I am so furious with your company right now!!! March I purchased a vehicle with creditI was toldit will be ok, it seems high, but they'll let you refinance the car later (I will be going after them next)Guess what? That is not an option with this companyAnd due to the high interest rate, forget about another financial institute refinancing the loan for youI called about a year ago and the rep advised me that I can pay additional towards my loan but it wouldn't necessarily go towards the principalHmm, ok, I'm stuck in a loan, can't refinance, and can't pay extraSo lets get the breakdown: I purchased this car in March of with the financed amount of $13,171,To date, I owe $10,820.16, yes, $10,820.16!! Yes, in almost years I have paid a total of $2,towards my actual car loanSo, I have paid (est) months at $325.61= $9,Just to break it down a little moreI paid $7,in interest and $2,towards my principal (more than times the amount)Now, I will take some fault because I was aware that it was a higher interest loan, I can't deny thatWhat I can dispute is the misinformation! My first payment was all interest, every single pennyand now, you are applying $towards my principalAre you a mortgage company? I am so irate that I was not advised, BY YOUR COMPANY, the way you handle your business, the way you mistreat your customers, the way you try to hide all the things you doI called today and was told, OH, yes, you can pay additional, but you have to call us after you make the payment so we can apply it properlyAnd I'm supposed to trust that? Something needs done asap! You can call, write, text, email, whatever, but this is not acceptable and I want something doneThe fact is I financed my car for $13,171.63, only $10,before taxes, and I still owe $10,820.16; I haven't paid anything towards my carI think I might have a clear case in front of me Shame on you for taking advantage of peopleThis is this should not happen!

DO NOT EVER GET FINANCED WITH REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPTHEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO PAYING MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR IS WORTHNothing that you pay for your car payment goes towards the actual loanThey will call you and continue to call you if you are one day late on your payment and then continue to threaten you if you don't pay with repossessionThey do not have any compassion towards you if you have occurred any type of emergency or death in the familyIF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR FOREVER AND NEVER GET ANOTHER ONE THEN GO THROUGH RAC, BUT IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CREDIT, DON'T!

RAC intentionally delayed receipt of my paymentsâ?? to charge me more interest

I made a horrible judgement by co-signing a note for my daughterShe was always current until a few months agoFor some reason she stopped her payments and did not notify methis company waited three months to DING my credit report without allowing me to catch up on what was owed
I have been daily hours on end trying to get a response from this SHADY co,so I can get things caught up and HOPEFULLY clear a Great Credit report of their NASTY report
All I need is a contact name/email to contact so I can get this taken care of
I feel not only have I been *** by my daughter but also this ???? Company ????

I was in an extremely bad accident on December 25th and as a result had to buy a new carI had a great experience with the car buying process but that bliss ended when I spoke to Regional AcceptanceA "***" called me to go over details of the loan that had been approved and when the subject of auto insurance came up, I had questions*** indicated Regional Acceptance would only accept a deductible on my policyI, on pain killers and muscle relaxers as well as being in a very bad emotional state, questioned this requirement because I had a higher deductible than I asked what would happen if someone had a higher deductible and she went on to say they would only accept I asked what could be done because I could not afford the premium the insurance company was charging on a deductible that low
After going back and forth I asked to speak to a manager and that's when*** ** got on the lineI told her I could not get a straight answer to the insurance question and reiterated my concern.***'s demeanor was offensive to me just as I was probably not very nice backI expressed my concern about the insurance again, to only have*** become combativeI kept repeating my question as to what would happen if I could not afford the insurance premium on a deductible and at this point she continued to be argumentativeShe then stated she was going to send my file back to the dealership if I didn't stop being rudeI explained my concern again and said to please not threaten me with sending my file backShe began to taunt me saying "I am not threatening youI am telling you I am sending your file back"
She also stated that they only wanted to deal with people they feel they won't have problems with and they only want to deal with people who are going to make their paymentsI am not sure why she drew the conclusion that I would not pay my car paymentShe also stated that she felt that I was going to change my insurance back to a higher deductible and therefore they didn't want to deal with meKeep in mind my loan was already approvedBecoming very emotional and angry at this point I asked to speak to HER managerI don't know who it was I spoke to because they did not identify themselves but the girl that got on the phone has the same offensive attitude with meI pleaded with her to not send my file back that I was just in a bad accident (I almost lost my husband and my life) and that this all stemmed from a concern about my insurance
After being patronized by*** and this woman I said that if I was in a situation where I had to protect my household budget, my insurance would be one of the things I could change in order to afford it! This woman and*** both decided my file was being sent backI practically begged but this woman, just like***, in a very sarcastic voice said it was too late, I could go find another lender
I contacted the dealership via my sales person who said not to worry, they had connections at Regional and they would get it fixedAt this point I am thinking of how and why a company would "play god" with my life and why was I even having this conversation with the dealership! I wasn't aware of any other approval with the terms I had requested to of course my emotions and stress skyrocketedI almost died and now I am having to deal with thisThe sales person called me a few days later and ask me to please call*** back and that everything was fixedThe file was not rejected any longerI called*** on January 5th at 4:pmShe took it upon herself to remind me of our conversation the day before, again her demeanor was very unprofessionalShe stated that she was the one that approved my loan and that I still needed to speak to another department and that she was transferring me to a girl named ***
*** did not answer so I left a detailed message with my phone number to call me backI never got a callI followed up again a few days later and again never got a call backI waited about a week and contacted***'s office again leaving a message in what sounded like the general mailbox and*** never called me backI contacted my salesperson at the dealership via text and he said that the file was no longer rejected and everything was fineI have a temporary tag on the car which was very near expiration as well as my first payment becoming due in two weeks so I called Regional Acceptance customer service only to find out I was not in their systemThey transferred me to the *** office where*** works but she would not get on the phoneShe told the person who answered (I believe it was *** again) that I should speak to the branch manager
*** ** gets on the phone and he states that I was nasty to them so they sent my file backAll this time I think everything is fine after I spoke to*** on January 5th, yet nothing was fineI was lied toI tried explaining to Mr** that I spoke to*** a second time and t

