship is outstanding, their designs artistically created. I have been extremely happy & satisfied with my orders, as have those that I have gifted them to. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Knowing that the items were Christmas gifts, and each item was handcrafted, I allowed enough time for it to arrive on time.

I had a problem with my Christmas order and it was corrected promptly. I also received my order on Christmas Eve which was not guaranteed based on the time I placed my order. Redline Steel is awesome in my book. I will order again soon.

I have heard of the bad reviews but decided to give my own. I have ordered from them before and loved my product. Things happen and since I work in the retail industry there are some things that can't be controlled and just happen. I received an email few days before Christmas explaining the circumstances that would prevent my shipment from being delivered by xmas. I was upset at first but I knew ordering a customized product, there was the chance of not receiving it in time. I knew the wait was worth it from my previous purchase. They also offered me a credit to use towards my next purchase. With that all that said, here is to a new year for you guys and much success. You guys have a committed customer.

Awesome products! Great service. I have ordered several of the items from their website. I love that they are a small business, made in the USA by Americans and Veteran owned. I will be ordering more of their products. It does take a little while for the items to ship since they are handmade, but your patience is rewarded. Top quality products! Love Redline Steel!

I found this company to be very trustworthy & have a great product. I placed an order with them for Christmas of 2017, it arrived about 4 weeks later than expected (due to them being extremely overwhelmed with Christmas orders), but I did receive my order, just in time for Christmas. They ended up refunding me, in full, for my order because they didn't deliver when promised. I didn't ask for this, nor did I expect it, especially when I did receive my order. That's obviously a reputable company standing behind its product & clearly considers customer service a top priority.

On multiple occasions I have ordered items from this company. I am so impressed not only by variety of items and the customer service, but by the quality of the items. I have them in my home, my shop and have bought them as gifts for others. I have never had any issueS with the service or products. I will definitely be buying more in the future!!
