I paid for non refundable advertising with RTUITammy was my contact to consumate thisafter she got my checksthey were cashed Only contact I have had since is by telephonealways says she is coming to my restaurant to go over results or proof of the advertising tape Very unhappy with this waste of my business moneyto this date three checks have been cashed and no visit or positive news about this waste of business monies I will never use this advertiser ever again

Last April an RTUI Employee came to show us his company's (RTUI) advertising programIt was a one year contract where a quarterly ad is placed on the back of a grocery store register receiptHe presented very compelling and colorful charts that led us to believe results were guaranteed and that we would be receiving high redemption rates by the 6th month of the programI wish I would have taken pictures of the pitch book the sales person brought to the meetingThe cost was $per month and he also led us to believe that the location we were interested in was almost full and we needed to make a fast decisionIt was only because of the very compelling data he presented and the perceived urgency with which we needed to commit that we decided to participateUnfortunately, we would find out the hard way that the program and the benefits we were presented was too good to be true

Back on July 15, I signed a contract with RTUIThe sales person explained they were having a Summer special for months at a rate of $for each month minus months free ($600.00)That's what was explained to me and that is how I read the contractTo this day, I read the contract in the same wayOn August 5, 2016, I received an email that states;
"as a new customer of RTUI, it is our intention to make sure the attached contract Jis correct as to the accuracy of the store location, start date, and amount of the contractWe would like to ensure that your advertising experience with us is profitable and a pleasant one." Their total on the invoice totaled $I immediately responded, and said there is an issue with the total, I agreed to months at $minus months freeIt was on this day that I learned that there intention was months at $minus monthsI was not told months, nor does it state this on the contractSince then,

The contract states in the "subject of sale" that we guarantee a minimum of days per quarterThere are 90-days per quarterIt is therefore implied we do not guarantee 6-daysWe do not guarantee those 6-days per quarterPlease review your contract
As I stated before, we have issued a credit for the additional lost timeThe terms of our contract, which appear on the reverse side of the contract, state that if there is a delay in distribution, you agree to a pro-rata extension of timeThis is how you have been compensatedWe do not owe you anything further

They do not perform, they will lock you into a "non-negotiable" contract...They will verbally tell you anything to ensure the sale, including "its month to month" and "expect a big spike in business"Do not advertise with them, ITS A SCAM!

Do not use this company!! Very pushy salespeople that will not leave your office until you sign a contract Their salesperson DID NOT tell me that the contract is non-cancellable, and I didn't know that until I carefully read the contract Now I'm trying to get my money back...the salesperson and the sales manager say they can't cancel the contract Sales manager said he would have their customer service area call me Guess what? It's been days and no phone call I have other colleagues that have used this and no business has been generated from it at all

On October 24, I purchased with cash $advertising space on their site At that time the marketing consultant *** *** *** said he will be back the next day to help me set up the ap on my phone...he never showed up or called I then called him and this behavior continued for several weeks I then decided I just wanted a refund and he was fine with that I have several messages on my phone from *** saying the check is in the mail The check never came I also have several excuses as to why the check never made it to me i.emust be lost in the mail they are putting a hold on the check and sending out a new check on and on
I paid for goods and services I never receivedall I want is my $returned to me
I am an elderly person on social security with limited income and I feel like I had been taken advantage of

My advice to new business owners and those who are interested in advertising, to stay AWAY from this company! They are very rude and unprofessional with how they handle speaking with new clients over the phone and in person! If you want to speak with the representatives be prepared to be harassed! I am shocked how they are able to keep going with so many bad reviews hanging over their heads

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, this does NOT workI wish I had read these reviews before falling for this scamAbsolute waste of money! Sales person promised the world and didn't deliver on anythingIt has been months and I still have not received a count as to how many carts I am on nor have I received an actual sample of the adWhen I called the main office I was told 'Oh no, you won't get any sales from this, but in people will come in and say that they saw you on the shopping carts"Really? *** is that? He also said that these type of print ads don't workReally? I've advertised in magazines and such and they workSo just your carts are worthless!!

STOP biggest ripoff We are being charged for advertising that is NOT be provided and I can not get a resolution for the problem From the beginning they have been deceitful, the sales person is NOT and employee of Cartvertising, they are NOT able to create the ads, and they start billing before the product is even delivered Our advertisements were suppose to start in December 2017, one store never started and the other started in March and stopped by June, because the store change the style of their carts But, I'm still being charged for a full year of advertising services If I could do a negative star I would, because I can not get anyone from the company to return my inquiries

WARNING: This company is a scamTheir advertising method doesn't work and their sales reps would try to convince you with liesIn the months we advertised not a single person inquired about our servicesNOT PERSONThe reps never call you back once the contract is signed they will ignore you once they have your moneySTAY AWAYThere are many other better ways to advertise your business than behind a receipt

There is nothing in the one page contract that states RTUI is not responsible for the first eight daysThe only attempts RYUI has made to reconcile this matter is to demand payment and blame their client, ***, for RYUI failing to start the ads on time.
They did nothing until I cut off the funding.

We have already investigated this claim that we were only providing approximately 10% total coverage out of 40%Please note that our contract terms state that our percentages are approximate and that your percentage is based upon the number of placards mounted on the full sized cartsIt is
not a direct correlation to the total number of shopping carts at the storeAdditionally, our contracts with the grocery chains require us to leave up to 10% of the carts with no ads on themBy our count your ads are on approximately 40% of the carts on which advertisement placards are mounted, which is approximately 36% of the total carts, including the 10% we cannot installTherefore the level of service you are receiving is correct
The Revdex.com should also note that while we have provided the service as agreed, this client has not paid their bill in two monthsBy my calculations, they owe us for the services rendered, not a refund for service we were not contractually obliged to provide

This company does very poor businessI never got what I was sold and I filed a complaintYet they never did anything about itI even took pictures at the stores I had the cartvertising in as proof of lack of advertisingThey were sent to them and Nothing was done to correct their lack of serviceDon't use this company they wont fix their problems