Hello, I summited a review of my experience with Regional Acceptance Corporation (***) on June 6, 2016, and decided to do a follow upI was contacted by *** personnel in writingIt was a short letter, indicating they had tried to contact me but could not so they sent me the letter, but did not really explained themselves much, I'm assuming it was about my reviewThis is what I wrote back:
"Dear *** ***
I am responding to your company's letter regarding what I assume was my complaint to the Revdex.com regarding my move from Virginia to *** and my need for a copy of my car's title to be send to the *** DMVOnly then *** I be able to register the car to my new address and obtain new plates, as per the laws in ***
Please understand that I work similar hours as RAC's (Regional Acceptance Corporation) costumer's service, and by the time I get home, the costumer service's department *** usually be closedOn the times that I was lucky enough to be able to call during working hours, I would be transferred from person to person between to times, with the corresponding waiting times for each personI was once made to wait minutes, just to be told that she did not know what to do, so "wait, I will transfer you to the right department", just to transfer to the collections departmentAsking for the names of the people that I was dealing with was useless, as the next person would claim that "no one with that name works here"Very disrespectfulI am now exclusively dealing with *** personnel and the *** *** to resolve my issue
I cannot be the only person ever that has moved from Virginia to *** and has to transfer her car's registration and platesThere is no excuse for the total lack of information that RAC's costumer service's personnel have on the matterI will stand by my statement that, unless it is to process a monthly loan payment, your employees in the RAC's costumer department are clueless about the basics of helping the publicI hope steps can be taken to educate them."
I'm not complaining to get people in trouble, although I admit I am very angryI hope some steps can be made in this corporation to improve costumer serviceThe good news is that I do not need to involve them anymore with my situation

My overall experience was greatI was financed with them for years90% of the time the people I spoke to were pleasant and professional and usually always went above and beyond to helpThey will work with you if you keep the lines of communication open and be upfrontThere is only one occasion that a person was really nasty toward meHad I not got a cheaper rate with my new car I would have tried to be financed with them againOutstanding customer service and payment options

When making my payment I always call and make it over the phoneEvery month the recording tells me I don't have a payment due, even if I call one day before the due dateWhen speaking to a rep they tell me that technically I need to call on the actual due date and the recording will tell me I have a payment dueOne month I simply thought we paid ahead one month and skipped making my payment just to learn that I fell behind and started getting phone calls demanding a paymentThey charge late fees and now I may have late payment on my credit history

They have refused to send my loan payment history to my gap insurance for payoff after my vehicle was totaledThis has been going on for months now and still unable to get this issue resolvedI have requested it on several occasions and each time they say they will take care of itMy gap insurance company has stated they have not received the requested information and regional acceptance will not communicate with the gap insurance company

Regional Acceptance if fraudI had fallen behind on my car note due to my husband losing his job, college tuition and other issuesSomeone hit my car and I had it fixedI was not aware of having the check endorsed my Regional Acceptance and deposited the checkSo this delayed me getting my car backI went ahead and paid for my car and planned on getting the check cashed and pay my balanceThe check was for more than my balance owedOnce the bank saw that the check needed to be endorsed they sent the check back to ***Who sent me another checkI sent this one to be endorsed againOnce I received the check back*** had accidentally cancelled the wrong checkSo I had to get another checkThis whole time I speaking with the resp *** who is aware of all the mishapSo I get the final check and send it to Regional Acceptance and they received the check on 11/17/Let *** know and she told me that I would need to pay by 11/24/to avoid additional feesI waited patiently to hear from them about the checkNothingSo I called after the holidays on 11/24/I just wanted to know when I would get the check so I could pay my balanceNo one would let me speak with the people that endorse the check due to my account being delinquentI get so upset that I just hang up out of frustrationMy car was picked up that nightWhen I called to see where the check was at I was told now that the car was reprocessed that the money would be applied to the balanceWhat? That all I wanted to doNow I have additional fee and storage fees to pay when all they had to do prior to them taking carUnbelievable*** could have told me that on the last check before sending it back that the money could just be depositedRegional Acceptance are a bunch of crooks

Reps are very rude and hang up in your faceI've tried calling in several times to make payments and they just don't care what the issue is.I have spoken with managers that states they have resolved the issue and still nothing! I call back and yet the reps see no notes no nothing's! I just want to make payments so this isn't screwing up my credit! So irrated with this company should have read the reviews before going with them!

