Class Anton lawsuit
Starting a class Anton lawsuit against Regional acceptance corporation for predatory lending. I have found a group of people who are victims as well. I've been paying on a vehicle since 12/10/2012. The car was worth 6k. Finance charge was 10k. Totaling to 16k for the cost of the car. The interest rate was for 17.95% for 72 months. I've paid 30k on this vehicle and they state I still owe 3k on the vehicle. I reviewed a list of all of my payments and only 12k has gone towards the principal, 15k has gone to interest, and the rest in hidden fees. Regional states that a majority of the payments have gone towards interest due to deferred payments. One of their employees sent me a screenshot of my account. It states my interest rate is 17.97% which is not on my contract . They won't tell me how. I need to warn other consumers about their practices. I have also sent this info to the Attorney General for NC and received an email to send further information. Email me at [email protected] (gmail) to join.

Same thing is happening to me.

I have paid off a debt with his company and they refuse to remove it from my credit report They acknowledge on the phone that the debt has been paid, but [redacted] not provide confirmation I paid the debt in July, and they still have not sent any confirmation of payment from their company I spoke to a representative yesterday who said "this should have been resolved months ago!" I have not heard back from him

I paid my car note on the automated system the first one said it was not accepted and I didn't get a conformation so I tried again it was accepted and I got a conformation When I checked my account it was in the negative I called and asked for a refund and I was told it would take to hours hours went by and everyday my account is getting hit with overdraft fees Every time I call someone different tells me it will be there in the morning At first I just wanted my money refunded now I want my overdraft fees as well When you talk to a customer service rep they act like it's your fault and they don't know what to do I WANT MY MONEY AND DAYS OF OVER DRAFT FEES

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt withThe so called Customer Service agents are the rudest people I have ever talked toThey will call you phone over and over until you answerEven after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and requesting all communication to be in writing they continue to tell me they will not communicate in writing and that I must call and speak to a Customer service agent I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

Continuous calls after asked to be removed from auto dialed I have asked numerous times for them to remove me from the automatic call system and they have not stopped the callsThey yell at me and ask why I am past due which increases my anxiety

I have to wonder how this company even existI am not only disgusted with the customer service, I wonder how the managers are even managersI called several times a day about payments after my car was repossessed of after I had already made a paymentI advised them that I wanted the car back and was calling about the amount until I got a disgusting agent named Lisa who claimed to be a managerI wonder if this girl can even spell her own name or even graduated high schoolShe was so busy trying to insult me without even allowing me to ask my questionAfter that call with her, I decided I would never send a dime of my money to a company that hires that kind of person as a managerSo I contacted my lawyer to move forward and let them keep the carIt wasn't worth it

I had set up an automatic withdrawal to come out of my account and found out I only owe a lower amount so I called and the posted transaction was voided and I made a payment in the amount that I oweI received an email stating that both amounts were taken out of my bank account so I called RAC as soon as I read itDue to it being a Friday night , the supervisor [redacted] that [redacted] spoke with informed me that the guy forgot to delete the payment of $and that the accounting dept was closed so he would call me first thing Monday am at when he got in the officeI gave him until to call me on Monday and then I started calling and leaving him message- finally I got to speak with [redacted] who informed me that [redacted] was out of the office but that he would look into it and call me backWell it's Wednesday and I'm still waiting on a call back from [redacted] [redacted] did call me back on Monday- kind of funny since David said he wasn't there- but it was after 5:I was informed that I should have the money in my account tomorrow which would have been TuesdayTuesday came and still no refundI eventually get [redacted] on the phone at 4:(I have been leaving messages all day) and he informs me that my bank might be pending it which is bs but I humored the situation and called my bankAfter calling my bank I called [redacted] back who told me it would be there tomorrow and if not to call him first thing in the morning because he gets there at 8amToday is Wednesday and I have called [redacted] twice and still no response nor $in my account I am disgusted at the unprofessionalism of the company and their sooo called managers and would like answers or atleast for them not to be rude and ignore their mistake I have an attorney on standby because this matter has caused huge financial burdens and the lack of communication and lies from RAC is causing pain and suffering and medical issues

Last February 14, 2018, I used your EZPAY - WEB option to make the February payment on the noted account The transaction reference [redacted] was processed to the said account as confirmed by an e-mail sent on the same day I thought I made the payment on timeBut, on March 2018, received the statement and payment stub indicating that the February payment was due and charging me $for late feeI did call you and a guy name [redacted] said that nothing can be done because REGINAL ACCEPTANCE PAYMENT ADMINISTRATION DID NOT PROCCESSED THE PAYMENT So, I went to your office at [redacted] St in Orlando and was CLOSED at 10:am on regular working day I did make the February payment AGAIN, but I don`t think is fair for me to pay the late charges because of your error.So, I ask you to weave the late charges and keep my payment record clear with you and the credit agencies, but you didn`t do it Bad customer serviceIf you can don`t make business with this companyNot trusted

