I got numerous calls and emails from Refresh Financial and finally picked up and spoke with a rep named [redacted] regarding a secured loan I signed up with a refresh financial in [redacted] to improve my credit score and help increase my future financial successthe pre authorize payment is $ [redacted] bi weekly for yearsFirst Payment was [redacted] and last payment was [redacted] What [redacted] failed to communicate with me was there is an administration fee I have to pay prior to actually saving anything.I would have never agreed to the loan if this was clearly explained I called to Cancel the loan spoke with [redacted] first I was told that I have to pay $ [redacted] then I objected and He said $ [redacted] he told me that it is for them reporting to credit file [redacted] , I told him I dont see refresh on there he told me that they are behind [redacted]

I signed up with Refresh(manipulated and deceived like many others here) in [redacted] I was promised a loan that would help build my credit, along with monthly credit reporting [redacted] it would appear [redacted] has no idea who Refresh is as every time I went to check my report I was charged an additional $ [redacted] by [redacted] , on top of this, with no other loans or credit applications filled, my credit somehow has gone down since taking on this "savings loan" from refreshRegardless, I went along and paid bi-weekly $ [redacted] for a total of nearly $ [redacted] now [redacted] I have no way to reasonably continue to pay this bi-weekly fee for another [redacted] years, nor do I know if I would be able to After calling Refresh and being ignored numerous times, I emailed them to which I was put into contact with their "speci

[redacted] They say your applying for a loan there isn't any loan all your doing is giving them money and they will give you a tablet this doesn't work at allAt the end of your so called term you can get a loanNot from them and your money you give them goes to them not for a service [redacted] my credit shows I have a loanI don't have a loan with them I was just [redacted] Don't trust them

I got an account with Refresh with the promise of monthly payments being reported to both credit bureaus[redacted] Refresh has not been reporting payments to my [redacted] In contacting them they assured me they would look in to this and that "maybe" sending them my credit report would helpStill this hasn't been reported to my [redacted] Every week I receive an email reminding me of my payment on the Friday, the payment keeps being withdrawn instead on the Mondaytimes now this has caused NSF fees in my bank account and with RefreshA representative has tried to blame this on the bank but in speaking with my bank they have assured me Refresh is removing on the Monday instead of the FridayI have contacted the company to cancel my account since it in no way is benefiting me

I applied for a "loan" from this company in November of Went through all the paperwork to find out it is not an actual loan you would be receiving but a savings to help rebuild creditCompletely not what I asked for at allHowever I was not told any of this until I signed all the paperworkI cancelled the loan the same day I filled out all the paperworkI had to email separate occasions and then tell them I would get a lawyer if neededSuddenly I had an email reply telling me my account has been closed as per my request and my account has a zero balanceForward to November 10, when I receive a letter that I have been sent to collectionsUpon trying to get through to this company I waited for minutes to get a person to talk to named John only to have him tell me I cannot talk to a supervisor but one will call me back in hoursWell it has been hours and we got no call backCurrently I have been on hold for more than an hour to try to resolve thisNo one has picked up yet I have an email from this company telling me my account is at a zero balance and now they are sending me to collections? I am disgusted at the lack of professional customer service and the decietfulness they show when dealing with me

Had problems throughout the duration of the program - it took far longer than it should to correct an issue on their end where they were not reporting properly to the credit reporting agencies (as in the sole service they supposedly provide) the initial setup cost is excessive and the interest rate is obscene since they effectively hold the loan in escrowThey also wanted to charge an early withdrawl fee to access accumulated funds (something they frequently state as being an option) after over a year of payments.) It's impossible to determine what effect they had on credit rating but the type of loan they provide shows up no differently than a student loan They were aware I had student loans and still recommended the service - effectively selling a worthless product for an insane amount of profit on their end, all the while disguising it as a public serviceAbsolutely would not consider recommending them in any regard, there are better options and they are obscenely exploitative, all the while pretending they're helping you

I had an account with refresh financial , I closed my account They said I still owed $on my account to have it closed outMy Husband [redacted] paid off the balance using his [redacted] on June 5, and it was approved and charged to his [redacted] Refresh Financial is still claiming as pre an e-mail on June 8, I still owe $but it was paid in fullI sent email with confirmation and Andre from refresh financial replied, I still owe money , I have proof the payment was approved and charged to the [redacted] [redacted]

I received a call from Refresh Financial yesterday [redacted] and was pressured into signing the agreementI told him to call back as I needed to think but he was persistentI was uncomfortable going through with this and called today [redacted] to cancel and was told it was canceled and that I'd receive an email saying it was but never got one.I don't really know what to expect? Am I still going to end up paying even though I don't want nothing to do with this programI know I have days to cancel as stated in the agreement but are they going to ignore my request until it's to late to cancel? I really don't want to go through with this and deeply regret signing

[redacted] I started my Refresh Finanocal credit rebuilding programMy first payment of [redacted] was made [redacted] and subsequent payments of $ [redacted] have been made on the following dates: [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] They have told me this would be reported to [redacted] as a positive payment report, I have called and spoke to [redacted] multiple timesToday was my finally attempt ( [redacted] ) nothing has been reported and they keep taking my money and not following their end of our contractI have spoken with management at Refresh and they told me it takes months to open a file with [redacted] : id either like them to give me proof of report to [redacted] or I would like ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!

I got this card to help build my credit and it's a total waste of time!! The card only works when it wants to even when there is available credit, they also have not reported to my credit Beureau even tho I have had it for a few months! Also every transaction you use they do a pre auth so if you don't have double the amount you are trying to spend available it will be declined! Honestly don't waste your time or money on this card!

YIKES!!!!! The [redacted] man from Refresh Financial that took my call was not helpful at allI had to hang up on him because he wouldn't let me talkHad the [redacted] man listened and talked to me like I was a human being, I would be writing this review I called Refresh Financial when I noticed my credit score with [redacted] was lower then and the rep at [redacted] said my credit score was lower because Refresh Financial hasn't reported my payments since June *** I make all of my payments like I agreed and its the ONLY company that hasn't been reporting payments monthly to [redacted] I went to Refresh Financial because I wanted help rebuilding my creditThis company is not helping at all! I never get calls back, I don't hear back when I email them Refresh Financial reported my, May [redacted] payment on June [redacted] !!!!! Id like to note that my credit card and car loan payments are reported monthlyMonthly! This company needs to make some huge changes to help the customers that are counting on them for the help they are offering In my opinion, this company does NOT help you repair your credit I have MAJOR regrets having this company "help me"