I have been paying this lender for over years at $a month and still owe $17,on a purchase amount of $28,on this car? I am suppose to have a year termThat means I should only have year leftSo in years I have only paid $10,into the principal??? I had some lates here and there over the past years but I can't imagine those fees would be that costly!!??!! Even if I low ball my calculations we have paid $36,to Regional Acceptance and out of that only $10,was paid into principle and $26,into fees and interest! That's crazy! I would like to trade in our vehicle but we can't because we are waaay upside downSo we are stuck with this car in hopes that it will still be reliable over the next few yearsNot a fair company! I feel I will never be ahead unless I come into a lump sum of moneyThey are not willing to work with you in lowering interest rate or to refinance etcWe are stuck!

I have never known as financial company unable to offer to refinance a car loan after a yearI was told to check with the car dealer

Do not Finance with this company my father died in August of my stepmother died in April we were buying car with this company and it paid over on the car and when they died was told they black book it they black booked it for $4,which was what was left on the Note the car had been hail damaged during the *** storm busted windshield and the body all dented I went in and talked to *** *** in the Greenwood Village office who contacted somebody in San Antonio that said they would black book it where is the discount there is none my parents paid my sister-in-law paid I was going to give them $1,today to pay off the car if they would settle they said no $4,do yourself a favor find somebody reputable to do business with if you're buying a car not this company

Regional Acceptance Corporation reported to the credit bureau that my car loan was closed, instead of paid-off, which negatively affected my credit score I contacted Regional to change the language on 07/6/and to date it was not done

Regional acceptance is the worst! I baught my car over years ago and they still have not been able to set up my auto pay or change my payment date in two yearsI have tried multiple times and every time they say they have no record of it my car has almost been repoed twice because they cannot get there *** straight and take the money that I told them to take

I would not recommend doing with this business in any way shape or form
Even if you make your payments on time as a general rule, if you are so much as day late, the calls begin Some 5-time a day starting at 8am and going till 8:30pm
The will do whatever they feel is needed to extort the money out of you, including call an time back to back, call work (after asking them not to), send emails to home and work addresses even if you've never given them the information they find it*** they have no idea what that is You'll pay 3-times what your car is worth, and once you are in a loan with them forget about trading your car in, it will never be worth enough

I moved from Virginia to Maryland and for more than a month I have been trying to change the car title to my new stateThe Regional Acceptance Co customer service is the most ill informed people I have had to deal with in a long timeAll their representatives know is how to take a payment over the phone, NOTHING ELSE! They don't know the rules and regulations of their own company, they don't know the difference between needing to make a payment and needing ANY other type of assistance, and if your are not going to make a payment, the representative immediately assumes your car is about to be repossessed and you need to contact the collection departmentTo make matters worse, they do not keep a copy of the car title, they have a contract with a 3rd company called *** (I kid you not, that's the name) and they act like a just-broken-up-couple that can't stand talking to their ex! Why be business partners then? EVERY (no exceptions!) Regional Acceptance Cocostumer service representative that I have tried to work the title transfer problem with, acts like they have NEVER heard of people moving from one state to another, and like they have NEVER heard form *** until I lose my temper and talk to them like the is they areOddly, getting yelled at like children jogs their memory and then they remember what they do with the car titles in their careSo, I'm about to solve my problem (no thanks to them), at least the *** costumer service people are not incompetent like the Regional Acceptance Co ones

This company is extremely unprofessionalMy daughter and myself both have tried numerous of times to contact this companyLeft messages and still receive no call backsSent emails and faxesAnd still nothingMy daughter and granddaughter where in a car wreck that was not her fault and the car was deemed a total loss*** paid their portion days after the adjuster made the decisionSent them the letter of guaranteeAnd her it is nearly months laterGap has not completed their partAnd the company continues too place $a month on our credit report each monthNow in November of last year they show were the balance Owed was $but nothing dueNow every month we see a negative report on our report as being delinquentEvery piece of paper asked has been sent in and yet we still are being held accountableWe don't owe $and surely should not be accruing interest on a car that has been seen a total loss and and paid off by our insurance company and and waiting on their Gap department to do their partThis is total unacceptableAnd I will continue to let everyone know how this company handles business and ruin their creditably as a company as they ruin our credit

I am only leaving a one because I had toI was in an accident in aprilRegional did not bother to contact me with any of the arrangements that were made with my car, no follow up or anythingI just received a letter on 10/that was dated for 10/giving me days to pay off a balance IN ALL CAPSI do not appreciate the manner in which regional handles business whatsoeverWhat kind of company sends a letter out DEMANDING full payment of the account SIX MONTHS after ZERO communicationI am severely disappointed in the lack of communication and manner in which my unfortunate manner has been handled
