In my experienced I can say that the company is good in terms of providing help to peopleBut those agents who handle the in coming clients to be, are so eager that they didn't explain in a much understandable way the contract that they send thru e mail of those who make a inquiry if they can get a cash loan ( like me) this is the time after they turn you down for a cash loan, they will e mail you that savings loan contract that supposed to be is illegal for privacy invasion

In late I was searching for a small car loan as I desperately needed a carIn my search and applications I received a call from refresh finacial saying they could give me that loan and repair my credit at the same timeIt wasn't until I had finished signing that I was informes that I will not receive any amount of money from these people for years and that I would be paying upwards of 4700$ with the promise of 1700$ back after the three yearsAfter doing some research and finding out that even the credit building wasnt all it was said to beSo I decided to call and cancel the whole thingI was asked for 500$ to get out of it as I obviously did not have 500$as I have had to pay them for some time I decided I would email them stating I had paid well over that amount and to cancel my account I have closed any way for them to take more money now and have been harassed through email repeatedly by this companyInwould advise anyone who wants a small loan to go elsewhere this company is nothing but troubleIf theres anyone who could help or advise on how to handle this situation it would be greatly appreciate it

Refresh helped me regain credit, following a nasty divorce, which left me with a very poor rating They were able to remarkably help me go from a to a score, in just over a year Thank-you Refresh!

I got this so called reversed savings loan with Refresh Financial thru my loan application with [redacted] I was trickedI really don't want this reverse savings thingI'm done with [redacted] but I'm still paying for Refresh! It has been and 1/year so I think I can access the accumulated fund/savings but I am having a hard time to connect or get thru their phone line! I was signed up for this service by easy financial and cancelled the service almost immediatelyAt no time was I told there was a balance owing only to find out from my banking that I have it on my credit bureau that I owe [redacted] something to refresh financial.I have email documentation that this was cancelled and at no time did I ever receive notice that I was being taken to collections over thisthis company claims to help you rebuild your credit but all they want is your money and when you try to cancel you get the run around and are told to call them (which I have done numerous times as well as email)

I obtained a Refresh loan years ago to help rebuild credit I am now in a position where I am able to obtain credit (just bought a brand new car and refinanced my mortgage for a fantastic rate) and it took little to no time at all I have not had any issues with the services or support and customer service is friendly and helpful when needed I am currently closing my loan as it is no longer needed but I would certainly return if it ever was again I would 100% recommend Refresh to anyone looking to rebuild credit with as little hassle as possible

September -I call Refresh Financial Inc and open a account to improve my credit score - After reading reviews online I called back to cancel my account -I was told over the phone that the account was closed and no longer need to make payments - I also received a email saying a balance of on the account October I checked my credit score view [redacted] Refresh Financial Inc open a account in the amount of $( news to me I figured the account was closed and no longer needed to make contact with Refresh Financial ) -I called Refresh Financial Inc and learned that the $commitment fee was due considering R.Fhad all my banking information I asked the Costumer Service Rep to take $a month to cover the $commitment feeShe agreed and I did aswell December I check my [redacted] account to learn off a missed payment in the amount of dollars interest and my score fell by points The account in question .."Refresh Financial Inc" -I call Refresh Financial and get the run around and basically telling me It is my fault that the account is in collectionsI explained to the Customer service Reps that a agreement was made that $was suppose to be withdrawn from my account and sent to Refresh Financial Automatically - After numerous calls and nights of loss of sleep over the drop in credit score , I was able to contact them and agree to pay the $commitment fee on December the problem is they never took that out of my account I called the bank and they said there was no request for payments now my credit score is ruined by points im out $and im depressed because of the actions of Refresh Financial
