I purchased a car from Regional Acceptance in 2010. I have paid on time, never missed a payment. However, I did accept a payment referral to end of loan 3x when I had major surgery because they sent a letter and offered it. At the time I meeting the deductible for surgeries so I accepted the offer. My payoff date was July 2016 originally, now it was supposed be December. Now they say in their records yes pay off date is December 2016, but I still owe 5000.00 . I called to ask why and was not given an answer. I don't want my credit ruined. This is like continued robbery/. Theft. I would never recommend this business for any reason .

My vehicle was in an accident and my insurance company said it was a total loss. I have GAP coverage and sent them the necessary paper work to pay out what my insurance company didn't cover. We have been waiting for 3 month for Regional Acceptance to send in their paper work. When I was finally able to speak with someone in the claims department She was a total nightmare. Trying to blame my insurance company for not sending paper work they needed. The lady was extremely rude, yelling, at me and the hung up the phone. Never again will I use them or any company associate with them or BB&T.

I received a loan from Regional Acceptance 2/2011. It was a 72 month loan for $300.42 per month. The maturity date on my loan is 10/2017. (It is 8 months later than it should be because I acquired some extensions along the way). I was trying to get an amortization schedule for the remainder of this loan to pay it off sooner and get this loan taken care of. The balance on my loan is $6,099.55. Well after the remaining payments of $300.42 for 13 months I will only have paid $3,905.46, so where is the remaining $2,194.09 coming from? I know about interest accruing and the amount that is taken for principal versus interest. The reason I got was that I have accrued so much interest- well then how is my maturity date 10/2017? She said my loan will actually be paid off in 20 months- which is NOT what is stated on the website or the loan that I applied for, I applied for a loan for 72 months (with the 8 months added for the deferrals)- so 80 months in full, being October 2017. This company is adding a full year onto my loan that was not authorized by me and I DID NOT agree to this loan. I agreed to 72 months @ $300.42. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL[redacted] YOU. She would not give me an amortization of the remainder of my loan stating that it would not help me. This is illegal and I will not pay a penny more than I owe this company.

I made a horrible judgement by co-signing a note for my daughter. She was always current until a few months ago. For some reason she stopped her payments and did not notify me. this company waited three months to DING my credit report without allowing me to catch up on what was owed.
I have been daily hours on end trying to get a response from this SHADY co,so I can get things caught up and HOPEFULLY clear a Great Credit report of their NASTY report.

All I need is a contact name/email to contact so I can get this taken care of.

I feel not only have I been [redacted] by my daughter but also this ???? Company ????

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The so called Customer Service agents are the rudest people I have ever talked to. They will call you phone over and over until you answer. Even after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and requesting all communication to be in writing they continue to tell me they will not communicate in writing and that I must call and speak to a Customer service agent. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

I have to wonder how this company even exist. I am not only disgusted with the customer service, I wonder how the managers are even managers. I called several times a day about payments after my car was repossessed of after I had already made a payment. I advised them that I wanted the car back and was calling about the amount until I got a disgusting agent named Lisa who claimed to be a manager. I wonder if this girl can even spell her own name or even graduated high school. She was so busy trying to insult me without even allowing me to ask my question. After that call with her, I decided I would never send a dime of my money to a company that hires that kind of person as a manager. So I contacted my lawyer to move forward and let them keep the car. It wasn't worth it.

I have paid off a debt with his company and they refuse to remove it from my credit report. They acknowledge on the phone that the debt has been paid, but [redacted] not provide confirmation. I paid the debt in July, and they still have not sent any confirmation of payment from their company. I spoke to a representative yesterday who said "this should have been resolved months ago!" I have not heard back from him

Regional acceptance is the worst! I baught my car over 2 years ago and they still have not been able to set up my auto pay or change my payment date in two years.. I have tried multiple times and every time they say they have no record of it my car has almost been repoed twice because they cannot get there [redacted] straight and take the money that I told them to take

Would like you all stop harassing my daughter & me for payments that were made already. Every time we faxed proof to you all for whatever month you pick next, it cost us money, & you call 5-6 times a day sometimes more.

We have submitted every payment you've asked for. Then you keep saying no that's not the one it's this one instead. you call over 5x a day most days. we've sent proof of every copy of payment & you argue with me & my daughter you don't have it. you're messing with our credit for no reason, & we've made the payments.
