Business with Advertising should be SHUT DOWN, and NOT stay in business to RIP OFF people.***

You work with *** ***In the first search I did the top result I found had overwhelmingly negative reviewsFor example, this link here shows many reviews of *** *** hereMore negative reviews appear hereI were to take this alone, I would assume *** *** is a terrible company
In no way am I suggesting that *** *** is a terrible companyI just wanted to point out that you have to accept that the negative reviews far outnumber the reviews of happy clients, for both of our companies
Our cancellation policy was disclosed to you in writing and you initialed having read and agreed to those same termsI attached a screenshot which shows you were provided with and acknowledged our cancellation policy

I have contacted an attorneyI am being advised of this: The business states the contract is non-canceableHowever, not all parites involved have signed the contract which makes it null and voidThe payment details in the bottom left corner show that I am to make six payments of $*** and *** is to make six payments of $*** each. The business response said they were going to bill me for the entire balance. Your employee wrote the payment details out in the contract, which makes me resonsible for no more than six paymentsWe've reached out to your company on numerous occasions to discuss this matter and no one has responded

The contract is non-cancellableThe documentation you provided shows that RTUI was upfront with its cancellation policy as it appears on the front and back of the contract
Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to shorten the contract term or cancel itBy disputing
the charges, you will incur late fees and return payment fees, in addition to the original contract priceIf *** chooses not to pay her portion of the contract, you will be responsible for it

I am almost at a loss for wordsI did not realize that the free ad does not have to be correctWell we also have an issue with the paid ad - it should not be the responsibility of the payee to check to see if your company and the 3rd party is holding up to their end of the contract. I would have not questioned this process if it was not for the errors at the beginning. I will continue to hold up my end of the contract; and as soon as the contract is up I am understanding there is no renewal that is hidden in the contract. As a precaution I am, in writing, letting your company know that I do not wish to continue advertising on the register tapes or any other advertising your company offers. So with that I do not wish to continue even with the FREE ad beyond the obligation of the contract

RTUI drafted $*** from my checking account, electronicallyRTUI is not being truthful when they say thay have not received payments n the contract that *** *** had me sign without showing me the entire contractRTUI should have their own record of the payments they electronically drafted from my checking account.
RTUI is, in my opinion, just stalling, because they do not want to admit the truth: they are in the wrong
I am willing to negotiate a resolutionI will withdraw my demand for a complete refund if RTUI agrees, in writing, to cancel the contract that I contend is unenforceable

This is the absolute worst company to do business with and advertising withI should have listened to wife from the beginningI’m so sick about itThere’s no money back guaranteeThe woman claimed there was such an overwhelming demand that slots would fill up by end of day and she had no buyAll of it was a lieThe wife kept saying no and so was I but I was also interestedFinally after saying no a dozen times she strong armed me into itSearching for a good lawyer nowThis place is a jokeDO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP

I am totally and completely unsatisfied with the results that I have received from RTUI I was actually excited when I signed the advertising agreement with their sales rep.......she painted a lovely picture of what other companies had received It has now been months and I have gotten zero, nothing, nada out of this ad I have shared my dis-satisfaction with the management and all I got was, gee, that is hard to believe, other realtors have done well I don't care about other realtors Bottom line, I pay my $every month for nothing and I do not expect to get anything Stay away from this type of advertising, it is as bad as grocery carts and golf cards.....STAY AWAY!
