This place is a joke they are horrible [redacted] that only tell you what you want to hear till they take your money and "lock" you inThey are patheticthey lie they never told me about a activation feethey lied about many thingsno not do any business with these people unless you like simply giving your money away

This company offers loans to people they say they rebuild peoples creditI understand the set up fees but they say there is a interest rate I understood that was interest on my money I put in but they are saying its there moneyI went to close my account today understand the $ [redacted] set fee and I put $ [redacted] into the loan and they are still saying I owe them [redacted] more

I was 'sold' a loan from Refresh Financial in [redacted] (from [redacted] )At the time I was advised that it would be beneficial to me if I took a loan from Refresh FinancialIt was a loan on paper only and no actual cash would be given to me but I would pay every month for the loan and after months I would get back all I paid and it would help build by credit I paid dollars every month from [redacted] , after which I cancelled this 'loan' I never got back what my money, which I was told I would, so essentially I took a loan but never actually got the funds and paid monthly [redacted] I basically gave refresh financial on a loan at 46% [redacted] My credit never improved [redacted]

we signed up with Refresh Financial a couple years ago this was to help build our credit up as we went into bankruptcy years ago, this has help build the rating up enough to purchase a house , we had the money before through an inheritance but our credit rating was not good enough , both my husband and I were working but that was not enough this year we bought a house , and I got a dodge van , I needed the vehicle to keep working , I do not think it was a mistake to buy the van ,but with that payment and getting it ready for the winter - Tires and the extra for the house for winter made us short on money when my husband was not working with the contractor - he still has a job but only 1-weeks a month for the winter , we had to cancel the refresh payments , I wish we did not have to but with the extra we were paying for this made a big difference in our household budget in the long run the Refresh Program was the best for us and We have told several people and really believed this has helped us

I seen an ad for car loans [redacted] if you had bad credit or no credit they would approve you no matter what then when you apply they send you to this farce of a place to rebuild your creditIt's all lies please don't get fooled [redacted] I paid like the fool I was for months then seen reviews of this company and canceled my loan through them and got very little of my money back with no credit improvement[redacted] Try to build your credit I must have well threw money out the window...please people have nothing to do with this company

I was doing a secured savings loan with refresh for a number of monthsOne day I decided to email them and ask how much equity had built upthey wanted me to confirm my birthdate and postal codeto which I told them no because I never had to beforefinally I just called them rather than playing email tagI spoke with a rep named John who insisted I had to confirm and hung up on me when I refusedSo I called back (got john again) and said I was closing my account cause I refused to the deal with themI reluctantly confirmed my birthdate and postal code for thisthe only good point i'll give them is they closed my account pretty quick when I askedI asked how much money I would be receiving backI was told about $So I asked very slowly if $was what I would be getting and not what I had built up (there's a $withdrawl fee) and he said yesI later got an email saying it was about $I emailed back and forth with them, and even called them to try and resolve thisI

Is this even a real company? I have now paid months worth of this Credit Rebuild program and I have yet to see any value from itI still haven't even benefited from the credit monitoring subscription (which I'm paying for) after several failed attempts to simply get them to mail me the password I honestly thought at the cost of $per month to fix my credit it was a good deal, but Refresh Financial Inchas done nothing to actual provide any valueIt should have been simple, I pay them money and they post it as a payment historyBut they don't even show up on [redacted] (which they don't mention during sign-up) I've just sent them an email to cancel my subscription but after reading all these negative reviews, I'm really not looking forward to the headache My opinion, just stay away and save your money

Refresh financial is a company I was refered to to help increase my credit scoreSince I had loans or credit scores, I was told that they would help me by taking 54$ biweekly for an service fee of I have been doing this now for almost years, and still my credit score has not improveA month agao I sent them an email and called to change my bank for withdrawals and sent them a void checkThe continued to take money out of [redacted] bank where of course the money was not there, so the bank charge me times nsf, which I am now in the minusI called them again and reach the same [redacted] customer agent, where I ask him to have a manager call me backKnow one called me back, and no emailI decided to put a stop payment for the withdrawalI sent them an email stating I put a stop payment, and will not make any other payments until someone has contacted meFinally someone contacted me, She said she will charge me also nsf fees of 25$ each, and will put on my credit bureau I missed a pay

I've been over a month now trying to get my money that I have paid in sent to me I've left messages with different loans officers and only one has returned my call I'm sick of being told that it will take business days to get my money, if it only takes how come I'm still waiting after days Only to be told again tonight that it will take up to another business days I'm sick of being given the run around

Although I have approached Refresh Financial regarding a loan, I have been contacted at least 4-times a day since August 28/ As a rule, I never do business with someone who I know nothing about Despite my blocking their number and leaving a message on Refresh's webpage urging them to stop calling me, I still get these annoying calls These people don't take no for an answer, [redacted]

I have read alot of reviews and what most ppl are saying I have not experienced been dealing with this company for 2 years . And getting ahold of my account manager takes 5 minutes thanks nichole you were a great help today !