I received a loan from Regional Acceptance 2/ It was a month loan for $per month The maturity date on my loan is 10/(It is months later than it should be because I acquired some extensions along the way)I was trying to get an amortization schedule for the remainder of this loan to pay it off sooner and get this loan taken care of The balance on my loan is $6,Well after the remaining payments of $for months I will only have paid $3,905.46, so where is the remaining $2,coming from? I know about interest accruing and the amount that is taken for principal versus interestThe reason I got was that I have accrued so much interest- well then how is my maturity date 10/2017? She said my loan will actually be paid off in months- which is NOT what is stated on the website or the loan that I applied for, I applied for a loan for months (with the months added for the deferrals)- so months in full, being October This company is adding a full year onto my loan that was not authorized by me and I DID NOT agree to this loan I agreed to months @ $ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL [redacted] YOUShe would not give me an amortization of the remainder of my loan stating that it would not help me This is illegal and I will not pay a penny more than I owe this company

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! !!! ALSO CALL YOU ABOUT TIMES A DAY IF YOU'RE LATEWISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THEMGOING TO BLAST THEIR [redacted] ON SOCIAL MEDIA IF I DO NOT GET A CALL BACK

I would not recommend doing with this business in any way shape or form Even if you make your payments on time as a general rule, if you are so much as day late, the calls begin Some 5-time a day starting at 8am and going till 8:30pm The will do whatever they feel is needed to extort the money out of you, including call an time back to back, call work (after asking them not to), send emails to home and work addresses even if you've never given them the information they find it [redacted] they have no idea what that is You'll pay 3-times what your car is worth, and once you are in a loan with them forget about trading your car in, it will never be worth enough

I made a horrible judgement by co-signing a note for my daughterShe was always current until a few months agoFor some reason she stopped her payments and did not notify methis company waited three months to DING my credit report without allowing me to catch up on what was owed I have been daily hours on end trying to get a response from this SHADY co,so I can get things caught up and HOPEFULLY clear a Great Credit report of their NASTY report All I need is a contact name/email to contact so I can get this taken care of I feel not only have I been [redacted] by my daughter but also this ???? I moved from Virginia to Maryland and for more than a month I have been trying to change the car title to my new stateThe Regional Acceptance Co customer service is the most ill informed people I have had to deal with in a long timeAll their representatives know is how to take a payment over the phone, NOTHING ELSE! They don't know the rules and regulations of their own company, they don't know the difference between needing to make a payment and needing ANY other type of assistance, and if your are not going to make a payment, the representative immediately assumes your car is about to be repossessed and you need to contact the collection departmentTo make matters worse, they do not keep a copy of the car title, they have a contract with a 3rd company called [redacted] (I kid you not, that's the name) and they act like a just-broken-up-couple that can't stand talking to their ex! Why be business partners then? EVERY (no exceptions!) Regional Acceptance Cocostumer service representative that I have tried to work the title transfer problem with, acts like they have NEVER heard of people moving from one state to another, and like they have NEVER heard form [redacted] until I lose my temper and talk to them like the is they areOddly, getting yelled at like children jogs their memory and then they remember what they do with the car titles in their careSo, I'm about to solve my problem (no thanks to them), at least the [redacted] costumer service people are not incompetent like the Regional Acceptance Co ones

I purchased a car from Regional Acceptance in I have paid on time, never missed a paymentHowever, I did accept a payment referral to end of loan 3x when I had major surgery because they sent a letter and offered itAt the time I meeting the deductible for surgeries so I accepted the offerMy payoff date was July originally, now it was supposed be DecemberNow they say in their records yes pay off date is December 2016, but I still owe I called to ask why and was not given an answerI don't want my credit ruinedThis is like continued robbery/TheftI would never recommend this business for any reason

I have had this car for over four years and the payments has not went down!!!! scam!!! Horrible loan place!!!!! I have A couple friends that have this loan company too and we all are experiencing the same thing

I called into regional acceptance on XX-XX-XXXX to check the balance on my account and make a paymentI first spoke with ***! when going over my information with her and inquiring about the charges and how they were accessed; she been to holler and talk rudely like I didn't understand what was being saidI asked to speak with a sup, her sup *** got on the phone and I asked for ***'s last name initial or her agent IDShe informed me neither could be given outAt that point I asked the supervisor for the spelling of her first name and she told me to spell it however I felt it was speltI'm highly *** off with the customer service that I receive from this companyThis isn't the first time that I have had to complain regarding the way that they speak with the customersI cant wait until this car is paid off so I could be done with themI will also be leaving a customer review about themThis is sick and I cant deal with it anymoreNext time that I have to go through this with them I do plan to go above this

In an effort to update my credit report, in preparation for purchasing a house in the near future, I submitted a dispute against Regional Acceptance However, to my dismay and surprise, the account which had previously been listed as closed, has now been updated as open, showing the monthly payment, and balance owed This negatively impacts my total debts owed
